Claims (9)
- 内部空間が形成され、外部との連結のためのコネクタ部があり、ターミナルの一端部は前記内部空間にあり、ターミナルの他端部は前記コネクタ部の内部にある本体ハウジングと、
前記本体ハウジングの内部空間に設置され、センシング素子が実装された基板と、
前記本体ハウジングに結合され、前記本体ハウジングと前記センシング素子の一側縁部に密着するシールが備えられるカバーハウジングと、
前記内部空間と一直線に連通して下流部で前記センシング素子と連通する連通路と、
前記連通路に連通すると同時に外部と連通することにより、前記連通路に連結されたチューブの内圧が大気圧に維持されるようにする排出流路と、を含む、圧力センサ。 - 前記連通路の下流部には流入オリフィスが設けられることにより、前記センシング素子へ流体の流動が速やかに行われるようにする、請求項1に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記排出流路の下流部には排出オリフィスが設けられることにより、前記排出流路を介した流体の排出が速やかに行われるようにする、請求項2に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記排出流路から延び、外部と連通する排出口を有する排出管をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記排出口内に備えられ、前記排出流路へ水や埃などの異物が伝達されることを遮断し且つ空気のみ通過させるメンブランをさらに備える、請求項4に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記排出口は、下流に行くほど流動断面積が広くなることにより、前記排出口の内面には傾斜が形成される、請求項5に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記メンブランは、前記排出流路と前記排出口との間にある排出オリフィスに設置され、前記排出口内に位置する、請求項6に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記シールには、前記連通路と内部空間が遮蔽されるように、前記センシング素子の上面縁部と側面を取り囲んで密着するセンサ装着部が備えられる、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記シールは、前記カバーハウジングにインサート射出によって一体に形成される、請求項8に記載の圧力センサ。
