Abstract
Description
(1) 外科用アクセス安定化装置であって、
近位対向面及び接着遠位対向面を有するパッドと、
前記パッドに結合された外科用アクセス装置と、
前記パッドに対する前記外科用アクセス装置の位置を選択的にロックするように構成されたロック機構と、を備える、装置。
(2) 前記パッドが、前記ロック機構を受容するように構成された、前記パッドを貫通して延在する開口部を有する、実施態様1に記載の装置。
(3) 前記開口部が、細長いスロットである、実施態様2に記載の装置。
(4) 前記開口部が、前記パッドの中央に位置する、実施態様2又は3に記載の装置。
(5) 前記パッドが、前記パッドの撮像を補助するための撮像特徴部を含む、実施態様1~4のいずれかに記載の装置。
(7) 前記パッドが、少なくとも1つの放射状指状部を有する中心部分を有する、実施態様1~6のいずれかに記載の装置。
(8) 前記パッドが、可撓性布、エラストマー、及びポリマーのうちのいずれかから作製されている、実施態様1~7のいずれかに記載の装置。
(9) 前記ロック機構が、前記パッドの前記近位対向面に沿った方向への、前記外科用アクセス装置の並進運動を選択的にロックすることができる、実施態様1~8のいずれかに記載の装置。
(10) 前記ロック機構が、前記パッドの前記近位対向面に対して横断方向への、前記外科用アクセス装置の並進運動を選択的にロックすることができる、実施態様1~9のいずれかに記載の装置。
(12) 前記ロック機構が、少なくとも1つのロックリングを更に備える、実施態様1~11のいずれかに記載の装置。
(13) 前記ロック機構が、剥離性接着剤及び面ファスナーのうちのいずれかを更に含む、実施態様1~11のいずれかに記載の装置。
(14) 外科用アクセス安定化システムであって、
近位対向面及び接着遠位対向面を有するパッドと、
作業チャネルを画定する外科用アクセス装置と、
前記パッドと前記外科用アクセス装置との間に結合されて、前記パッドから離れた位置に前記外科用アクセス装置を配置する接続機構と、を備える、システム。
(15) 前記接続機構が、第1の端部で前記外科用アクセス装置に結合され、かつ第2の端部で前記パッドに結合されたアームを更に備える、実施態様14に記載のシステム。
(17) 外科用アクセス装置を安定化する方法であって、
患者に切開部を作ることと、
前記患者にパッドを接着することと、
前記切開部を通して、前記外科用アクセス装置を前記患者に挿入することと、
前記外科用アクセス装置を前記パッドに結合することと、
前記パッドに対する前記外科用アクセス装置の位置を選択的にロックすることと、を含む、方法。
(18) 前記パッドに対して前記外科用アクセス装置を並進移動、回転、及び角度付けすることのうちの少なくとも1つによって、前記切開部内で前記外科用アクセス装置を位置決めすることを更に含む、実施態様17に記載の方法。
(19) 前記外科用アクセス装置の前記位置を選択的にロックすることによって、前記パッドに対する前記外科用アクセス装置の更なる並進移動、回転、又は角度付けを防止する、実施態様18に記載の方法。
(20) 前記パッドが、前記切開部を作った後に前記患者に接着される、実施態様17~19のいずれかに記載の方法。
(22) 前記パッドが、前記切開部から離れた位置で前記患者に接着される、実施態様17~21のいずれかに記載の方法。
(23) 前記外科用アクセス装置を前記パッドに結合することが、前記パッドの開口部内で前記外科用アクセス装置を位置決めすることを更に含む、実施態様17~22のいずれかに記載の方法。
(24) 前記外科用アクセス装置を前記パッドに結合することが、コネクタアームを用いて前記外科用アクセス装置を前記パッドに連結することを更に含む、実施態様17~23のいずれかに記載の方法。
(25) 前記外科用アクセス装置が前記切開部を通して挿入された後に、前記パッドの少なくとも一部分を、前記外科用アクセス装置から配備することを更に含む、実施態様17~24のいずれかに記載の方法。
Claims (15)
- 外科用アクセス安定化装置であって、
近位対向面及び接着遠位対向面を有するパッドと、
前記パッドに結合された外科用アクセス装置と、
前記パッドに対する前記外科用アクセス装置の位置を選択的にロックするように構成されたロック機構と、を備える、装置。 - 前記パッドが、前記ロック機構を受容するように構成された、前記パッドを貫通して延在する開口部を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記開口部が、細長いスロットである、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記開口部が、前記パッドの中央に位置する、請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 前記パッドが、前記パッドの撮像を補助するための撮像特徴部を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記パッドが、前記外科用アクセス装置のナビゲーションを補助するためのナビゲーション特徴部を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記パッドが、少なくとも1つの放射状指状部を有する中心部分を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記パッドが、可撓性布、エラストマー、及びポリマーのうちのいずれかから作製されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ロック機構が、前記パッドの前記近位対向面に沿った方向への、前記外科用アクセス装置の並進運動を選択的にロックすることができる、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ロック機構が、前記パッドの前記近位対向面に対して横断方向への、前記外科用アクセス装置の並進運動を選択的にロックすることができる、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ロック機構が、前記外科用アクセス装置の回転運動及び前記外科用アクセス装置の角運動のいずれかを選択的にロックすることができる、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ロック機構が、少なくとも1つのロックリングを更に備える、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ロック機構が、剥離性接着剤及び面ファスナーのうちのいずれかを更に含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 外科用アクセス安定化システムであって、
近位対向面及び接着遠位対向面を有するパッドと、
作業チャネルを画定する外科用アクセス装置と、
前記パッドと前記外科用アクセス装置との間に結合されて、前記パッドから離れた位置に前記外科用アクセス装置を配置する接続機構と、を備える、システム。 - 前記接続機構が、第1の端部で前記外科用アクセス装置に結合され、かつ第2の端部で前記パッドに結合されたアームを更に備える、請求項14に記載のシステム。
