Description
Claims (14)
- 骨固定装置であって、
骨固定要素(1)にロッド(6)を連結するための受け部(5,5′)を備え、前記受け部(5,5′)は、第1の端部(5a)と、第2の端部(5b)と、前記第1の端部(5a)と前記第2の端部(5b)との間に延在する中心軸(C)と、前記第1の端部(52)にあって前記ロッド(6)を受けるための窪み(52)と、前記第2の端部(5b)にある頭部受け部(57)とを含み、前記頭部受け部(57)は、前記骨固定要素(1)の頭部(3)を回動可能に保持するためのものであり、前記頭部受け部(57)は少なくとも部分的に可撓性があり、前記受け部(5,5′)は第1の係合構造(54a,54b;154a,154b)を備え、前記骨固定装置はさらに、
挿入された前記頭部(3)に対して圧力を加えるために延在するように構成された圧力部材(7)と、
前記頭部受け部(57)のまわりに配置されるように構成されたクランプリング(8)とを含み、前記クランプリング(8)は第2の係合構造(83a,83b)を備え、
前記第1の係合構造(54a,54b;154a,154b)および前記第2の係合構造(83a,83b)は、器機(100,100′)によって係合されるように構成されており、前記クランプリング(8)および前記受け部(5,5′)を前記中心軸(C)に沿って互いに相対的に移動させることができるように前記器機(100,100′)を介して前記クランプリング(8)および前記受け部(5,5′)に対して力を伝達するのに適しており、
前記クランプリング(8)は、挿入された前記頭部(3)がロックされるように前記クランプリング(8)が前記頭部受け部(57)に対して力を加えるロッキング位置と、挿入された前記頭部(3)が前記受け部(5,5′)に対して回動可能となる非ロッキング位置とを取ることができる、骨固定装置。 - 前記第1の係合構造(54a,54b)および前記第2の係合構造(83a,83b)は、それぞれ、前記受け部(5)の外側円周面および前記クランプリング(8)の外側円周面に配置され、前記受け部(5)または前記クランプリング(8)の他のすべての部分よりもさらに径方向外側に延在している、請求項1に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記第1の係合構造(54a,54b;154a,154b)は、前記受け部(5,5′)の前記第1の端部(5a)から距離を空けて配置されている、請求項1または2に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記第1の係合構造(54a,54b;154a,154b)および前記第2の係合構造(83a,83b)は各々、前記受け部の前記中心軸(C)と、前記ロッド(6)を受けるための窪み(52)の長手方向軸(L)とを通って延在する面に対して非対称的に配置される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記第1の係合構造(54a,54b;154a,154b)および前記第2の係合構造(83a,83b)は、前記中心軸(C)を中心として前記器機(100,100′)を回転させることによって前記器機(100,100′)と係合可能となるように配置される、請求項4に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記第1の係合構造(54a,54b;154a,154b)および前記第2の係合構造(83a,83b)は各々、円周方向に延在する少なくとも1つのリブおよび/または円周方向に延在する少なくとも1つの溝を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記頭部受け部(57)は先細の外面部分(57a)を含み、好ましくは、前記クランプリング(8)は、前記頭部受け部(57)の前記先細の外面部分(57a)と協働する先細の内面部分(87)を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記頭部受け部(57)は、前記第2の端部(5b)において、狭窄する内面部分(51c)、好ましくは先細の内面部分を含み、好ましくは、前記圧力部材(7)は、前記頭部受け部(57)の前記狭窄する内面部分(51c)と協働する狭窄する外面部分(75)を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記受け部(5,5′)は、前記第1の端部(5a)に向かう前記クランプリング(8)の移動を制限するための止め部(50a)を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記クランプリング(8)は、前記受け部(5,5′)に対して相対的に回転しないように固定される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力部材(7)は挿入位置を取ることができ、前記挿入位置においては、前記圧力部材(7)が抜け落ちないように固定されており、前記受け部(5,5′)の前記第2の端部(5b)を通じて前記頭部(3)が挿入可能である、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 前記圧力部材(7)は可撓性のある部分(72)を含み、前記可撓性のある部分(72)は、挿入された前記頭部(3)を少なくとも部分的に囲むように構成されており、前記クランプリング(8)が前記ロッキング位置にあるときに前記クランプリング(8)によって圧縮されるように構成されている、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定装置。
- 器機および請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の骨固定装置のシステムであって、前記器機は、
前記クランプリング(8)において前記第2の係合構造(83a,83b)に係合させるための第3の係合構造(113a,113b)を有する外管(110)と、
前記外管(110)に少なくとも部分的に設けられる内管(120)とを含み、前記内管は、前記受け部(5,5′)において前記第1の係合構造(54a,54b;154a,154b)と協働させるための第4の係合構造(123a,123b;133a,133b)を有し、
前記外管(110)の前記第3の係合構造(113a,113b)が前記クランプリング(8)における前記第2の係合構造(83a,83b)に係合し、前記内管(120)の前記第4の係合構造(123a,123b;133a,133b)が前記受け部(5,5′)における前記第1の係合構造(54a,54b;154a,154b)に係合したときに、前記内管(120)は、前記受け部(5,5′)に対して相対的に前記クランプリング(8)を移1動させるように前記外管(110)に対して相対的に変位させることができる、システム。 - 前記内管(120)および前記外管(110)の各々は窪み(112)を含み、前記窪み(112)は、挿入されたロッド(6)を前記窪み(112)内に通過させるために前方端部から後方端部の方向に延在し、好ましくは、前記窪み(112)は実質的に反転されたU字形を有し、これにより、前記内管(110)および前記外管(120)の各々の前方端部において2つの自由脚部を形成する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
