Abstract

Claims (20)
- ワークスペースを管理するシステムであって、
対応するワーク・ステーションに配置された複数のドッキングステーションと、
システムコンピュータとを具えたシステムにおいて、
前記ドッキングステーションの各々は、前記対応するワーク・ステーションにあるコンピュータ機器にネットワーク接続及び電源を提供し、前記複数のドッキングステーションにおける各ドッキングステーションは、
電源入力端子と、
ネットワークと通信するためのネットワークインタフェースと、
1つ以上の周辺機器と、
1つ以上のセンサデバイスとを含み、
前記システムコンピュータは、前記複数のドッキングステーションにおける各ドッキングステーションと前記ネットワーク経由で通信するためのシステムネットワークインタフェースを含み、前記システムンコンピュータは、前記複数のドッキングステーションのうち少なくとも1つのドッキングステーションからセンサデータを受信し、該センサデータを受信したことに応答して、前記1つ以上の周辺機器のうち少なくとも1つの周辺機器の出力または入力を修正するように構成されているシステム。 - 前記受信したセンサデータは周辺光センサによって生成され、前記少なくとも1つの周辺機器はスマートライトを具えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。

前記履歴的センサデータのデータベースを分析し、
前記履歴的センサデータのデータベースを分析したことに基づいて、前記複数のドッキングステーションのうち少なくとも1つのドッキングステーションに含まれる前記1つ以上の周辺機器のうち少なくとも1つの周辺機器の出力を修正する
ように構成されている、請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 前記履歴的センサデータベースを分析することが、前記履歴的センサデータベースに基づいて、前記複数のドッキングステーションのうち1つのドッキングステーションが配置された前記対応するワーク・ステーションが特定の期間だけ占有されにくいものと判定することを含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの周辺機器の出力を修正することが、前記特定の期間中に前記少なくとも1つの周辺機器を電力の取り出しから遮断することを含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムコンピュータが、前記対応するワーク・ステーション及び前記特定の期間に関連する利用可能通知を生成するようにさらに構成されている、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のドッキングステーションの各々が位置識別子をさらに含み、該位置識別子は、前記ドッキングステーション、前記対応するワーク・ステーション、前記1つ以上の周辺機器、及び前記1つ以上のセンサデバイスの位置を識別するように構成されている、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記履歴的センサデータベースを分析することが、前記少なくとも1つのドッキングステーションの位置を分析することを含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のドッキングステーションの各々、前記1つ以上の周辺機器の各々、及び前記1つ以上のセンサデバイスの各々が位置識別子を含み、該位置識別子は、前記ドッキングステーションの各々、前記周辺機器の各々、及び前記センサデバイスの各々の位置を識別するように構成されている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- ワークスペースを管理するシステムであって、
対応するワーク・ステーションに配置された複数のドッキングステーションと、
システムコンピュータとを具えたシステムにおいて、
前記ドッキングステーションの各々は、対応する前記ワーク・ステーションにあるコンピュータ機器にネットワーク接続及び電源を提供し、
前記複数のドッキングステーションにおける各ドッキングステーションは、
電源入力端子と、
ネットワークと通信するためのネットワークインタフェースと、
1つ以上の周辺機器と通信するための複数の周辺機器ポートと、
プロセッサとを含み、
前記プロセッサは、前記ドッキングステーションと現在通信中の前記1つ以上の周辺機器を識別して周辺機器識別情報を生成するように構成され、該周辺機器識別情報は、前記1つ以上の周辺機器の正体を示し、
前記システムコンピュータは、前記複数のドッキングステーションにおける各ドッキングステーションとネットワーク経由で通信するためのシステムネットワークインタフェースを含むシステム。 - 前記ドッキングステーションの各々の前記プロセッサは、
前記1つ以上の周辺機器からの電力プロファイルを監視し、
前記監視される電力プロファイルとモデル電力プロファイルとの間に一致が存在するか否かを判定する
ことによって、前記1つ以上の周辺機器を識別するように構成されている、請求項18に記載のシステム。 - 前記システムコンピュータ、及び前記ドッキングステーションの各々が、前記ドッキングステーションの各々と通信する前記識別した1つ以上の周辺機器の記録を生成するように構成されている、請求項18に記載のシステム。
