Abstract A docking station for charging and carry data signals for almost all audio video technology. The docking station has an offset pin hinge system and holds open to access outlets such as: USB, HDMI, General Power Outlet; Cable notch in the base plate for two or more cables that are pulled out like an extension cord; and Base Plate is removable and base plates are available in different configurations.
