本願は、ビーワイディー カンパニー リミテッドが2018年12月29日に提出した、発明の名称が「電池トレイ、動力電池パック及び車両」の、中国特許出願第「201811642595.5」号の優先権を主張するものである。
Claims (10)
- トレイ本体を含む電池トレイであって、前記トレイ本体は、底板(10)及びサイドビーム(20)を含み、
前記サイドビーム(20)は、前記底板(10)の周囲に設置され、かつ前記底板(10)と共に単電池(200)の収容空間を画定し、
前記底板(10)の内部にガス通路が形成され、前記底板(10)に複数の吸気孔(31)及び少なくとも1つの排気孔が設置され、前記吸気孔(31)は単電池(200)から排出された火炎、煙又はガスを前記ガス通路に導入し、前記排気孔は前記ガス通路内の火炎、煙又はガスを排出する、電池トレイ。 - 前記底板(10)は、中空構造であり、前記中空構造は前記ガス通路を構成する、
請求項1に記載の電池トレイ。 - 電池パック防爆弁(40)をさらに含み、前記排気孔は、前記電池パック防爆弁(40)により閉塞される、
請求項1又は2に記載の電池トレイ。 - 煙センサー及びガスセンサーのうちの少なくとも1つをさらに含み、前記煙センサー及びガスセンサーのうちの少なくとも1つは前記ガス通路内に設置される、
請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池トレイ(100)。 - トレイ本体を含む電池トレイであって、前記トレイ本体は、底板(10)及びサイドビーム(20)を含み、
前記サイドビーム(20)は、前記底板(10)の周囲に設置され、かつ前記底板(10)と共に単電池(200)の収容空間を画定し、
前記サイドビーム(20)の内部及び前記底板(10)の内部にはいずれもガス通路が形成され、かつ、両者のガス通路が互いに連通し、前記底板(10)に複数の吸気孔(31)が設置され、前記サイドビーム(20)に複数の排気孔が設置され、前記吸気孔(31)は単電池(200)から排出された火炎、煙又はガスを前記ガス通路に導入し、前記排気孔は前記ガス通路内の火炎、煙又はガスを排出する、
電池トレイ。 - 前記サイドビーム(20)及び前記底板(10)はいずれも中空構造を有し、前記中空構造は前記ガス通路を構成する、
請求項5に記載の電池トレイ。 - 電池パック防爆弁(40)をさらに含み、前記排気孔は、前記電池パック防爆弁(40)により閉塞される、
請求項5又は6に記載の電池トレイ(100)。 - 煙センサー及びガスセンサーのうちの少なくとも1つをさらに含み、前記煙センサー及びガスセンサーのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記ガス通路内に設置される、
請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池トレイ(100)。 - 複数の単電池(200)、カバー板、及び、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池トレイ(100)を含む電池パックであって、
前記カバー板は、前記電池トレイ(100)に密封接続され、かつ、前記複数の単電池(200)を収容する密閉空間を共に形成する、
動力電池パック。 - 各単電池(200)は単電池防爆弁(201)を有し、前記吸気孔(31)と、前記単電池防爆弁(201)とは、対向して、かつ、一対一に対応して配置され、各単電池防爆弁(201)から排出された火炎、煙又はガスが対応する吸気孔(31)を介して前記ガス通路に入り、
前記動力電池パックはガスケット(300)をさらに含み、前記ガスケット(300)は前記単電池(200)と前記底板(10)との間に設置され、前記ガスケット(300)に貫通孔(301)が設置され、前記貫通孔(301)は前記吸気孔(31)と一対一に対応し、前記貫通孔(301)は、対応する吸気孔(31)と単電池防爆弁(201)との間に位置する、
