Claims (10)
- 自動車のアクセルペダルの特性曲線を変更するための方法において、この方法が次のステップを含み、
前記自動車のブレーキ倍力装置が機能不良を有していることを確認するステップと、
前記ブレーキ倍力装置の機能不良が確認される場合、前記アクセルペダルの非操作時で且つ前記自動車のブレーキペダルの非操作時に前記自動車が減速されるように前記アクセルペダルの前記特性曲線を変更するステップと、
を含んでいる方法。 - 前記ブレーキ倍力装置の機能不良が確認される場合、前記自動車のブレーキの非操作時で且つ前記アクセルペダルを第1の範囲(10)にあるニュートラルな位置から操作したときに前記自動車が減速されるように前記アクセルペダルの前記特性曲線を変更する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の範囲(10)での前記自動車の減速は、前記アクセルペダルを前記ニュートラルな位置から遠くへ移動させればさせるほど小さくなる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレーキ倍力装置の機能不良が確認される場合、前記ニュートラルな位置に同じでない前記アクセルペダルの1つの所定位置で前記自動車を加速も減速もさせないように前記アクセルペダルの前記特性曲線を変更する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレーキ倍力装置の機能不良が確認される場合、前記アクセルペダルのポジションの第2の範囲(20)で前記自動車を加速も減速もさせないように前記アクセルペダルの前記特性曲線を変更する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記自動車の前記減速を、電子スタビリティプログラムシステム(ESPシステム)の圧力生成により実施する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレーキ倍力装置の機能不良が確認される場合、前記アクセルペダルの標準特性曲線から前記変更特性曲線への滑らかな移行が実施されるように前記特性曲線を変更する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレーキ倍力装置の機能不良が確認される場合、所定の最小値よりも上にある、前記アクセルペダルの前記ニュートラルな位置への運動速度を検知したときに、所定のブレーキ圧を生成させる、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレーキ倍力装置の機能不良が確認される場合、ドライバーに前記ブレーキ倍力装置の前記機能不良を触覚的に、たとえば前記アクセルペダルの振動によって知らせる、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 自動車のための特性曲線変更装置において、この特性曲線変更装置が前記自動車のアクセルペダルの特性曲線を変更するために形成されており、前記特性曲線変更装置が次のものを有し、すなわち、
前記自動車のブレーキ倍力装置が機能不良を有していることを確認するための確認装置と、
前記確認装置が前記ブレーキ倍力装置の機能不良を確認した場合、前記アクセルペダルの非操作時で且つ前記自動車のブレーキの非操作時に前記自動車が減速されるように前記アクセルペダルの特性曲線を変更するための変更機構と、
を有している特性曲線変更装置。
