Claims (5)
- 電気自動車のインレット充電部に締結される車両用充電コネクタにおいて、
前記インレット充電部内部に設けられたインレット端子部と電気的に接続されるアウトレット端子部と、
前記アウトレット端子部が収容される収容空間及び前記インレット端子部と結合される結合空間を提供するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの一側に設けられ、前記アウトレット端子部の離脱を防止するリアホルダと、
を含み、
前記アウトレット端子部は、
前記インレット端子部と結合される複数の充電端子と、前記充電端子の外側から延長方向に延び、末端部が前記リアホルダの一側に保持され、前記充電端子の離脱を防止する防止リブとで形成されることを特徴とする車両用充電コネクタ。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記複数の充電端子が一定のパターンを有して設けられるように、第1連結孔が形成され、
前記リアホルダは、前記収容空間の外側に配置されるボディと、前記ボディから前記収容空間の内側に延び、前記第1連結孔と連通される第2連結孔を形成する延長部とで形成され、
前記アウトレット端子部は、前記充電端子が、前記第1、2連結孔を貫通して配置され、前記防止リブの末端が前記延長部の末端に保持され、前記収容空間に配置されることを特徴とする車請求項1に記載の車両用充電コネクタ。 - 前記防止リブは、前記充電端子の外周面に沿って突出した連結端と、前記連結端から所定距離離隔され、放射方向に延びた複数の弾性カンチレバと、前記各弾性カンチレバの末端で折り曲げられ、前記延長部と対向するように形成される保持端とで形成され、
前記アウトレット端子部が、前記第2連結孔を貫通して前記収容空間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用充電コネクタ。 - 前記弾性カンチレバは、前記連結端から延び、前記充電端子の外周面から延長方向に延び、放射方向に徐々に離隔されるように傾斜面が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用充電コネクタ。
- 前記リアホルダは、前記ボディから前記収容空間の外側に延び、前記ハウジングの末端部を保護する保護リブと、前記収容空間の内側に延び、末端部に係止突起が形成され、前記収容空間に形成された締結溝に係止固定される締結リブとが形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用充電コネクタ。
