Claims (4)
- 燃焼筐内に、上端に炎口部を有する前後方向に長手のバーナを横方向に複数並設した燃焼装置であって、燃焼筐の後板の内側に、複数のバーナを横方向に位置決めするバーナ位置決め板が設けられるものにおいて、
燃焼筐の横方向両側の各側板の後端に、横方向外方に折り曲げられたフランジ部が設けられると共に、バーナ位置決め板の横方向両側の各端部に、横方向外方に突出して前方に屈曲する係合爪が設けられ、フランジ部に、係合爪が後方から挿入可能な係合孔が形成され、係合爪を係合孔に挿入して、バーナ位置決め板を燃焼筐の両側板の後端間に仮止めした状態で、燃焼板の後板が燃焼筐の両側板の後端間に取付けられることを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 前記係合爪に、後方に向けて横方向外方に傾斜するように切起された切起し片が設けられ、切起し片が前記係合孔を潜り抜けて前記フランジ部の係合孔の横方向外方部分の前面に係合することにより、前記バーナ位置決め板が抜け止めされることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記バーナ位置決め板は、前記各バーナ間の隙間に後方から挿入されてバーナを横方向に位置決めする櫛歯状の複数の位置決め爪を有し、前記係合爪の前端が前記係合孔に挿入されてからバーナ位置決め板を更に前方に移動させたときに、バーナを横方向に位置決め可能な位置に位置決め爪が到達することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記係合孔は、前記バーナ位置決め板の横方向各側の端部から横方向外方に突出する前記係合爪の基端部を受け入れられるように、前記フランジ部の折り曲げ基部に亘って形成され、係合孔に係合爪の基端部を受け入れさせることで、バーナ位置決め板の後面とフランジ部の後面とが面一になることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか1項記載の燃焼装置。
