Claims (4)
- 真空積層装置とプレス装置を備えた積層成形システムにおいて、
真空状態のチャンバ内で積層成形を行う真空積層装置と、
前記真空積層装置の後工程に設けられサーボモータを駆動源とする第1のプレス装置と第2のプレス装置とが備えられ、
前記第1のプレス装置と第2のプレス装置にはサーボモータが備えるロータリエンコーダ以外に、上盤と下盤の間、下盤とベース盤の間、前記上盤および下盤にそれぞれ取り付けられる加圧ブロックの間のいずれかを接続して両者の距離を検出する位置センサが備えられる、積層成形システム。 - 前記第1のプレス装置には力制御に用いられるロードセルが備えられる、請求項1に記載の積層成形システム。
- 真空積層装置とプレス装置を用いた積層成形方法において、
真空状態のチャンバ内で積層成形を行う真空積層装置と、前記真空積層装置の後工程に設けられサーボモータを駆動源とする第1のプレス装置と第2のプレス装置とが備えられ、
前記第1のプレス装置には力制御に用いられるロードセルが備えられ、
前記第1のプレス装置において少なくとも力制御を含む加圧制御を行う、積層成形方法。 - 前記第1のプレス装置と第2のプレスにはサーボモータが備えるロータリエンコーダ以外に、上盤と下盤の間、下盤とベース盤の間、前記上盤および下盤にそれぞれ取り付けられる加圧ブロックの間のいずれかを接続して両者の距離を検出する位置センサが備えられ、
前記第1のプレス装置と第2のプレス装置において前記位置センサにより前記距離を測定して制御を行う、請求項3に記載の積層成形方法。
