Abstract
Description
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ15×5.5Jのホイールに装着し、酸素濃度60%の気体を充填し空気圧450kPaにして、温度70℃の環境中に14日間、静置した。その後、空気圧350kPaに調整し、ドラム径1707mmで、JIS D 4230に準拠する室内ドラム試験機にかけて、JATMA規定荷重の88%から6時間ごとに15%ずつ荷重を増加させながら、速度60km/hの条件で走行試験を行った。そして、故障が発生した際の走行距離を測定した。評価結果は、従来例1を100とする指数で示した。この指数値が大きいほど、耐久性が優れていることを意味する。
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ15×5.5JJのホイールに装着し、室内ドラム試験機(ドラム径:1707.6mm)を用いて、ISO28580に準拠して、空気圧450kPa、荷重8.13kN、速度80km/hの条件で転がり抵抗を測定した。評価結果は、従来例1の値を100とする指数で示した。この指数値が小さいほど転がり抵抗が低く、低燃費性が優れていることを意味する。

Claims (5)
- トレッド部においてカーカス層のタイヤ径方向外側にゴム組成物で被覆されたスチールコードからなるベルト層と、該ベルト層のタイヤ径方向外側にゴム組成物で被覆された有機繊維コードからなるベルトカバー層とを備える空気入りタイヤであって、
前記スチールコードは、直径が0.32mm±0.01mmである2本の無撚りの芯素線の外周側に、直径が0.32mm±0.01mmである2本の側素線を螺旋状に撚り合わせた構造を有し、
前記ベルトカバー層が前記ベルト層の全幅を覆うように配置されていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記ベルト層を構成するベルト用ゴム組成物におけるゴム100質量部に対する硫黄配合量(Sb)と前記ベルトカバー層を構成するベルトカバー用ゴム組成物におけるゴム100質量部に対する硫黄配合量(Sc)との比(Sb/Sc)が2.0~3.0であり、前記ベルト用ゴム組成物の100%引張応力(Mb)と前記ベルトカバー用ゴム組成物の100%引張応力(Mc)との比(Mb/Mc)が1.5~2.5であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ベルト層を構成するベルト用ゴム組成物が、天然ゴムを含むジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、ネオデカン酸ホウ酸コバルトを0.1~1.5質量部、硫黄を4.5~7.0質量部配合してなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ベルト用ゴム組成物が、前記ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対して、フェノール系樹脂を0.5~3.0質量部、硬化剤を0.5~5.0質量部配合してなり、前記ベルト用ゴム組成物の20℃における動的貯蔵弾性率E'が13~18MPaであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 空気圧350kPa以上の条件で使用されるライトトラック用タイヤであることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
