Description
得られた試験片を使用し、JIS K6251に準拠してJIS3号ダンベル型試験片を切り出した。JIS K6251に準拠して引張試験を行い、100%変形時の引張応力を測定し、表1,2に記載した。またアンダートレッド用ゴム組成物の100%引張応力(MU)およびベルト用ゴム組成物の100%引張応力(MB)の比(MU/MB)を算出し合わせて記載した。
上記で得られたゴム組成物を用いて、タイヤ(195/65R15)を作成し、完成タイヤをリムに組み付け、酸素を充填し内圧を300kPaとし、この状態で80℃のオーブンに7日間保管処理した後、タイヤから各部材を切り出した。切り出したサンプルの酸素含有量をCHN元素分析法により測定した。
上記で得られたゴム組成物を用いて、タイヤ(195/65R15)を作成し、完成タイヤをリムに組み付け、酸素を充填し内圧を300kPaとし、この状態で80℃のオーブンに7日間保管処理した後、タイヤからベルト部材を切り出した。切り出したサンプルを用いて、ワイヤーの剥離試験を実施し表面のゴム被覆率をゴム付きとし、比較例1の被覆率を100として指数表示した。数字の大きい方がゴム被覆率が高く、耐久性に優れる。

・フェノール系樹脂:レゾルシン樹脂、INDSPEC Chemical Corporation社製Penacolite B−18−S
・硬化剤:ヘキサメトキシメチロールメラミン(HMMM)、CYTEC INDUSTRIES社製CYREZ 964RPC
・酸化亜鉛:正同化学工業社製酸化亜鉛3種
・老化防止剤:フレキシス社製サントフレックス 6PPD
・ステアリン酸:日油社製ステアリン酸
・硫黄:四国化成工業社製ミュークロン OT−20(硫黄含有量が80質量%)
・加硫促進剤:N−シクロヘキシル−2−ベンゾチアゾールスルフェンアミド、大内新興化学工業社製ノクセラーCZ−G(CZ)

Claims (2)
- アンダートレッド用ゴム組成物からなるアンダートレッドおよびベルト用ゴム組成物からなるベルト層を有する空気入りタイヤであって、前記アンダートレッド用ゴム組成物が、ジエン系ゴム100質量部に、有機酸コバルトをコバルト量で0.22〜0.35質量部、硫黄を2.0〜8.0質量部配合してなり、前記ベルト用ゴム組成物がジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し有機酸コバルトをコバルト量でCoB質量部、硫黄をSB質量部配合してなり、前記アンダートレッド用ゴム組成物がジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し有機酸コバルトをコバルト量でCoU質量部、硫黄をSU質量部配合してなるとき、前記アンダートレッド用ゴム組成物およびベルト用ゴム組成物のコバルト量の比(CoU/CoB)が1.0〜1.5、かつ硫黄量の比(SU/SB)が0.3〜1.0であることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記アンダートレッド用ゴム組成物の100%引張応力(MU)および前記ベルト用ゴム組成物の100%引張応力(MB)の比(MU/MB)が0.96〜1.12であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
