Claims (12)
- 接続対象物を挿抜可能なコネクタであって、
前記接続対象物が挿入される挿入部を有するインシュレータと、
前記インシュレータに取り付けられているコンタクトと、
を備え、
前記コンタクトは、接触片と、弾性変形可能な弾性部と、を有し、
前記接触片は、前記挿入部に前記接続対象物が挿入された挿入状態で前記接続対象物の信号線と接触する接触部と、前記接触部よりも前記挿入部の挿入口側に位置する除去部と、を有し、
前記除去部は、前記挿入部に前記接続対象物が挿入されている半挿入状態で前記信号線と接触し、前記挿入状態で前記弾性部が弾性変形すると前記接続対象物と離間する、
コネクタ。 - 前記半挿入状態において、前記接触部の頂点部は、前記接触片において前記接触部が突出している方向で前記除去部の頂点部より前記接続対象物側に位置する、
請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記除去部は、前記接触片において前記接触部が突出している方向及び前記接続対象物が挿入される挿入方向に直交する方向において、前記接触部の少なくとも一部と重畳する、
請求項1又は2に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記接触片において前記接触部が突出している方向及び前記接続対象物が挿入される挿入方向に直交する方向における前記除去部の幅は、前記直交する方向における前記接触部の幅よりも大きいか、又は同程度である、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記接触片は、前記接触片において前記接触部が突出している方向と反対方向に前記弾性部から屈曲しながら前記挿入部の挿入口側に延出する、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記コンタクトは、前記インシュレータに係止する係止部を有し、
前記弾性部は、前記係止部から前記挿入口に向けて斜め下方に延出し、屈曲して斜め上方に延在し、
前記接触片は、前記弾性部の端部から鈍角で屈曲しながら前記挿入部の挿入口側に延出する、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記挿入部は、前記挿入状態で挿入方向における前記接続対象物の先端面の位置決めの基準となる内面を有する、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記半挿入状態における前記除去部と前記信号線との第1接点と、前記挿入状態における前記接触部と前記信号線との第2接点と、の間の前記挿入方向に沿った間隔は、前記第2接点と前記内面との間の前記挿入方向に沿った間隔よりも大きい、
請求項7に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記インシュレータは、前記コンタクトが取り付けられている取付溝を有し、
前記接触片において前記接触部が突出している方向及び前記接続対象物が挿入される挿入方向に直交する方向における前記取付溝の幅は、前記除去部側で大きく、前記接触部側で小さくなる、
請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記幅は、前記除去部と前記接触部との間で階段状に変化する、
請求項9に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記接触片は、前記除去部と前記接触部との間で前記除去部及び前記接触部と同一方向に突出する突起を有する、
