Abstract
Description
また、一般的な防汚処理剤は、汚染が定着すると、梱包用布粘着テープで容易に洗浄することが困難になる問題があった。また、表面に摩耗が発生した場合、防汚性が喪失される問題があった。
前記基材層がフッ素樹脂で構成され、前記シリコーン粘着層が、硬さがアスカーC硬度計で5以下であり、かつ、モルタルテストピースに対する粘着力が5N/25mm以上のものであり、前記基材層の表面のうち、前記シリコーン粘着層を積層した側の面の反対側の表面が防汚面であることを特徴とするシリコーン複合防汚シートを提供する。
本発明のシリコーン複合防汚シートは、基材層と前記基材層の片面に積層したシリコーン粘着層とを含み、前記基材層がフッ素樹脂で構成され、前記シリコーン粘着層が、硬さがアスカーC硬度計で5以下であり、かつ、モルタルテストピースに対する粘着力が5N/25mm以上のものであり、前記基材層の表面のうち、前記シリコーン粘着層を積層した側の面の反対側の表面が防汚面であることを特徴とする。
本発明のシリコーン複合防汚シートは、上記基材層とシリコーン粘着層以外にも後述するように補強材層や保護層などを更に含むことができる。なお、以下において、本発明のシリコーン複合防汚シートを構成する各層のうち、シリコーン粘着層以外の層をまとめて「防汚層」ともいう。
本発明のシリコーン複合防汚シートを構成するシリコーン粘着層は、硬さがアスカーC硬度計で5以下であり、かつ、モルタルテストピースに対する粘着力が5N/25mm以上のものであれば特に限定されないが、下記の特徴を有することが好ましい。
(A)1分子中に少なくとも2個の珪素原子と結合するアルケニル基を含有するオルガノポリシロキサン、
(B)R2 3SiO1/2単位(式中、R2は非置換又は置換の1価炭化水素基であるが、R2はアルケニル基を含む)とSiO2単位とを主成分とする、アルケニル基を含有する樹脂質共重合体(なお、(B)成分は組成物中に含まれていることが好ましいが0質量部であってもよい。)、
(C)珪素原子と結合する水素原子(SiH基)を1分子中に少なくとも2個含有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン、
(D)付加反応触媒、
を含有してなる、硬化物が表面粘着性を有する付加硬化型シリコーン組成物であることが好ましく、シリコーン粘着層は、その硬化物から形成することが好ましい。
以下、上記(A)~(D)成分をより詳細に説明する。
上記付加硬化型シリコーン組成物の(A)成分は、1分子中に少なくとも2個のアルケニル基を有するオルガノポリシロキサンであり、この(A)成分のオルガノポリシロキサンとしては、下記平均組成式(I)
R1 aSiO(4-a)/2 ・・・(I)
で示されるものを用いることができる。
(B)成分の樹脂質共重合体(即ち、三次元網状構造の共重合体)は、R2 3SiO1/2単位及びSiO2単位を主成分とする。ここで、R2は非置換又は置換の1価炭化水素基(アルケニル基を含む)であり、炭素数1~10のものが好ましく、特に1~8のものが好ましく、R2で示される1価炭化水素基としては、メチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、イソプロピル基、ブチル基、イソブチル基、tert-ブチル基、ペンチル基、ネオペンチル基、ヘキシル基、シクロヘキシル基、オクチル基、ノニル基、デシル基等のアルキル基、フェニル基、トリル基、キシリル基、ナフチル基等のアリール基、ベンジル基、フェニルエチル基、フェニルプロピル基等のアラルキル基、ビニル基、アリル基、プロペニル基、イソプロペニル基、ブテニル基、ヘキセニル基、シクロヘキセニル基、オクテニル基等のアルケニル基や、これらの基の水素原子の一部又は全部をフッ素、臭素、塩素等のハロゲン原子、シアノ基等で置換したもの、例えばクロロメチル基、クロロプロピル基、ブロモエチル基、トリフロロプロピル基、シアノエチル基等が挙げられる。
(C)成分は、珪素原子と結合する水素原子(SiH基)を1分子中に少なくとも2個、好ましくは3個以上有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサンであり、分子中のSiH基が前記(A)成分及び(B)成分中の珪素原子に結合したアルケニル基とヒドロシリル化付加反応により架橋し、組成物を硬化させるための硬化剤として作用するものである。
R3 bHcSiO(4-b-c)/2 ・・・(II)
(式中、R3は炭素数1~10の非置換又は置換の1価炭化水素基である。また、bは0.7~2.1、cは0.001~1.0で、かつb+cは0.8~3.0を満足する正数である。)
で示されるものを用いることができ、1分子中に少なくとも2個(通常2~200個)、好ましくは3~100個、より好ましくは3~50個の珪素原子結合水素原子を有するものが好適に用いられる。ここで、R3の1価炭化水素基としては、R1で例示したものと同様のものを挙げることができるが、脂肪族不飽和基を有しないものが好ましい。また、bは好ましくは0.8~2.0、cは好ましくは0.01~1.0、b+cは好ましくは1.0~2.5であり、オルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサンの分子構造は、直鎖状、環状、分岐状、三次元網目状のいずれの構造であってもよい。
(D)成分は、従来公知のものでよく、通常、白金又は白金化合物に代表される白金族金属系付加反応触媒(通常、(A)、(B)成分の合計アルケニル基含有オルガノポリシロキサンに対し金属質量換算で1~1,000ppm)を含有するものが用いられる。
上記シリコーン粘着層を形成する組成物には、上述した成分に加え、必要に応じて、その他の成分として、ヒュームドシリカ、沈降シリカ、石英粉、珪藻土、炭酸カルシウムのような充填剤や、カーボンブラック、導電性亜鉛華、金属粉等の導電剤、酸化鉄、酸化セリウムのような耐熱剤などの充填剤を配合してもよい。更に、窒素含有化合物やアセチレン化合物、リン化合物、ニトリル化合物、カルボキシレート、錫化合物、水銀化合物、硫黄化合物等のヒドロシリル化反応制御剤、ジメチルシリコーンオイル等の内部離型剤、接着性付与剤、チクソ性付与剤等を配合することは任意とされる。
次に、本発明のシリコーン複合防汚シートに含まれるシリコーン粘着層の物理的特性について説明する。
本発明のシリコーン複合防汚シートに含まれる基材層はフッ素樹脂で構成されている。その表面のうち、上記シリコーン粘着層を積層した側の面の反対側の表面が汚染防止能を有する防汚面となっている。
本発明では、更に、基材層に補強材が含まれているシリコーン複合防汚シートや、基材層とシリコーン粘着層との間に更に後述する補強材層が積層されたシリコーン複合防汚シートとすることもできる。
シリコーン複合防汚シートの成型方法について述べる。ただし、本発明のシリコーン複合防汚シートを形成する方法は、以下に説明する方法に限定されるものではない。
本発明の落書き防止施工方法は、本発明のシリコーン複合防汚シートの前記シリコーン粘着層を所望の被着体に貼り付け、前記基材層のフッ素樹脂からなる防汚面(防汚処理された表面)を露出させることで被着体への落書きを防止することを特徴とする。
基材層に用いる、厚さ0.05mmのフッ素樹脂フィルム(PTFE、中興化成工業(株)社製 チューコーフロー スカイブドテープ MSF-100)を準備し、基材層Aとした。
基材層に用いる、厚さ0.05mmの片面がエッチング処理され投錨性が付与されたフッ素樹脂フィルム(ETFE、中興化成工業(株)社製 チューコーフロー スカイブドテープ MSF-102)を準備し、基材層Bとした。
基材層に用いる、厚さ0.05mmの片面がエッチング処理され投錨性が付与されたフッ素樹脂フィルム(ETFE、中興化成工業(株)社製 チューコーフロー スカイブドテープ MSF-102)と、補強材層に用いる厚さ0.1mmのPETフィルムを準備した。さらに、フッ素樹脂フィルムのエッチング処理面とPETフィルムとを、無機UV吸収フィラーを配合したポリエステル系接着剤を3g/m2となるようにグラビアコーターで塗布、貼合し、フッ素樹脂フィルムとPETフィルムの接着強度が5N/25mmである防汚層Cを作製した。
基材層に用いる、厚さ0.05mmの片面がエッチング処理され投錨性が付与されたフッ素樹脂フィルム(ETFE、中興化成工業(株)社製 チューコーフロー スカイブドテープ MSF-102)と、補強材層に用いる厚さ0.1mmの耐UV-PETフィルムを準備した。さらに、フッ素樹脂フィルムのエッチング処理面と耐UV-PETフィルムとを無機UV吸収フィラーを配合したポリエステル系接着剤を3g/m2となるようにグラビアコーターで塗布、貼合し、フッ素樹脂フィルムと耐UV-PETフィルムの接着強度が5N/25mmである防汚層Dを作製した。
基材層に用いる、厚さ0.1mmの耐UV-PETフィルムを準備した。さらに、表面処理剤として、含フッ素シリコーン化合物を含有するシリコーンハードコート剤:信越化学製 KR-400F:100質量部に、消泡剤として信越化学製 FA-600:0.05質量部を添加・混合した表面処理液を用意し、これを耐UV-PETフィルム上にスピンコートしたのち、120℃で5分間硬化させ成膜し、防汚処理された防汚層Eを作製した。
基材層として、実施例1及び2とは異なり防汚処理がされていない、0.1mm厚の未処理PETフィルム(防汚層F)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に実施して、平均厚さ1.10mmのシリコーン複合防汚シートFを得た。
実施例3と同様に防汚層Cを得た。
一方、両末端がジメチルビニルシロキシ基で封鎖された平均重合度1,000のジメチルポリシロキサン92.5部、室温(25℃)で固体の(CH2=CH)(CH3)2SiO1/2単位、(CH3)3SiO1/2単位及びSiO2単位からなる樹脂質共重合体[((CH2=CH)(CH3)2SiO1/2単位+(CH3)3SiO1/2単位)/SiO2単位(モル比)=0.85、CH2=CH-基含有量:0.0008mol/g]7.5部を含む50質量%トルエン溶液を撹拌混合器に入れ、30分混合した後、トルエンを完全に留去した(アルケニル基量0.00865mol/g)。このシリコーンベース100部に、架橋剤として(CH3)2HSiO1/2単位とSiO2単位を主成分としたSiH基を有する樹脂質共重合体(SiH基量0.0013mol/g)を8.0部、反応制御剤としてエチニルシクロヘキサノール0.1部を添加し、15分撹拌を続けて、シリコーンゴム組成物Bを得た。このシリコーンゴム組成物に白金触媒(Pt濃度1質量%)0.2部を混合し、粘着性シリコーン組成物Bを得た。
実施例3と同様に防汚層Cを得た。
上記の防汚層Cの補強材層に、コンマコータを使用して上記粘着性組成物Bを2.0mmになるように積層コーティングし、加熱炉で140℃、5分間加熱硬化させてシリコーン粘着層を形成し、平均厚さ2.16mmのシリコーン複合防汚シートHを得た。
以下に複合シートの評価項目とそれらの評価方法を示す。以下では、各例のシリコーン複合防汚シートを単に「シリコーン複合防汚シート」と呼ぶ。
シリコーン複合防汚シートの防汚面に、油性ラッカースプレー、水性ラッカースプレーを3秒間スプレーし、弾き性を確認した。弾きがなく、スプレー個所がそのまま残るものは×、流れ落ちてスプレー形状が崩れるものを〇、一部流れ落ちるものを△、評価せずを-とした。試験は、初期およびキセノンアーク促進暴露試験(1000時間エージング)後の2回にわたって実施した。キセノンアーク促進暴露試験はJIS K 7350-2のA法に準拠した。
シリコーン複合防汚シートの防汚面に、油性ラッカースプレー、水性ラッカースプレーを3秒間スプレーし、室温で6時間乾燥させた。その後、粘着テープの粘着面により汚れの転写洗浄を行った。スプレーと転写洗浄を5回繰り返し行い、転写洗浄が不可能であったものを×、転写洗浄が可能であったものを〇、評価せずを-とした。試験は、初期およびキセノンアーク促進暴露試験(1000時間エージング)後の2回にわたって実施した。キセノンアーク促進暴露試験はJIS K 7350-2のA法に準拠した。
シリコーン複合防汚シートの防汚面に、油性ラッカースプレー、水性ラッカースプレーを3秒間スプレーし、室温で6時間乾燥させた。その後、粘着テープの粘着面により汚れの転写洗浄を行い、ほとんどラッカースプレーが除去できる転写洗浄回数が5回以下のものを〇、10回以下のものを△、それ以上もしくは除去できないものを×、評価せずを-とした。試験は、初期およびキセノンアーク促進暴露試験(1000時間エージング)後の2回にわたって実施した。キセノンアーク促進暴露試験はJIS K 7350-2のA法に準拠した。
目の細かいサンドペーパーでシリコーン防汚シートの基材層を少し削り、防汚性、繰り返し洗浄性、洗浄容易性について初期サンプルを上記方法で評価した。
シリコーン複合防汚シートから50mm×100mmの形状の複合シートサンプルを切り出した。この複合シートサンプルを、その粘着層に対してモルタルテストピース2枚を並べた片面上に、それぞれのモルタルテストピースの貼り付けされた部分が均等の面積になるように貼り付け、24時間室温放置し、ゼロスパンから最大20mmまで引張った時に、シートが剥がれずに追従する変位量が10mm以上であるものを○、5~10mmを△、5mm未満を×とした。

Claims (10)
- 基材層と前記基材層の片面に積層したシリコーン粘着層とを含むシリコーン複合防汚シートであって、
前記基材層がフッ素樹脂で構成され、前記シリコーン粘着層が、硬さがアスカーC硬度計で5以下であり、かつ、モルタルテストピースに対する粘着力が5N/25mm以上のものであり、前記基材層の表面のうち、前記シリコーン粘着層を積層した側の面の反対側の表面が防汚面であることを特徴とするシリコーン複合防汚シート。 - 前記基材層を構成するフッ素樹脂の表面のうち、少なくとも前記防汚面の反対側の表面に投錨性向上処理がなされたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコーン複合防汚シート。
- 更に、前記基材層に補強材が含まれているものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシリコーン複合防汚シート。
- 前記基材層と前記シリコーン粘着層との間に更に補強材層が積層されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のシリコーン複合防汚シート。
- 前記基材層と前記補強材層が耐UV特性を有する接着層を介して積層されたものであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシリコーン複合防汚シート。
- 前記補強材層が、PETフィルムを含むものであることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載のシリコーン複合防汚シート。
- 前記各層のうちの1つ以上が光反射抑制効果を有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のシリコーン複合防汚シート。
- 前記基材層の厚さが0.05~0.3mmであり、前記粘着層の厚さが0.5~3mmであり、前記シリコーン複合防汚シート全体の厚さが0.55~3.3mmであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のシリコーン複合防汚シート。
- 前記シリコーン複合防汚シートが、落書き防止用のものであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のシリコーン複合防汚シート。
- 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のシリコーン複合防汚シートの前記シリコーン粘着層を所望の被着体に貼り付け、前記基材層のフッ素樹脂からなる防汚面を露出させることで被着体への落書きを防止することを特徴とする落書き防止施工方法。
