Abstract

Description
(a)複数のセグメントに分割されたシーリング輪郭を含むシーリング装置によって、少なくとも1つの製品キャビティを取り囲むシール継ぎ目に沿って成形部品に蓋フィルムをシールするステップ。
(b)シーリング装置を用いて、継ぎ目に沿った複数のセグメントの各セグメントにおける継ぎ目のシーリング品質を特徴付けるパラメータを検出するステップ。
(c)複数のセグメントの各セグメントにおいて、ステップ(b)に従って検出されたパラメータに基づいて、ステップ(a)に従ってシーリングの問題を検出するステップ。
(c1)複数のセグメントの各セグメントのパラメータの検出された実際の値を、複数のセグメントの各セグメントに対して定義されたパラメータの公称値と比較するステップ。
(c2)複数のセグメントの各セグメントについて、パラメータの実際の値と公称値との間に偏差があるかどうかを決定するステップ。
(c3)ステップ(c2)に従って決定された、パラメータの実際の値と公称値との間の偏差に基づいて、ステップ(a)に従ってシーリングの問題を検出するステップ。
Claims (17)
- 蓋フィルム(36)で密閉される少なくとも1つの成形部品(32)中の製品キャビティ(34)を有するパッケージ(30)を製造し、検査する方法であって、
(a)複数のセグメント(28)に分割されたシーリング輪郭(4)を備えるシーリング装置(2)によって、前記蓋フィルム(36)を少なくとも1つの製品キャビティ(34)を囲む継ぎ目(40)に沿って前記成形部品(32)に密閉するステップと、
(b)前記シーリング装置(2)によって、前記継ぎ目(40)に沿って複数のセグメント(28)の各セグメント(28a-28h)における前記継ぎ目(40)のシーリング品質を表すパラメータ(P)を検出するステップと、
(c)前記複数のセグメント(28)の各セグメント(28a-28h)における、ステップ(b)によって検出された前記パラメータ(P)に基づいて、ステップ(a)により密閉するステップの問題点を検出するステップと、を含む方法。 - ステップ(c)によって検出された前記シーリングの問題は、前記継ぎ目(40)の問題または前記シーリング装置(2)の問題である請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップ(b)は、前記複数のセグメント(28)の各セグメント(28a-28h)における前記パラメータ(P)の実際の値(Pactual)を検出することを含み、
ステップ(c)は、
(c1)前記複数のセグメント(28)の各セグメント(28a-28h)のパラメータ(P)の検出された実際の値(Pactual)を、前記複数のセグメント(28)の各セグメント(28a-28h)に定義された前記パラメータ(P)の公称値(Pnominal)と比較するステップと、
(c2)前記複数のセグメント(28)の各セグメント(28a-28h)について、前記パラメータ(P)の実際の値(Pactual)と公称値(Pnominal)の間に偏差(ΔP)があるかどうかを判断するステップと、
(c3)ステップ(c2)に従って決定された前記パラメータ(P)の実際の値(Pactual)と公称値(Pnominal)の間の偏差(ΔP)に基づいて、ステップ(a)に従ってシーリングの問題を検出するステップと、
を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの製品キャビティ(34)の周りの前記継ぎ目(40)が、25mmから600mmの間の長さである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シーリング輪郭(4)の複数のセグメント(28)が、少なくとも4つのセグメント(28a-28h)を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シーリング輪郭(4)が実質的にリング形状である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のセグメント(28)の前記セグメント(28a-28h)が互いに隣接して配置され、前記複数のセグメント(28)の前記セグメント(28a-28h)が前記シーリング輪郭(4)に沿って連続的に配置され、前記ステップ(b)は、継ぎ目(40)全体に沿って実行される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シーリング装置(2)は、複数の加熱素子(22)および複数のセンサー素子(24)を含み、前記複数の加熱素子(22)のうちの1つの加熱素子(22)および前記複数のセンサー素子(24)のうちの1つのセンサー素子(24)が、前記複数のセグメント(28)の各セグメント(28a-28h)に割り当てられ、前記複数の加熱素子(22)および/または前記複数のセンサー素子(24)の動作データは、ステップ(b)に従って前記パラメータ(P)を検出するために使用される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シーリング品質を表すパラメータ(P)が、温度(T)であり、前記シーリング装置(2)が、前記ステップ(b)に従って、前記継ぎ目(40)に沿った前記複数のセグメント(28)の各セグメント(28a-28h)において前記温度(T)を検出する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シーリング品質を表すパラメータ(P)が、前記ステップ(a)によるシーリング中の前記複数のセグメント(28)の各々の電力需要(E)であり、前記シーリング装置(2)が、前記ステップ(b)に従って、前記継ぎ目(40)に沿った前記複数のセグメント(28)の各セグメント(28a-28h)において前記電力需要(E)を検出する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記パラメータ(P)の公称値(Pnominal)が所定の値である請求項3に記載の方法。
- ステップ(c1)が、前記複数のセグメント(28)の少なくともいくつかの前記パラメータ(P)の前記実際の値(Pactual)に基づいて少なくとも1つの比較値(V)を決定するステップをさらに含み、前記パラメータ(P)の前記公称値(Pnominal)は、前記比較値(V)に対応する請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(c)の後に、前記ステップ(c)に従って検出された問題の関数として継ぎ目(40)の品質(Q)を決定するステップをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(c2)が、前記偏差(ΔP)の程度を決定するステップをさらに含み、前記ステップ(c)の後、さらに、パッケージ(30)を前記偏差(ΔP)の決定された範囲の関数としての少なくとも第1および第2のカテゴリー(K1、K2)のカテゴリー(K)に割り当てるステップを含み、各カテゴリー(K)は、継ぎ目(40)の特定の品質(Q)を表す請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記パッケージ(30)をカテゴリ(K)に割り当てた後、さらに、前記パッケージ(30)に割り当てられた前記カテゴリー(K)に応じて前記パッケージ(30)を処理するステップを含み、処理はカテゴリー(K)ごとに異なる請求項14に記載の方法。

継ぎ目(40)を生成するためのシーリング輪郭(4)であって、当該シーリング輪郭(4)が複数のセグメント(28)に分割されているシーリング輪郭(4)と、
複数の加熱素子(22)および複数のセンサー素子(24)であって、前記複数の加熱素子(22)のうちの1つの加熱素子(22)および前記複数のセンサー素子(24)のうちの1つのセンサー素子(24)は、複数のセグメント(28)の各セグメント(28a-28h)に割り当てられる、複数の加熱素子(22)および複数のセンサー素子(24)と、
制御ユニット(12)と、
を備え、
前記シーリング装置(2)は、複数のセンサー素子(22)および/または複数の加熱素子(24)によって、複数のセグメント(28)の各セグメント(28a-28h)における継ぎ目(40)のシーリング品質を表すパラメータ(P)を検出するように構成され、
前記制御ユニット(12)は、前記パラメータ(P)に基づいてシーリング作業の問題を検出するように構成されることを特徴とするシーリング装置(2)。 - 前記シーリング作業の問題は、前記継ぎ目(40)の問題または前記シーリング装置(2)の問題である請求項16に記載のシーリング装置(2)。
