Description
電動昇降式高所作業プラットフォームであって、
プラットフォームホルダに固定され、かつ前記プラットフォームホルダに対して上下に伸縮可能なピラーと、
前記ピラーに接続され、前記ピラーとともに昇降し、作業者を積載することができる作業台と、
前記ピラーの昇降を駆動する駆動機構とを含み、
前記ピラーは、少なくとも3つの順次嵌着されるスリーブを含み、前記作業台は、外側スリーブに接続され、
前記駆動機構は、第1モータと、減速装置と、ブレーキと、第1プッシュロッドとを含み、前記第1モータは前記プッシュロッドを介して前記外側スリーブの移動を駆動し、前記スリーブにローラが設けられ、前記ローラにチェーンが設けられ、前記チェーンの両端はそれぞれ前記ローラを配置するスリーブの外側と内側のスリーブに接続される。
Claims (9)
- 電動昇降式高所作業プラットフォームであって、
プラットフォームホルダ(2)に固定され、かつ前記プラットフォームホルダ(2)に対して上下に伸縮可能なピラー(1)と、
前記ピラー(1)に接続され、前記ピラー(1)とともに昇降し、作業者を積載することができる作業台(3)と、
前記ピラー(1)の昇降を駆動する駆動機構(4)とを含み、
前記ピラー(1)は、少なくとも3つの順次嵌着されるスリーブ(11)を含み、前記作業台(3)は、外側スリーブ(111)に接続され、
前記駆動機構(4)は、第1モータ(41)と、減速装置と、ブレーキと、第1プッシュロッド(42)とを含み、前記第1モータ(41)は前記第1プッシュロッド(42)を介して前記外側スリーブ(111)の移動を駆動し、前記スリーブ(11)にローラ(43)が設けられ、前記ローラ(43)にチェーン(44)が設けられ、前記チェーン(44)の両端はそれぞれ前記ローラ(43)を配置するスリーブ(11)の外側と内側のスリーブ(11)に接続されることを特徴とする電動昇降式高所作業プラットフォーム。 - 下側の前記スリーブ(11)は順に上側の前記スリーブ(11)内に挿入され、前記スリーブ(11)の側壁に垂直板(45)が設置され、前記垂直板(45)上に前記ローラ(43)が回転接続され、前記チェーン(44)の一端は前記ローラ(43)を配置するスリーブ(11)の外側のスリーブ(11)に接続され、他端は前記垂直板(45)に対して固定設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動昇降式高所作業プラットフォーム。
- 前記スリーブ(11)における前記垂直板(45)の数量は二つ又は三つであり、前記垂直板(45)は互いに平行であり、前記垂直板(45)の間に回転軸(451)が設けられ、前記回転軸(451)において二つの前記チェーン(44)が対称に設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電動昇降式高所作業プラットフォーム。
- 前記第1プッシュロッド(42)は、中間層にある前記スリーブ(11)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動昇降式高所作業プラットフォーム。
- 前記作業台(3)は、底板(31)および前記底板(31)から上向きに延伸する保護板(32)を含み、前記保護板(32)に垂直ロッド(33)が設けられ、前記垂直ロッド(33)にクロスビーム(34)が設けられ、前記外側スリーブ(111)に上接続部材(12)と下接続部材(13)が設けられ、前記下接続部材(13)は前記保護板(32)に接続され、前記クロスビーム(34)は前記上接続部材(12)に架設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動昇降式高所作業プラットフォーム。
- 前記作業台(3)は底板(31)を含み、前記底板(31)は対向して移動可能な下板(36)と上板(35)を含み、前記上板(35)に内側板(37)が設けられ、前記下板(36)に外側板(38)が設けられ、前記外側板(38)に位置制限溝(381)が設けられ、前記内側板(37)に位置制限機構(5)が設けられ、前記位置制限機構(5)はベース(51)、および前記ベース(51)に対して水平の回転軸に関して回転するヒンジ(52)を含み、前記ヒンジ(52)に位置制限部材(53)が設けられ、ヒンジ(52)の回転によって前記位置制限部材(53)が前記位置制限溝(381)に対して移動することを実現することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動昇降式高所作業プラットフォーム。
- 前記内側板(37)にリム(371)が対向して設けられ、二つの前記リム(371)上にそれぞれ相対的に開くことができる扉(372)が設けられ、前記扉(372)に手動コントローラ(373)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電動昇降式高所作業プラットフォーム。
- 前記ピラー(1)の下側にトロリ(6)が設けられ、前記トロリ(6)に第2モータ(63)と、二つの駆動輪(68)と、二つの走行輪(61)とが設けられ、二つの前記走行輪(61)はリンク(62)を介して接続され、前記第2モータ(63)の出力端に第2プッシュロッド(64)が設けられ、前記第2プッシュロッド(64)は前記リンク(62)にヒンジ接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動昇降式高所作業プラットフォーム。
- 前記トロリ(6)内に電池が設けられ、前記電池は前記第1モータ(41)と前記第2モータ(63)との中間位置に位置することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電動昇降式高所作業プラットフォーム。
