Abstract
Description
第1実施形態に係る車両下部構造について、図面を参照して説明する。なお、各図に適宜示される矢印FRは車両前方側を示しており、矢印UPは車両上方側を示しており、矢印RHは車幅方向右側を示している。以下、単に前後、上下、左右の方向を用いて説明する場合は、特に断りのない限り、車両前後方向の前後、車両上下方向の上下、車両前方向を向いた場合の左右を示すものとする。
リインフォース46は、図6に示すように、第1ブラケット42を介してバッテリパック34に取り付けられると共に、第2ブラケット44を介して後側第3クロス部28に取り付けられている。なお、リインフォース46が「連結部材」に相当する。
この車両下部構造では、車両前後方向に延在する左右一対のサイドフレーム部16間にバッテリパック34が配設されると共に、車両前後方向に延在するリインフォース46によってバッテリパック34の後端と後側第3クロス部28が連結されている。したがって、バッテリパック34の左右がサイドフレーム部16と連結され、車両後方向が後側第3クロス部28に連結されるため、車体剛性が向上する。
以下、図6及び図7を用いて、第2実施形態に係る車両下部構造について説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同一構成部分については同一参照符号を付してその説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- 車両前後方向に延在する左右一対の第1骨格部材を含む骨格部材と、
左右一対の前記第1骨格部材間に配置されるバッテリパックと、
前記バッテリパックから少なくとも車両前後方向一方側に延在し、前記骨格部材の前記バッテリパックよりも前記車両前後方向一方側と前記バッテリパックとを連結する連結部材と、
前記連結部材に搭載される電子デバイスと、
を備える車両下部構造。 - 前記骨格部材は、左右一対の前記第1骨格部材の車両前後方向において前記バッテリパック配置領域よりも前記車両前後方向一方側を車幅方向に連結する第2骨格部材を含み、
前記連結部材は、前記バッテリパックと前記第2骨格部材とを連結する請求項1記載の車両下部構造。 - 前記第1骨格部材は、車両前後方向において前記バッテリパック配置領域よりも前記車両前後方向一方側が高くなっており、
前記第2骨格部材は、前記第1骨格部材の前記車両前後方向一方側の下側同士を連結すると共に、
車両正面視において、前記電子デバイスと前記バッテリパックが重複している請求項2記載の車両下部構造。 - 前記連結部材には、車両前後方向において前記電子デバイスよりも前記バッテリパック側に、前記車両前後方向一方側から入力された荷重により車両上下方向に屈曲される脆弱部が設けられている請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の車両下部構造。
- 前記連結部材は左右一対設けられており、左右一対の前記連結部材のそれぞれに電子デバイスが搭載されている請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の車両下部構造。
- 前記電子デバイスは、コンプレッサである請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の車両下部構造。
- 前記コンプレッサは、車両の空調用、又は前記車両に設けられたセンサ清掃用である請求項6記載の車両下部構造。
