また、本発明によれば、前記の複合布帛を袖口または裾口に含む衣服が提供される。

Ar1はメタ配位または平行軸方向以外に結合基を有する2価の芳香族基である。
H2N-Ar2-Y-Ar2-NH2 ・・・式(3)
XOC-Ar3-COX ・・・式(4)
XOC-Ar3-Y-Ar3-COX ・・・式(5)
Ar2はAr1とは異なる2価の芳香族基、Ar3はAr1とは異なる2価の芳香族基、Yは酸素原子、硫黄原子、アルキレン基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の原子または官能基であり、Xはハロゲン原子を表す。
上述した方法によりメタ型全芳香族ポリアミド繊維を製造することができる。
なお、上記で得られた紡糸液(メタ型全芳香族ポリアミド重合体溶液)を紡糸口金から紡出する際の温度は、20~90℃の範囲が適当である。
上述した方法により、結晶化度や残存溶媒量を上述した好ましい範囲とすることができる。
その際、パラ型全芳香族ポリアミド繊維は、パラフェニレンテレフタラミド繊維またはコパラフェニレン・3、4’オキシジフェニレンテレフタルアミド繊維がより好ましい。
本発明の複合布帛は前記の構成を有するので、有害な微粒子の透過を抑制可能であり、さらには難燃性、遮熱性、伸縮性をも兼ね備える。
以下の素材を用いて、公知の方法により表1に示すように英式綿番手40番の単糸を製造した。
「メタ型全芳香族ポリアミド繊維原着短繊維」帝人株式会社社製、「コーネックス」(登録商標)、平均単繊維繊度1.7dtex、繊維長51mm(以下メタアラミド)
「パラ型全芳香族ポリアミド短繊維」帝人株式会社製、「テクノーラ」(登録商標)、平均単繊維繊度1.7dtex、繊維長51mm(以下パラアラミド)
上記英式綿番手40番の紡績糸を双糸合撚し、20ゲージの丸編機を用い2/2のリブ編を製編した。得られた編物は、JIS L 1096 A法により、厚み1.6mm、目付320g/m2であった。
上記英式綿番手40番の紡績糸を用い、20ゲージの丸編機を用い天竺編を製編した。PTFEメンブレンの両面に天竺編を接着し、130℃の乾熱でプリーツ加工して、ジグザグ状の微粒子捕集体を得た。
かかる袖口は、有害な微粒子の透過を抑制可能であり、さらには難燃性、遮熱性、伸縮性をも兼ね備えていた。
実施例1において、微粒子捕集体として「メタ型全芳香族ポリアミド繊維原着短繊維」帝人株式会社社製、「コーネックス」(登録商標)からなる不織布を用いること以外は実施例1と同様にした。得られた袖口は、有害な微粒子の透過を抑制可能であり、さらには難燃性、遮熱性、伸縮性をも兼ね備えていた。
実施例1において、微粒子捕集体としてポリイミド繊維からなる不織布を用いること以外は実施例1と同様にした。得られた袖口は、有害な微粒子の透過を抑制可能であり、さらには難燃性、遮熱性、伸縮性をも兼ね備えていた。
Claims (7)
- シート状の微粒子捕集体と、難燃繊維を含む編物とを含む複合布帛であって、前記微粒子捕集体の両面が前記編物によって覆われていることを特徴とする複合布帛。
- 前記微粒子捕集体が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン膜、不織布、紙、織物、および編物からなる群より選択されるいずれかを含む、請求項1に記載の複合布帛。
- 前記微粒子捕集体がジグザグ状の形状を有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の複合布帛。
- 前記編物が、前記難燃繊維を編物重量対比80重量%以上含む、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の複合布帛。
- 前記編物が、リブ組織を有する、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の複合布帛。
- 複合布帛が筒状であり、二重の前記編物の間に前記微粒子捕集体が配されている、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の複合布帛。
- 請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の複合布帛を袖口または裾口に含む衣服。
