Abstract
【解決手段】車両に設けられた左右のヘッドランプL-HL,R-HLと、各ランプに設けられてそれぞれ各ランプでのランプ制御を行なうランプECU2と、車両に設けられて各ランプECU2との間で制御信号を通信する車両ECU1を備えており、車両ECU1と各ランプECU2は第1CAN通信ラインLc1で接続され、各ランプECU2はそれぞれ独立してランプ制御を行なう。さらに、各ランプはランプユニット3やレベリングアクチュエータ4を備えており、ランプECU2はこれらと第2CAN通信ラインLc2で接続されてランプユニット3とレベリングアクチュエータ4を制御する。

Description
図5は実施形態1のランプ制御装置の電気系統のブロック構成図である。ここでは右ヘッドランプR-HLの構成を詳しく図示しているが、左ヘッドランプL-HLについては一部の図示は簡略化している。右ヘッドランプR-HLにおいて、ランプECU2は第1から第3のLED駆動回路部21,22,23を備えている。第1LED駆動回路部21は電圧レベルの第1ライン(CLライン)Lv1によりクリアランスランプユニット31に接続され、その光源31sとしてのLEDに発光用の電流を供給する。第2LED駆動回路部22は同じく電圧レベルの第2ライン(Loライン)Lv2によりロービームランプユニット32に接続され、その光源32sとしてのLEDに発光用の電流を供給する。第3LED駆動回路部23は電圧レベルの第3ライン(ADBライン)Lv3によりADBランプユニット33に接続され、その光源33sとしての多分割LEDに発光用の電流を供給する。
図6は実施形態2におけるランプ制御装置の電気系統のブロック構成図である。実施形態1と等価な部分には同一符号を付しており、詳細な説明は省略する。左右のヘッドランプL-HL,R-HLは同じ構成であり、それぞれ複合ランプユニット3とレベリングアクチュエータ4を備え、かつこれらがそれぞれのランプECU2により制御される構成であることは実施形態1と同様である。また、左右のヘッドランプの各ランプECU2は車両CANラインLc1により車両ECU1に接続されていることも実施形態1と同じである。
図8は実施形態3におけるランプ制御装置の電気系統のブロック構成図である。実施形態2と等価な部分には同一符号を付しており、詳細な説明は省略する。実施形態3は、1つのCAN通信回路部24AによってADB配光制御とレベリング制御をそれぞれ行なう構成とされている。すなわち、このCAN通信回路部24Aは、実施形態2の第1CAN通信回路部24と第2CAN通信回路部26の両機能を備えたものとして構成されている。そして、このCAN通信回路部24AはADBランプユニット33とレベリングアクチュエータ4のそれぞれにランプCANラインLc2により接続されている。

Claims (10)
- 車両に設けられた少なくとも2つのランプと、各ランプに設けられてそれぞれ各ランプでのランプ制御を行なうランプ制御手段と、前記車両に設けられて前記各ランプ制御手段との間で制御信号を通信する車両制御手段を備え、前記車両制御手段と前記各ランプ制御手段は第1高速通信ラインで接続され、前記各ランプ制御手段は当該第1高速通信ラインでの通信によりそれぞれ独立してランプ制御を行なう構成である車両用ランプ制御装置。
- 前記各ランプは配光制御が可能なランプユニットを備え、前記ランプ制御手段と前記ランプユニットは第2高速通信ラインで接続され、前記ランプ制御手段は当該第2高速通信ラインでの通信により前記ランプユニットを制御する請求項1に記載の車両のランプ制御装置。
- 前記各ランプはランプユニットの光軸調整を行うためのアクチュエータを備え、前記ランプ制御手段と前記アクチュエータは第2高速通信ラインで接続され、前記ランプ制御手段は当該第2高速通信ラインでの通信により前記アクチュエータを制御する請求項1又は2に記載の車両用ランプ制御装置。
- 前記各ランプ制御手段は、前記ランプユニットの制御を行なう第1高速通信回路部と、前記アクチュエータの制御を行なう第2高速通信回路部を備える請求項2を引用する請求項3に記載の車両用ランプ制御装置。
- 前記第1高速通信回路部と前記第2高速通信回路部は1つの高速通信回路部で構成される請求項4に記載の車両用ランプ制御装置。
- 前記第1高速通信ラインと前記第2高速通信ラインはCAN通信ラインである請求項2ないし5のいずれかに記載の車両用ランプ制御装置。
- 前記2つのランプは車両の左右のヘッドランプであり、前記ランプ制御手段は前記ヘッドランプの配光と光軸制御を行なう請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の車両用ランプ制御装置。
- 前記ランプユニットはADB配光制御が可能なランプユニットである請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の車両用ランプ制御装置。
- 前記アクチュエータはランプユニットの光軸を上下方向に制御するレベリングアクチュエータである請求項3ないし8のいずれかに記載の車両用ランプ制御装置。
- 前記ランプ制御手段は、車両のロール角の変化に追従してそれぞれ独立して前記レベリングアクチュエータを制御する請求項9に記載の車両用ランプ制御装置。
