Description
Claims (13)
- 対象物の温度を測定するための温度センサーと、
弾性を有し、該温度センサーを該対象物の周囲に固定するために該温度センサーに取り付けられた取付部材と、
を有する、温度感知ユニット。 - 該温度センサーは、間に熱接点を形成するように接合された第1の熱電対リボンおよび第2の熱電対リボンを含む、請求項1に記載の温度感知ユニット。
- 該第1の熱電対リボンおよび該第2の熱電対リボンが突合せ溶接されている、請求項2に記載の温度感知ユニット。
- 該温度センサーは、該第1および第2の熱電対リボンに重なり該第1および第2の熱電対リボンを一緒に結合する支持部材をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の温度感知ユニット。
- 該第1および第2の熱電対リボンはそれぞれ、該対象物の周方向に沿って延びる第1の部分と、該第1の部分に対してある角度をなして延びる第2の部分とを含む、請求項2に記載の温度感知ユニット。
- L字形を画定するように、該第2の部分が該第1の部分の端部に接続されている、請求項5に記載の温度感知ユニット。
- T字形を画定するように、該第2の部分が該第1の部分の中央に接続されている、請求項5に記載の温度感知ユニット。
- 該取付部材が、該第1および第2の熱電対リボンの該第1の部分に取り付けられている、請求項5に記載の温度感知ユニット。
- 該取付部材および該温度センサーが、連続した閉じた形状を共同で画定している、請求項1に記載の温度感知ユニット。
- 該取付部材がばねである、請求項1に記載の温度感知ユニット。
- 該第1および第2の熱電対リボンの該第2の部分に取り付けられた一対のリード線をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の温度感知ユニット。
- 請求項1に記載の温度感知ユニットと、外周面を含むヒーターとを備え、該温度センサーと該取付部材が連続した閉じた形状を共同で画定している、ヒーターアセンブリ。
- 該ヒーターは、該ヒーターの端部の周りに配置された取付フランジをさらに含み、該温度センサーは、該取付フランジを通されて該取付フランジに固定された一対のリード線をさらに含む、請求項12に記載のヒーターアセンブリ。
