Abstract
Description

- 塗料及びコーティング、特に防水用の塗料及びコーティング材、
- 接合部(ジョイント)を充填し、亀裂をシーリングするためのマスチック材、

Z6:熱硬化性反応性化合物としての、組成物の総質量に基づいて1.2〜3.5質量%のmMDI、及び組成物の総質量に基づいて0.5〜2.2質量%のポリリン酸(PPA)
〔アスファルト組成物、ブレンド1〜10を調製するための一般的手順〕
表1及び表2において以下で特定しているアスファルト及び様々なポリマーブレンドを含む舗装タイプのアスファルトバインダー組成物を調製し、試験ステップにかけてそれらの性能を決定した。
アスファルト試験
肩付き真ちゅう製リングの中に成形したビチューメンの2つの水平ディスクを液体浴中で制御された速度で加熱し、そのとき、それぞれがスチールボールを支えているビチューメン中に覆われた各ボールが(25±0.4)[mm]の距離落下することを可能にするようにその2つのディスクが十分に軟化する温度の平均として、軟化点を報告する。
ビチューメンを、ボトル中で163[℃]において85[分]、オーブン中で加熱する。そのボトルを15[rpm]で回転させ、加熱空気を各ボトル中に、移動最下点において4000[mL/分]で吹き込む。熱及び空気の影響を、オーブン処理の前と後で測定した物理試験値の変化から決定する。
RTFOTからの残留物を、標準ステンレス鋼鍋に入れ、空気で2.10[MPa]に加圧した容器中で、規定したコンディショニング温度(90[℃]、100[℃]、又は100[℃])において20[h]エージングする。温度は、アスファルトバインダーのグレード(用途)にしたがって選択する。最後に、残留物を真空脱気する。
動的せん断レオメーター試験システムは、平行板、試験片の温度を制御するための手段、ローディング装置、並びに制御及びデータ収集システムから構成されている。
この試験は、アスファルトバインダーの複素せん断弾性率と位相角(δ)を測定することを目的としている。試験は、規定された周波数と温度において、平行な金属板の間に直径8又は25[mm]の試験体を押し付けることから構成される。平行板の1つは、この場合、1.59[Hz]及び角度変位振幅で他方の板に対して振動させられる。試験が線形挙動の領域内に収まるように必要とされる振幅を選択しなければならない。これは、30、40、50、60、70、80、及び90[℃]で繰り返す。
この試験方法は、2つの応力レベル(0.1及び3.2[kPa])及び規定された温度(50[℃])における、せん断クリープ下でのアスファルトバインダー中の短期エージング後の弾性応答及び回復の存在を決定するために用いられる。このテストは、DSRを使用して25[mm]のものに一定の応力を1[s]負荷し、次に9[s]回復することを許す。0.100[kPa]のクリープ応力で10回のクリープ及び回復サイクルを行い、次に3.200[kPa]のクリープ応力で10サイクル行う。
瀝青バインダー試験体(未使用)を、試験温度において及び50mm/分の一定速度で、所定の伸び(200mm)まで引き伸ばす。このようにして作られた瀝青の細線を中央で切断して2つの半分の細線を得る。回復のための30分の所定時間の後、半分の細線の短縮を測定し、伸びた長さの百分率として表す。この手順は、典型的には25℃の試験温度で実施される。
この試験は、その中央点に一定荷重が加えられた、簡素に支持されたアスファルトバインダーの角柱状ビームの中間点のたわみを測定するために使用される。角柱状の試験体を温度制御された流体浴に入れ、240[s]の間、一定の試験荷重をかける。試験荷重(980±50[mN]及びその試験片の中央点のたわみを、コンピュータ化されたデータ収集システムを使用して時間に対して監視する。試験体の中央点における最大曲げ応力は、試験体の寸法、支持体間の距離、並びに8.0、15.0、30.0、60.0、120.0、及び240.0[s]の荷重時間のあいだ試験片に加えられる荷重から計算される。特定の荷重時間に対する試験体の剛性は、最大曲げ応力を最大曲げひずみで割ることによって計算される。
Claims (20)
- 組成物の総質量に基づいて0.1〜8質量%の熱硬化性反応性化合物としてのイソシアネート、及び組成物の総質量に基づいて0.1〜8質量%の、スチレン/ブタジエン/スチレンコポリマー(SBS)、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)、ネオプレン、ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、酸化高密度ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、酸化高密度ポリプロピレン、マレイン化されたポリプロピレン、エチレン-ブチルアクリレート-グリシジルメタクリレートターポリマー、エチルビニルアセテート(EVA)、及びポリリン酸(PPA)からなる群から選択されるポリマーを含むアスファルト組成物。
- 前記イソシアネートが少なくとも2.0の官能基数を有する、請求項1に記載のアスファルト組成物。
- 前記イソシアネートが、モノメリックMDI、ポリメリックMDI、MDIプレポリマー、TDI、及びHDIからなる群から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載のアスファルト組成物。
- 前記イソシアネートがポリメリックMDIである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のアスファルト組成物。
- 前記ポリメリックMDIが、25℃において10〜5000cps/mPasの範囲の粘度を有する、請求項4に記載のアスファルト組成物。
- 前記ポリメリックMDIの量が、組成物の総質量に基づいて0.5〜5.0質量%である、請求項4又は5に記載のアスファルト組成物。
- 前記ポリマーがスチレン/ブタジエン/スチレンコポリマー(SBS)である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のアスファルト組成物。
- 前記スチレン/ブタジエン/スチレンコポリマー(SBS)が線状である、請求項7に記載のアスファルト組成物。
- 前記スチレン/ブタジエン/スチレンコポリマー(SBS)が、ポリマーの総質量に基づいて25〜40質量%のスチレン含有量を有する、請求項7又は8に記載のアスファルト組成物。
- 前記スチレン/ブタジエン/スチレンコポリマー(SBS)の量が、組成物の総質量に基づいて0.8〜3.0質量%である、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載のアスファルト組成物。
- 前記ポリマーがポリリン酸(PPA)である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のアスファルト組成物。
- 前記ポリリン酸(PPA)が、100〜120%の範囲の計算されたH3PO4含有量を有する、請求項11に記載のアスファルト組成物。
- 前記ポリリン酸(PPA)が水を含まない、請求項11又は12に記載のアスファルト組成物。
- ポリリン酸(PPA)の量が、組成物の総質量に基づいて0.8〜2.0質量%である、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載のアスファルト組成物。
- 以下のステップ:
