Claims (10)
- 複数の磁石と、ロータの内周面から半径方向外向きに延在して前記磁石に流体を供給する半径方向に延びる複数の流路とを含む、中心軸線を中心に回転可能なロータを備えた電動機。
- 前記流路が前記ロータ内で軸線方向および円周方向に延在する、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 前記流路が階段状の構成を有する、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 前記ロータは、軸線方向に積み重ねられた複数のプレートによって形成され、前記流路は、前記プレートに形成された部分的に半径方向に重なり合う複数の穴によって形成される、請求項3に記載の電動機。
- 前記半径方向に重なり合う穴は、前記中心軸線からさらに次第に半径方向外側に向かう前記軸線方向において、連続する前記プレート同士の穴によって前記流路を形成する、請求項4に記載の電動機。
- 複数の前記プレートが同一の構成を有し、各々の前記プレートが軸線方向に直接隣接するプレートとは異なる回転配向を有するように回転配向されている、請求項4に記載の電動機。
- 各々の前記プレートが、前記軸線方向に直接隣接するプレートから同じ角度で回転方向にオフセットされている、請求項6に記載の電動機。
- 前記ロータの内周面に流体を供給するために内部を通過する半径方向に延びる穴を含むロータキャリアをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 変速機の上流かつ内燃機関の下流のトルク経路に配置するように構成されたハイブリッドモジュールであって、
請求項8に記載の電動機と、
前記ロータキャリアが前記フロントカバーに固定されている、フロントカバーを含むトルクコンバータと、
を備えたハイブリッドモジュール。 - 電動機を形成する方法であって、
複数の磁石と、前記ロータの内周面から半径方向外向きに延在して前記磁石に流体を供給する半径方向に延びる複数の流路とを含むように、中心軸線を中心に回転可能なロータを作製することを含む、電動機を形成する方法。
