Claims (10)
- フィラメント(3)を広げてスパンボンド布(8)にし、前記スパンボンド布(8)を除湿し、溶剤および凝固剤を含んだプロセス空気を吸引除去するデバイスであって、前記スパンボンド布(8)を搬送方向で搬送するコンベヤデバイス(7)を含み、
前記コンベヤデバイス(7)が前記フィラメント(3)の堆積表面(6)を有し、
前記コンベヤデバイス(7)が、少なくとも前記堆積表面(6)の領域において、気体および液体透過性であり、
前記コンベヤデバイス(7)の前記堆積表面(6)の下方に、一次除湿デバイス(9)が設けられ、
前記堆積表面(6)の上流および/または下流および/または側方に、少なくとも1つの上側吸引デバイス(10、11)が設けられることを特徴とする、デバイス。 - 動作中の前記上側吸引デバイス(11)が、前記堆積表面(6)に向かう前記搬送方向もしくは前記搬送方向と反対の、または前記搬送方向および前記搬送方向と反対の、吸引方向を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 動作中の前記上側吸引デバイス(10)が、前記堆積表面(6)に向かう前記搬送方向を横断する吸引方向を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 機械方向(11)の各吸引デバイスに二次除湿デバイス(12)が割り当てられることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記二次除湿デバイス(12)が真空下で動作可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記上側吸引デバイス(11)が前記堆積表面(6)の上流で前記搬送方向に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記上側吸引デバイス(11)が前記堆積表面(6)の下流で前記搬送方向に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- セルロースフィラメントを製造するデバイスと、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のデバイスとを含む、アセンブリ。
- フィラメント(3)を広げてスパンボンド布(8)にし、前記スパンボンド布(8)を除湿し、溶剤および/または凝固剤それぞれを含んだプロセス空気を吸引除去し、前記凝固剤または前記溶剤それぞれを前記プロセス空気から分離し回収する方法であって、フィラメント(3)が紡糸システム(2)から取り出されてコンベヤデバイス(7)の堆積表面(6)上に広げられてスパンボンド布にされ、次に更に搬送され、前記堆積表面(6)上の前記フィラメント(3)が圧力を低減することによって前記コンベヤデバイス(7)の下面から除湿され、前記コンベヤデバイス(7)によって反射したプロセス空気が、前記コンベヤデバイス(7)の上方における前記堆積表面(6)の上流および/または下流および/または横方向隣の少なくとも1つの区画において吸引除去されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記凝固剤または前記溶剤がそれぞれ、廃棄物の流れから排出され、次に回収されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
