Claims (13)
- 複数のバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーパックと、
前記バッテリーパックの両端に接続し、前記バッテリーパックに充電電流を供給する充電装置と、
前記バッテリーパックと充電装置との間に連結され、前記充電電流の流れを許容または遮断するスイッチと、
前記スイッチと機械的に連結され、前記バッテリーパックの両端の間に形成される電位差が基準値以上になる場合、反り変形を起こして前記スイッチをオフにする電流遮断部材と、を含む、バッテリーパック充電システム。 - 前記バッテリーセルが、パウチタイプのバッテリーセルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック充電システム。
- 前記充電装置が、自動車に設けられたオルタネータであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーパック充電システム。
- 前記電流遮断部材の長手方向の一側が、前記バッテリーパックまたは地面に直接または間接的に固定される固定端であり、
前記電流遮断部材の長手方向の他側が、前記反り変形によって位置が変更される自由端であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック充電システム。 - 前記電流遮断部材は、
EAP層と、
前記EAP層の一面上に形成される第1金属層と、
前記EAP層の他面上に形成される第2金属層と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック充電システム。 - 前記EAP層は、
ナフィオン、ポリピロール、ポリアニリン及びポリチオフェンから選択された少なくとも一つの高分子電解質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック充電システム。 - 前記第1金属層及び前記第2金属層は、
白金、金、銀及び銅を含む群から選択されたいずれか一つの金属を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5又は請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック充電システム。 - 前記第1金属層が、前記バッテリーパックの負極と電気的に接続し、前記第2金属層が、前記バッテリーパックの正極と電気的に接続することを特徴とする、請求項5から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック充電システム。
- 前記スイッチが、前記バッテリーパックの負極と充電装置との間に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項5から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック充電システム。
- 前記第1金属層が、導電性の材質からなる連結ロッドによって前記スイッチと機械的/電気的に接続することを特徴とする、請求項5から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック充電システム。
- 前記第1金属層が、連結ロッドによって前記スイッチと機械的に連結され、負極接続リードによって前記バッテリーパックの負極と電気的に接続することを特徴とする、請求項5から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック充電システム。
- 前記連結ロッドが、前記スイッチ及び前記第1金属層と各々ヒンジ結合していることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のバッテリーパック充電システム。
- 請求項1から請求項12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック充電システムを含む、自動車。
