Claims (12)
- 第1バッテリーモジュール及び第2バッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーモジュール集合体と、
前記第1バッテリーモジュールの第1電極と接続する第1コネクターと、
前記第2バッテリーモジュールの第2電極と接続し、前記第1コネクターと離隔して配置される第2コネクターと、
前記第1コネクターと前記第2コネクターとを連結するスイッチと、
前記スイッチの長手方向の一側に接続する電流遮断部材と、を含み、
前記バッテリーモジュールの両端の間に形成される電位差が基準値以上になる場合、前記電流遮断部材が反り変形を起こし、前記電流遮断部材の前記反り変形に連動して前記スイッチが反り変形してオフになるように構成されたバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
相互に電気的に接続した複数のバッテリーセルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記スイッチの長手方向の一側は、前記第1コネクターと接触し、前記電流遮断部材の反り変形によって前記第1コネクターとの接触状態が解除可能に自由端として形成され、
前記スイッチの長手方向の他側は、前記第2コネクターと固定される固定端として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記電流遮断部材の長手方向の一側は、前記反り変形によって位置が変更される自由端であり、
前記電流遮断部材の他側は、前記バッテリーモジュールまたは地面に直接または間接的に固定される固定端であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記電流遮断部材は、
EAP層と、
前記EAP層の一面上に形成される第1金属層と、
前記EAP層の他面上に形成される第2金属層と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記EAP層は、
ナフィオン、ポリピロール、ポリアニリン及びポリチオフェンから選択された少なくとも一つの高分子電解質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1金属層及び前記第2金属層は、
白金、銀及び銅を含む群から選択されたいずれか一つの金属を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5又は請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1金属層が、前記バッテリーモジュールの負極と電気的に接続し、
前記第2金属層が、前記バッテリーモジュールの正極と電気的に接続することを特徴とする、請求項5から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記電流遮断部材が前記スイッチの上部に位置し、
前記第1金属層が前記スイッチと対向することを特徴とする、請求項5から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーパックは、
前記スイッチと前記第1金属層とを連結する非導電性の連結ロッドをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項5から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記連結ロッドは、
前記スイッチ及び前記第1金属層と各々ヒンジ結合することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
