Claims (18)
- 原動機付き車両用の部材(1)であって、当該部材(1)は、繊維強化合成樹脂から成る中空成形物部分(2)と、金属材料から成る負荷導入要素(3)とを備えており、中空成形物部分(2)及び負荷導入要素(3)は、共通の結合部分(4)において、取外し不能かつ接着された差込み結合部分(5)を介して互いに結合されており、差込み結合部分では、負荷導入要素(3)の端部(6)及び中空成形物部分(2)の端部(7)が、交互に、かつ、少なくとも本質的に形状結合式に互いの中へ係合している、前記部材において、

- 差込み歯部(8)の歯が、当該歯(10)が負荷導入要素(3)の中実材料へ移行する歯元部(18)において、結合部分(4)の長手方向(9)における負荷導入要素(3)の端部(6)の更なる剛性の低減のために、少なくとも部分的に先細に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のシャシコントロールアーム(1)。
- 差込み歯部(8)の少なくとも1つの歯(10)が、その長手延長部にわたって中空成形物部分(2)へ向けて連続的に先細に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のシャシコントロールアーム(1)。
- 負荷導入要素(3)が、複数の中空成形物部分(2)の複数の端部(7)を収容するための、差込み歯部が形成された複数の端部(6)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のシャシコントロールアーム(1)。
- 差込み歯部(8)の全ての歯(10)がそれぞれ2つの加工されていない長手側を有しており、当該長手側は、少なくとも本質的に結合部分(4)の長手方向(9)に延在していることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のシャシコントロールアーム(1)。
- 負荷導入要素(3)が、成形物長手方向(13)に延在する加工されていない外周面及び/又は内周面を有する成形物部分として、特に押出成形物部分として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のシャシコントロールアーム(1)。
- 第1の負荷導入要素(3)が第1の成形物長手方向(13)を備えており、第2の負荷導入要素(3’)が、第1の成形物長手方向(13)とは異なる第2の成形物長手方向(13’)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のシャシコントロールアーム(1)。
- 少なくとも本質的に結合部分(4)の長手方向(9)に延在する歯(10)を備えた負荷導入要素(3)の差込み歯部(8)が貫通溝(15)を備えており、当該貫通溝は、負荷導入要素(3)の成形物長手方向(13)に対して90°ではない角度(α)で延在していることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のシャシコントロールアーム(1)。
- 中空成形物部分(2)が複数チャンバ成形物部分として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のシャシコントロールアーム(1)。
- 中空成形物部分(2)が、曲げ剛性及び/又はねじり剛性及び/又は座屈剛性の向上のために、断面において見て外方へ向けて突出した少なくとも1つのリブ(22)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のシャシコントロールアーム(1)。
- 中空成形物部分(2)が、断面において見てその外周面及び/又は内周面から突出した狭い厚み部(28)を備えており、当該厚み部によって、負荷導入要素(2)の端部(6)及び中空成形物部分(2)の端部(7)が規定されて最小間隔に保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載のシャシコントロールアーム(1)。
- 結合部分(4)内において、2つの歯(10)の間の少なくとも1つの中空空間が接着剤(11)によってのみ充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載のシャシコントロールアーム(1)。
