Abstract
Description
本出願は、参照によりその開示全体が本明細書に組み込まれる、2018年4月18日出願の米国仮特許出願第62/659,350号に対する優先権の利益を主張する。
ポリアミド及び1種又は複数の難燃剤添加剤を含む組成物。

実施例で使用される材料
化合物を、25mmスクリューを備えたBerstorff ZE 25 AX 40D−UTX2軸押出機で作製した。典型的な設定条件は、供給ゾーン1 30℃;ゾーン2 I60℃;ゾーン3 260℃;ゾーン4 280℃;ゾーン5 290℃;ゾーン6 280℃;ゾーン7 270℃;ゾーン8 270℃;ダイ270℃;真空200mbar;スループット10Kg/時間である。更なる条件を実験結果の表に示す。
実施例4〜6.メラミンシアヌラートを含有する無充填ポリアミド配合物。
実施例7〜9.メラミンシアヌラートを含有する無充填ポリアミド配合物。
実施例10〜12.ハロゲン及びアンチモンを含まないリン含有難燃剤を用いた配合物及び配合条件及び挙動。
実施例13〜15.ハロゲン及びアンチモンを含まない、リン含有難燃剤添加剤を含むポリアミド配合物。
実施例16〜19.ハロゲン及びアンチモン含有難燃剤添加剤を含むポリアミド配合ポリアミド配合物。
実施例20〜22.ハロゲン及びアンチモンを含まない、リン含有難燃剤添加剤を含むポリアミド配合物。
実施例23.難燃剤ポリアミド組成物から形成される繊維の特性
20以上〜33以下の相対粘度(RV)を有する、組成物の約30重量%〜約99重量%であるポリアミドと;
1種又は複数の難燃剤添加剤とを含む、難燃剤ポリアミド組成物。
ポリアミドを1種又は複数の難燃剤添加剤と組み合わせて、難燃剤ポリアミド組成物を形成する工程を含む。
組成物の約1重量%〜約50重量%ある1種又は複数の難燃剤添加剤とを含む難燃剤ポリアミド組成物を提供し、
組成物は、アンダーライターズラボラトリーズ試験番号UL94によって測定される0.4mmでのV−2、V−1、又はV−0の難燃性評価を有する。
ナイロン66が20以上〜33以下のRVを有する、組成物の約80重量%〜約99重量%であるナイロン66と、
組成物の約1重量%〜約20重量%である1種又は複数の難燃剤添加剤と、1種又は複数の難燃剤添加剤は、メラミンシアヌラート、アルミニウムジエチルホスフィナート、メラミンポリホスファート、ブロモポリスチレン、三酸化アンチモン、脱水ホウ酸亜鉛、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択されることを含む、難燃剤ポリアミド組成物を提供し、
組成物は、ガラス繊維を実質的に含まず、組成物は、アンダーライターズラボラトリーズ試験番号UL94によって測定される0.4mmでのV−2、V−1、又はV−0の難燃性評価を有する。
組成物の約10重量%〜約50重量%である1種又は複数の難燃剤添加剤と、1種又は複数の難燃剤添加剤は、メラミンシアヌラート、アルミニウムジエチルホスフィナート、メラミンポリホスファート、ブロモポリスチレン、三酸化アンチモン、脱水ホウ酸亜鉛、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択され、
組成物の約1重量%〜約40重量%であるガラス繊維補強充填剤とを含む、難燃剤ポリアミド組成物を提供し、
組成物は、アンダーライターズラボラトリーズ試験番号UL94によって測定される0.4mmでのV−2、V−1、又はV−0の難燃性評価を有する。
Claims (20)
- 難燃剤ポリアミド組成物であって、
90%ギ酸中8.4重量%溶液として測定される20以上〜33以下の相対粘度(RV)を有する、組成物の約30重量%〜約99重量%であるポリアミドと、
1種又は複数の難燃添加剤とを含み、
前記難燃剤ポリアミド組成物は、ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)及びその非ポリアミドコポリマーを実質的に含まず、組成物は、アンダーライターズラボラトリーズ試験番号UL94によって測定される0.4mmでのV−2、V−1、又はV−0の難燃性評価を有する、難燃剤ポリアミド組成物。 - 前記組成物が、スチレンコポリマー、ポリオレフィン、非ポリアミドポリエステル、及びこれらの誘導体を実質的に含まない、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、アンダーライターズラボラトリーズ試験番号UL94によって測定される、0.4mmでのV−0の難燃性評価を有する、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリアミドが、90%ギ酸中の8.4重量%溶液として測定される20以上〜30以下のRVを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記難燃剤ポリアミド組成物が繊維である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリアミドがナイロン66である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリアミドが前記組成物の約35重量%〜約96重量%である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記1種又は複数の難燃剤が、前記組成物の約1重量%〜約50重量%である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記1種又は複数の難燃剤添加剤が、ハロゲン含有難燃剤添加剤、相乗剤を含むハロゲン含有難燃剤添加剤、リン含有難燃剤添加剤、無機難燃剤添加剤、窒素含有難燃剤添加物、相乗剤を含む窒素含有難燃剤添加剤、又はこれらの組み合わせである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記1種又は複数の難燃剤添加剤が、メラミンシアヌラート、アルミニウムジエチルホスフィナート、メラミンポリホスファート、ブロモポリスチレン、三酸化アンチモン、脱水ホウ酸亜鉛、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 1種又は複数の補強充填剤を更に含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記1種又は複数の補強充填剤が、炭素、ガラス、繊維材料、ケブラー、セルロース、グラフェン、シリカート、ナノチューブ、ダイヤモンド、又はこれらの組み合わせである、請求項11に記載の組成物。
- 前記補強充填剤がガラス繊維である、請求項11〜12のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記1種又は複数の補強充填剤が、前記組成物の約0.1〜約62重量%である、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 1種又は複数の加工性添加剤を更に含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 20以上〜33以下のRVの代わりに90%ギ酸中8.4重量%溶液として測定される20未満又は33超のRVを有するポリアミドを含むが、それ以外は同一である別の組成物が、アンダーライターズラボラトリーズ試験番号UL94によって測定される際に、難燃性が低い、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 20以上〜33以下のRVの代わりに90%ギ酸中8.4重量%溶液として測定される20未満又は33超のRVを有するポリアミドを含むが、それ以外は同一である別の組成物が、アンダーライターズラボラトリーズ試験番号UL94によって測定される際に、同じ難燃性を達成するために、前記1種又は複数の難燃剤添加剤のより高い濃度を必要とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の難燃剤ポリアミド組成物の製造方法であって、前記方法が:
前記ポリアミドを前記1種又は複数の難燃剤添加剤と組み合わせて、前記難燃剤ポリアミド組成物を形成する工程を含む、難燃剤ポリアミド組成物の製造方法。 - 難燃剤ポリアミド組成物であって、
ナイロン66が90%ギ酸中8.4重量%溶液として測定される20以上〜33以下のRVを有する、前記組成物の約80重量%〜約99重量%であるナイロン66と、
前記組成物の約1重量%〜約20重量%である1種又は複数の難燃剤添加剤と、前記1種又は複数の難燃剤添加剤は、メラミンシアヌラート、アルミニウムジエチルホスフィナート、メラミンポリホスファート、ブロモポリスチレン、三酸化アンチモン、脱水ホウ酸亜鉛、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択され、
前記組成物は、ガラス繊維を実質的に含まず、前記組成物は、ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)及びその非ポリアミドコポリマーを実質的に含まず、前記組成物は、アンダーライターズラボラトリーズ試験番号UL94によって測定される0.4mmでのV−0の難燃性評価を有する、難燃剤ポリアミド組成物。 - 難燃剤ポリアミド組成物であって、
ナイロン66が90%ギ酸中8.4重量%溶液として測定される20以上〜33以下のRVを有する、前記組成物の約30重量%〜約80重量%であるナイロン66と、
前記組成物の約10重量%〜約50重量%である1種又は複数の難燃剤添加剤と、前記1種又は複数の難燃剤添加剤は、メラミンシアヌラート、アルミニウムジエチルホスフィナート、メラミンポリホスファート、ブロモポリスチレン、三酸化アンチモン、脱水ホウ酸亜鉛、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択され、
前記組成物の約1重量%〜約40重量%であるガラス繊維補強充填剤とを含み、
前記組成物は、ポリ(アリーレンエーテル)及びその非ポリアミドコポリマーを実質的に含まず、前記組成物は、アンダーライターズラボラトリーズ試験番号UL94によって測定される0.4mmでのV−0の難燃性評価を有する、難燃剤ポリアミド組成物。
