Claims (5)
- 配管継手装置であって、
継手本体であって、第1端部が第1配管の外周面に回転可能に接続され、第2端部が第2配管の外面を囲み、傾斜面が先細りされ、前記継手本体の前記第1端部から深度で前記継手本体の内部に形成され、前記継手本体と前記第2配管との間に隙間が形成される、継手本体と、
固定ナットであって、前記固定ナットの第1端部が前記継手本体の前記第2端部の外周面に回転可能に接続され、前記固定ナットの第2端部が前記第2配管の前記外面を囲む、固定ナットと、
前記固定ナットの内部に設けられ、前記固定ナットが回転し締め付けられるときに前記第2配管を押し付けるコレットと、を備え、
前記コレットが、前記固定ナットの内部に設けられた座面部と、曲げ部であって、前記座面部に接続され、前記曲げ部の内部に曲げ溝が形成され、前記固定ナットが締め付けられたときに前記曲げ部の端部が前記隙間に位置決めされ、その中に移動し、前記曲げ部が下向きに曲げられる、曲げ部と、前記曲げ部の前記端部の内部に形成され、前記第2配管を押し付け、密封する、押さえ部と、前記曲げ部の前記端部から突出し、前記押さえ部を保護する保護部と、を備える、配管継手装置。 - 前記第1配管と前記継手本体との間に設けられたフレアパッキンをさらに備え、フレア傾斜部分の角度に従って前記第1配管の前記フレア傾斜部分に対して対応して押し付けられる異なる傾斜角を有する二重平面表面を含む、請求項1に記載の配管継手装置。
- 前記固定ナットの内部に配置され、前記固定ナットの移動を防止するために前記第2配管に押し付けられて固定され、前記コレットが押されるのを防止するように前記コレットの前記座面部に対して押し付けられる、固定ナットパッキンをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の配管継手装置。
- 前記継手本体の内部に位置決めされ、前記第2配管に対して押し付けられ、前記コレットが前記隙間に移動するときに前記保護部に対して押し付けられる、継手本体パッキンをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の配管継手装置。
- 接着テープが、前記継手本体と前記固定ナットとの外周面上にテーピングされて、前記固定ナットの回転を防止し、前記継手本体と前記固定ナットとの間の所定の距離を維持する、請求項1に記載の配管継手装置。
