Abstract
Description
a) 少なくとも1つのコバルトアミン錯体からなる水溶液を準備し、
b) 水溶液に硬質材料粒子を添加して、水酸化コバルト化合物でコーティングされた硬質材料粒子からなる懸濁液を得て、
c) コーティングされた硬質材料の粒子を分離する。
Claims (20)
- コーティングされた硬質材料粒子を調製する方法であって、
a)少なくとも1つのコバルトアミン錯体からなる水溶液を準備し、
b)該水溶液に硬質材料粒子を添加して、水酸化コバルト化合物で被覆された硬質材料粒子からなる懸濁液を得て、
c)被覆された硬質材料の粒子を分離すること
を含む、コーティングされた硬質材料粒子の調製方法。 - 前記水酸化コバルト化合物が、オキシ水酸化コバルト、水酸化コバルト、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記硬質材料がタングステンカーバイド(WC)であることを特徴とする、請求項1及び2のいずれか又は両方に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコバルトアミン錯体がコバルトヘキサミン錯体であることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のうちの1又は複数に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップa)の前記水溶液は、少なくとも1つのCo(II)塩からなる水溶液とアンモニアとを混和し、次いで得られた混合物を酸化剤と混和することによって調製されることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のうちの1又は複数に記載の方法。
- 前記Co(II)塩が、硫酸塩、硝酸塩、塩化物、酢酸塩およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップb)の前記懸濁液がさらに水酸化ナトリウムからなることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のうちの1又は複数に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、ステップc)に続いて、前記水酸化コバルト化合物を金属コバルトに還元するステップd)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のうちの1又は複数に記載の方法。
- 前記水酸化コバルト化合物の還元が、常圧下で、水素気流中で行われることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のうち1又は複数に記載の方法により得られるコーティングされた硬質材料粒子。
- 硬質材料粒子が水酸化コバルト化合物でコーティングされていることを特徴とする硬質材料粒子を含む粉末。
- 水酸化コバルト化合物の化学組成が、式CoOx(OH)yで表され、y=z−2xであり、zはコバルトの酸化状態を表し、2≦z≦3、及び0≦x≦z−2であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の粉末。
- 2.5≦z≦3、より好ましくは2.9≦z≦3、さらに好ましくは2.98≦z≦3であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の粉末。
- 請求項1〜9のうち1又は複数に記載の方法によりコーティングされた硬質材料粒子が調整されていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のうち1又は複数に記載の粉末。
- 前記コーティングが、前記粉末の最大20重量%、好ましくは2〜15重量%含むことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のうち1又は複数に記載の粉末。
- 前記コーティングされた硬質材料粒子の粒子径とコーティングされていない硬質材料粒子の粒子径との比が、ISO 13320に従って決定されるように、1.05〜15、好ましくは1.05〜5、より好ましくは1.05〜1.5であることを特徴とする、請求項11〜15のうち1又は複数に記載の粉末又は請求項10に記載の硬質材料粒子。
- 前記コーティングされた硬質材料粒子のFSSSに従った粒子径と、コーティングされていない硬質材料粒子のFSSSに従った粒子径との比は、ASTM B330に従って決定されるように、1.01〜4、好ましくは1.01〜2、より好ましくは1.01〜1.5であることを特徴とする請求項11〜15のうち1又は複数に記載の粉末又は請求項10に記載の硬質材料粒子。
- 超硬合金製品を調製するための、請求項11〜16のうち1又は複数に記載の粉末の使用又は請求項1に記載の硬質材料粒子の使用。
- 従来の超硬合金製品の製造における、請求項11〜16のうち1又は複数に記載の粉体の使用又は請求項10に記載の硬質材料粒子の使用。
- 超硬合金製品を調製するための添加剤製造プロセスにおける、請求項11〜16のうちの1又は複数に記載の粉末の使用又は請求項10に記載の硬質材料粒子の使用。
