本開示は、2018年2月8日に提出された中国特許出願第201810129241.4号に基づくものであり、かつその優先権を主張するものであり、その全ての内容は参照により本開示に組み込まれるものとする。
Claims (11)
- 電池電力引き出し用の集積構造(100)であって、
電池パックケースの一部としての端板(21)と、
電池の2つの電極を前記電池パックケースの外部に引き出すための銅バスバーとを含み、
前記端板(21)は絶縁材料であり、前記銅バスバーは、射出成形によって前記端板(21)内に封入され、前記銅バスバーの電気接続部が露出している、
電池電力引き出し用の集積構造(100)。 - 前記銅バスバーの2つの端部は、前記電気接続部であり、前記銅バスバーの2つの端部の間の部分は、射出成形によって前記端板(21)内に封入されている、
請求項1に記載の電池電力引き出し用の集積構造(100)。 - 前記端板(21)上に配置された回路保護装置(25)をさらに含み、
前記銅バスバーは、第1の銅バスバー(22)と、第2の銅バスバー(23)と、第3の銅バスバー(24)とを含み、
前記第1の銅バスバー(22)の第1の端部(221)が、前記電池の第1の電極引き出し端に接続され、前記第1の銅バスバー(22)の第2の端部(222)が、前記回路保護装置(25)の一端に接続され、
前記第2の銅バスバー(23)の第1の端部(231)が前記回路保護装置(25)の他端に接続され、前記第2の銅バスバー(23)の第2の端部(232)が前記端板(21)の外側面から露出し、
前記第3の銅バスバー(24)の第1の端部(241)が前記電池の第2の電極引き出し端に接続され、前記第3の銅バスバー(24)の第2の端部(232)が前記端板(21)の外側面から露出する、
請求項1又は2に記載の電池電力引き出し用の集積構造(100)。 - 前記電池の前記第1の電極引き出し端は前記電池の負極引き出し端であり、前記第2の電極引き出し端は前記電池の正極引き出し端である、
請求項3に記載の電池電力引き出し用の集積構造(100)。 - 前記端板(21)の外側面には内側に凹んだ溝(211)が形成され、前記回路保護装置(25)は前記溝(211)内に設けられる、
請求項3又は4に記載の電池電力引き出し用の集積構造(100)。 - 前記第1の銅バスバー(22)、前記第2の銅バスバー(23)、前記第3の銅バスバー(24)及び前記回路保護装置(25)は、全て前記溝(211)の側壁に沿って設けられ、前記第1の銅バスバー(22)の第1の端部(221)と第2の端部(222)、前記第2の銅バスバー(23)の第1の端部(231)、及び前記第3の銅バスバー(24)の第1の端部(241)は、全て前記溝(211)の側壁から露出する、
請求項5に記載の電池電力引き出し用の集積構造(100)。 - 情報収集部(26)と、
低電圧コネクタ(27)とをさらに含み、
前記情報収集部(26)は、前記溝(211)内に配置されており、
前記低電圧コネクタ(27)は、射出成形によって前記端板(21)に封入され、前記端板(21)の外側面から突出しており、前記低電圧コネクタ(27)は前記情報収集部(26)に電気的に接続されている、

前記電池は、前記電池パックケース本体内に収容され、
前記電池パックケース本体及び前記端板(21)は、電池パックケースを構成し、
前記電池は複数の電池セル及び電力コネクタを含み、隣接する2つの前記電池セルの間は前記電力コネクタを介して直列又は並列に接続される、
電池パック(200)。 - 請求項10に記載の電池パック(200)を含む車両(300)。
