Abstract
Description
本出願は、2017年11月24日付の韓国特許出願第10−2017−0158933号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
EDTAまたはそのアルカリ金属塩を含むキレート剤;ならびに
有機酸およびシリケート系塩の混合物を含む高吸水性樹脂組成物を提供する。
酸性基を含み、前記酸性基の少なくとも一部が中和された水溶性エチレン系不飽和単量体の架橋重合体を含む高吸水性樹脂粒子;
EDTAまたはそのアルカリ金属塩を含むキレート剤;および
有機酸およびシリケート系塩の混合物を含むことができる。
(実施例1)
アクリル酸単量体100重量部に対して、苛性ソーダ(NaOH)38.9重量部および水103.9重量部を混合し、前記混合物に、熱重合開始剤のソジウムペルスルフェート0.1重量部、光重合開始剤のジフェニル(2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイル)−ホスフィンオキシド0.01重量部、および架橋剤のポリエチレングリコールジアクリレート0.3重量部を添加して、単量体組成物を用意した。
実施例1と同様の方法で高吸水性樹脂を製造した。
実施例1と同様の方法で高吸水性樹脂を製造した。

前記実施例1〜3および比較例1〜5の高吸水性樹脂組成物に対して下記の方法で物性を測定し、その結果を表1に示した。
Proteus mirabillis(ATCC29906)が390000CFU/mlで接種された人工尿50mlを35℃のオーブンで12時間培養した。このような人工尿および12時間培養した後の人工尿を対照群とし、150mlの塩水でよく洗浄してCFU(Colony Forming Unit)を測定して、これによって対照群の物性として算出した。
実施例または比較例の高吸水性樹脂組成物2gを前記Proteus mirabillis(ATCC29906)が390000CFU/mlで接種された人工尿50mlに加えて、これを35℃のオーブンで12時間培養した。このような12時間培養した後の人工尿を150mlの塩水でよく洗浄してCFU(Colony Forming Unit)を測定した。これによって、各実施例および比較例の抗菌/消臭特性を算出/評価した。
保水能の測定はEDANA法WSP241.3を基準とした。用意された高吸水性樹脂組成物試料0.2gをティーバッグに入れて、0.9%塩水溶液に30分間沈殿する。この後、250G(gravity)の遠心力で3分間脱水した後、塩水溶液が吸収された量を測定した。
Claims (9)
- 酸性基を含み、前記酸性基の少なくとも一部が中和された水溶性エチレン系不飽和単量体の架橋重合体を含む高吸水性樹脂粒子;
EDTAまたはそのアルカリ金属塩を含むキレート剤;ならびに
有機酸およびシリケート系塩の混合物を含む高吸水性樹脂組成物。 - 前記キレート剤は、EDTAのナトリウム塩(EDTA−2Na)、エチレンジアミンテトラ酢酸、シクロヘキサンジアミンテトラ酢酸、ジエチレントリアミンペンタ酢酸、エチレングリコール−ビス−(アミノエチルエーテル)−N,N,N’−トリ酢酸、N−(2−ヒドロキシエチル)−エチレンジアミン−N,N,N’−トリ酢酸、およびトリエチレンテトラアミンヘキサ酢酸からなる群より選択された1種以上を含む、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂組成物。
- 前記キレート剤は、前記高吸水性樹脂粒子100重量部に対して、0.1〜5重量部含まれる、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂組成物。
- 前記有機酸は、クエン酸(citric acid)、フマル酸(fumaric acid)、マレイン酸(maleic acid)、および乳酸(lactic acid)からなる群より選択される1種以上を含む、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂組成物。
- 前記シリケート系塩は、シリケート陰イオンと、アルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属の陽イオンとが結合した塩を含む、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂組成物。
- 前記有機酸およびシリケート系塩の混合物の総重量に対して、有機酸を90〜99.5重量%含む、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂組成物。
- 前記有機酸およびシリケート系塩の混合物は、前記高吸水性樹脂粒子100重量部に対して、0.5〜5重量部含まれる、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂組成物。
- 前記高吸水性樹脂粒子は、前記水溶性エチレン系不飽和単量体および開始剤を含む単量体組成物に由来する残留鉄イオンを、3ppmw以下の含有量でさらに含む、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の高吸水性樹脂組成物を含む衛生用品。
