Claims (13)
- チップの黒化方法であって、チップはタンタル酸リチウムのチップ又はニオブ酸リチウムのチップを含み、該方法はチップの導電率を増大させることができ、該方法はチャンバー内で還元材料によってチップに対して黒化反応を行なわせる方法であって、
チャンバー内に少なくとも融点が600℃未満の還元材料を含み、該還元材料はチップと直接接触しないことを特徴とする、チップの黒化方法。 - 黒化反応は、高温環境下で行われ、高温環境の温度がチップのキュリー温度よりも低いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のチップの黒化方法。
- 黒化反応は、高温環境下で行われ、高温環境の温度が350〜600℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のチップの黒化方法。
- 黒化反応は、流量が0.5〜3L/minの還元ガス雰囲気又は不活性雰囲気中で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のチップの黒化方法。
- 前記還元ガス雰囲気は、水素、一酸化炭素、一酸化二窒素のうちの1種または多種の任意の組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のチップの黒化方法。
- 前記不活性雰囲気は、ヘリウム、ネオン、アルゴン、窒素、二酸化炭素のうちの1種または多種の任意の組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のチップの黒化方法。
- 黒化反応のプロセスにおいてチップが積み重ねられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチップの黒化方法。
- チップと還元処理済みの物質とが重なって接触していることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のチップの黒化方法。
- 還元処理済みの物質は、結晶体、セラミックス、金属のうちの1種または多種の任意の組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のチップの黒化方法。
- 還元材料は、マグネシウム、木材パルプ、綿パルプ、草パルプ、キチン、デンプン、タンパク質、アルケン、芳香類、糖類、粉末状繊維、シート状繊維、ストライプ状繊維のうちの1種または多種の任意の組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のチップの黒化方法。
- シート状繊維の厚さが1〜10mmであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のチップの黒化方法。
- 黒化後のチップであって、チップ材料はタンタル酸リチウムまたはニオブ酸リチウムを含み、光の波長が300〜900nmにある場合の光のチップへの透過率の均一性が15%未満であることを特徴とする黒化後のチップ。
- 光の波長が300〜900nmにある場合の光のチップへの透過率が50%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の黒化後のチップ。
