Description
・耐疲労性の向上/最高の耐疲労性は、PCベースポリマーのソフトブロック長が1000の条件で得られた。鎖延長剤の質量比は、0〜15まで変化させた。耐疲労性の向上/最高の耐疲労性は、HD比が高い(9質量%以上の)条件で得られた。
・繊維径は、1〜20μmの広い範囲で得ることができる。具体的には、3〜15μmの範囲が好ましく、4〜10μmの範囲がさらに好ましい。
・繊維の配向は、耐久性を向上させる別のパラメータであり、特に、電界紡糸がガイドされておらず、1:2(円周方向:軸方向)構成のランダム分布(軸方向の剛性率が、円周方向の2倍であることを意味する)となる場合に、耐久性を向上させることができる。繊維は、∞:1〜1:2の比率で配向させることができる。良好な耐久性向上が得られるため、2:1〜8:1の比率にすることが好ましい。
・孔径:マトリックス材料は、1〜300μmの範囲の直径を有する孔を含み、好ましくは5〜100μmの範囲である。
・孔率:マトリックス材料は、少なくとも60%の孔率を有する繊維ネットワーク構造を含み、好ましくは孔率が70〜85%の間である。
Claims (1)
- 患者の心血管組織を成長させるための生分解性の心血管系インプラントであって、
ハードブロックがソフトブロックと共有結合している超分子化合物を有する電界紡糸ネットワーク構造を含み、
前記ソフトブロックは、500〜2000の範囲の分子量を有するポリカーボネートソフトブロックであり、
前記ハードブロックは、2−アシル尿素−4[1H]−ピリミジノン(UPy)化合物および鎖延長剤を含み、UPy化合物に対する鎖延長剤の比率が1.5〜3の範囲である、
生分解性の心血管系インプラント。
