Abstract
Description
a.1.9〜2.2の官能価を有するイソシアネート成分、
b.1.7〜2.2の官能価を有するポリオール成分、
c.少なくとも1種の発泡剤、及び
d.触媒
を含む反応混合物の変換により、30〜150g/Lの自由密度(free density)を有する溶融により熱的にリサイクル可能な可撓性ポリウレタンフォームを製造する方法に、及び本発明の方法により製造される可撓性ポリウレタンフォームに、及び本発明の可撓性ポリウレタンフォーム及びコンパクトな熱可塑性エラストマー及び/又は発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含むハイブリッド材料に関する。
a.1.9〜2.2の官能価を有するイソシアネート成分、
b.1.7〜2.2の官能価を有するポリオール成分、
c.少なくとも1種の発泡剤、及び
d.触媒
を含む反応混合物の変換により、30〜150g/Lの自由密度を有する溶融により熱的にリサイクル可能な可撓性ポリウレタンフォームを製造する方法により達成される。
(i)イソシアネート成分(a)及び任意にポリオール成分(b)の一部を混合して、それらをイソシアネート末端プレポリマーに変換すること、及び
(ii)任意に鋳型で、ポリオール成分(b)又はポリオール成分(b)の残りの部分、及び発泡剤(c)、及び存在する任意の触媒(d)及び他の補助剤及び/又は添加剤を、(i)で得られたイソシアネート末端プレポリマーと混合し、それらを反応させて可撓性ポリウレタンフォームを得ること、

− 脂肪族ジカルボン酸、例えば飽和ジカルボン酸としてのシクロヘキサン−1,4−ジカルボン酸、アジピン酸、セバシン酸、アゼライン酸及びデカンジカルボン酸、及び不飽和ジカルボン酸としてのマレイン酸、フマル酸、アコニット酸、イタコン酸、テトラヒドロフタル酸及びテトラヒドロテレフタル酸、及びまた、タイプR−O−R(式中、Rは脂肪族及び/又は芳香族の有機ラジカルである)のエーテル単位を含む脂肪族ジカルボン酸、
− 一般式H2N−R’’−NH2(式中、R’’は、芳香族及び脂肪族のものであり得、好ましくはタイプR−O−R(式中、Rは脂肪族及び/又は芳香族の有機ラジカルである)のエーテル単位を含む)のジアミン、
− ラクタム、例えばε−カプロラクタム、ピロリドン又はラウロラクタム、及びまた、
− アミノ酸。
(a)少なくとも50質量%の、可撓性ポリウレタンフォームの形成に使用されるポリオール成分(b)又はポリオール成分(b)、及びハイブリッド材料中のイソシアネート反応性化合物(b)が、添加される熱可塑性ポリウレタン中のイソシアネート反応性化合物(b)と同一であること、及び
(b)少なくとも50質量%の、可撓性ポリウレタンフォームの形成に使用されるイソシアネート成分a)又は使用されるイソシアネート成分a)、及びハイブリッド材料中の有機イソシアネート(a)が、添加される熱可塑性ポリウレタン中のイソシアネート成分a)と同一であること

(a)少なくとも85質量%の、可撓性ポリウレタンフォームの形成に使用されるポリオール成分(b)又はポリオール成分(b)、及びハイブリッド材料中のイソシアネート反応性化合物(b)が、添加される熱可塑性ポリウレタン中のイソシアネート反応性化合物(b)と同一であること、及び
(b)少なくとも85質量%の、可撓性ポリウレタンフォームの形成に使用されるイソシアネート成分a)又は使用されるイソシアネート成分a)、及びハイブリッド材料中の有機イソシアネート(a)が、添加される熱可塑性ポリウレタン中のイソシアネート成分a)と同一であること

下記の表に従って、Vollrath撹拌機を用いて、ポリオール成分の原料を1800回転/分で10分間混合した。イソシアネート成分を30℃で処理した。粘度のため、ポリエーテルポリオールを25℃で処理し、ポリエステル成分を45℃で処理した。次に、Vollrath撹拌機を用いて、ポリオール成分及びポリイソシアネート成分を1800回転/分で10分間混合し、鋳型中に導入した。下記の表におけるすべての出発物質の量は、質量部(質量%)であった。

加熱プレスを用いて、上記のように製造されたフォーム試験片を圧縮した。この目的のため、寸法5×10×5cmの発泡体を、180℃のプレスのテフロン(登録商標)コーティングされた金属プレートの間に置き、25〜30kNの圧力が得られるまで金属プレートを一緒に移動させた。約5〜7分後、圧力は一定であったので、金属プレートを離し、圧縮された試験片を取り出した。

4.a−熱可塑性ポリウレタン(「熱可塑性ポリウレタン1」)の製造
371.4gのポリオール4及び140.4gのCE1を2Lのブリキバケツ中で秤量し、80℃に加熱した。次に、220rpmで撹拌しながら、10gのAO及び0.5gのGLを添加した。均質化のための2分間の撹拌工程の後、482.8gのIso4を溶液に添加し、溶液が110℃の温度に達するまで(45秒)混合物を撹拌した。次に、反応混合物を平らな皿に注ぎ、ホットプレート上で125℃に10分間維持した。その後、形成されたスラブを、100℃の加熱キャビネット内で24時間熱処理した。
560.1gのポリオール4及び76.6gのCE1を2Lのブリキバケツ中で秤量し、80℃に加熱した。次に、220rpmで撹拌しながら、10gのAO及び0.5gのGLを添加した。均質化のための2分間の撹拌工程の後、352.8gのIso4を溶液に添加し、溶液が110℃の温度に達するまで(45秒)混合物を撹拌した。次に、反応混合物を平らな皿に注ぎ、ホットプレート上で125℃に10分間維持した。その後、形成されたスラブを、100℃の加熱キャビネット内で24時間熱処理した。
フォーム試験片を小さな立方体に切断し、約50kNで加熱プレスで160℃で1分間圧縮した。次に、得られた圧縮物を5mmのふるいで粉砕し、次に、フォームペレットを110℃の加熱キャビネット内で3時間乾燥させた。

Claims (17)
- a.1.9〜2.2の官能価を有するイソシアネート成分、
b.1.7〜2.2の官能価を有するポリオール成分、
c.少なくとも1種の発泡剤、及び
d.触媒
を含む反応混合物の変換により、30〜150g/Lの自由密度を有する熱的にリサイクル可能な可撓性ポリウレタンフォームを製造する方法。 - 前記ポリオール成分(b)が、500g/mol〜12000g/molの平均分子量を有するポリエステルポリオール又はポリエーテルポリオールである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリオール成分(b)が、鎖延長剤をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記可撓性ポリウレタンフォームが、150℃未満の軟化点を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得ることができる熱的にリサイクル可能な可撓性ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 請求項5に記載の本発明の可撓性ポリウレタンフォーム及びコンパクトな熱可塑性エラストマーを含むハイブリッド材料。
- 請求項5に記載の本発明の可撓性ポリウレタンフォーム及びコンパクトな熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含むハイブリッド材料。
- 請求項5に記載の本発明の可撓性ポリウレタンフォーム及び発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含む、請求項6に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 少なくとも50質量%の、前記可撓性ポリウレタンフォームの形成に使用される前記ポリオール成分(b)、及び前記熱可塑性ポリウレタン中のイソシアネート反応性化合物(b)、及び少なくとも50質量%の、前記可撓性ポリウレタンフォームの形成に使用される前記イソシアネート成分a)、及び前記熱可塑性ポリウレタン中の有機イソシアネート(a)が、同一である、請求項6、7又は8に記載のハイブリッド材料。
- 溶融により請求項5に記載の可撓性ポリウレタンフォームをリサイクルする方法。
- 溶融により請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド材料をリサイクルする方法。
- 請求項5に記載の可撓性ポリウレタンフォーム又は請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の本発明のハイブリッド材料を、衣料の品物、ジュエリー及びジュエリー部品、スポーツ用品の品物、制振材、フォーム粒子、モバイル運転又は飛行装置の洗浄用品、医療用品;家具部品;クッション、クッション部品;マットレス、マットレス部品;運転又は飛行装置の付属品;構造物及び空中の音を吸収する構成要素;電気部品の設計要素及びシール、及び農業産業及びハイドロカルチャー基質のための物品に使用する方法。
- 請求項5に記載の可撓性ポリウレタンフォーム又は請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の本発明のハイブリッド材料を履物に使用する方法。
- 請求項5に記載の可撓性ポリウレタンフォームから作られたかかと領域、前足領域、又は履物のタンのためのクッション要素。
