IV)0<rX<0.5、(rMo、rV、rTeおよびrXはそれぞれモリブデン、バナジウム、テルル及びXのモル部である)、この混合酸化物のXRDバンドは種々の2θ角9.0°±0.3°、22.1°±0.3°、27.3°±0.3°、29.2°±0.3°及び35.4°±0.3°で現れる。この文献によれば、ニトリルは、反応系中にハロゲン化物質、例えば水などを存在させずにアルカンを反応させることによって、低温で高収率で調製することができる。
a)モリブデン、バナジウム、ニオブおよびテルル含有出発化合物を含み、テルルが酸化状態+4で存在し、さらにシュウ酸および少なくとも1つのさらなるオキソ配位子を含む出発化合物の混合物の製造
b)出発化合物の混合物を100〜300℃の温度で水熱処理して、生成物懸濁液を得る
c)工程b)から生じる生成物懸濁液中に存在する混合酸化物材料の単離および乾燥
d)工程c)で得られた混合酸化物材料(MoVTeNb混合酸化物)の不活性ガス下での300〜450℃でのか焼、
e)有機および/または無機バインダーを添加した工程d)からの混合酸化物材料を含有するコーティング懸濁液の製造、
f)コーティング懸濁液を不活性触媒担体の撹拌床に噴霧することによる工程e)からのコーティング懸濁液でのコーティング、および任意に
g)80〜400℃の温度での工程f)からの触媒粒子のか焼。
本発明による触媒のパラメーターを決定するために、以下の方法を使用する。
成形触媒体のBET表面積の測定はDIN 66131に従ってBET法によって実施した;BET法の刊行物が、J.Am、Chem.Soc.60,309(1938)にも見出すことができる。測定は、MicromeriticsからのTriStarで77Kで行った。測定前に、試料を523°Kで2時間排気した。p/p0=0.01〜0.3(p0=730torr)のプレッシャ−レンジでBET法による等式の線形回帰を行った。
Micromeritics社のTriStarを用いて、77Kで窒素吸着測定を手段することにより、触媒粉末の細孔径を測定した。測定前に、試料を523Kで2時間排気した。 吸着等温線および脱着等温線の両方を測定し、Barrett‐Joyner‐Halenda法(BJH)による評価に使用した。
触媒粒子(被覆触媒としてのペレットおよび被覆リング)の細孔分布および細孔容積を、DIN66133に従って、Thermo Electron Corporationからの水銀ポロシメーター:Pascal440を使用して測定した。なお、試料は室温で30分間排気しておいた。600〜900mgの範囲の試料を測定し、圧力を2000バールまで上昇させた。ペレットは完全に多孔質材料からなり、その結果、細孔容積は常に、測定されたペレット全体に基づくべきである。
コーティングされた触媒全体に基づく。測定された細孔容積(cm3/g)を触媒的に活性な外殻に基礎を置くためには、測定された細孔容積を、全質量中の多孔質層の比率(質量)で割らなければならない。
68.25gのTeO2(Alfa Aesar)および200gの蒸留H2Oを、最初にZrO2被覆粉砕容器中に一緒に秤量し、遊星ボールミル中で50個の1cmボール(ZrO2)を用いて400rpmで1時間粉砕した。次に、粉砕したスラリ1を500mLの蒸留H2Oと一緒に2リットルのガラスビーカーに移した。56.83gのNb2O5および200gの蒸留H2Oを、ZrO2被覆粉砕容器中に一緒に秤量し、TeO2と同じ条件下で同じボールミル中で粉砕した。
固体収量:0.8kg
触媒K1は、9m2/gのBET表面積および0.04cm3/gのN2細孔容積を有する。
116.06gのTeO2(Alfa Aesar)を、最初に、精密ガラススターラーによって1000gの蒸留H2O中でスラリー化し、0.8mmボール(ZrO2)を用いてMicroCerボールミル(Netsch)中で粉砕した。次いで、この一部を750mLの蒸留H2Oと一緒に3グラスビーカーに移し、マグネチックスターラーの手段により撹拌した。OBand183.35gのシュウ酸二水和物96.64gを、精密ガラススターラーによって1000gの蒸留H2O中にスラリー化し、同じボールミル中で粉砕した。続いて、この一部を750mLの蒸留H2Oと一緒に3リットルのガラスビーカーに移し、マグネチックスターラーにより撹拌した。
116.06gのTeO2(Alfa Aesar)を最初に250gの蒸留H2O中でスラリー化し、ボールミル中で粉砕した。続いて、この一部を7500mLの蒸留H2Oと一緒にグラスビーカに移した。96.64gのNb2O5を250gの蒸留H2O中にスラリー化し、ボールミル中で粉砕した。続いて、この一部を500mLの蒸留H2Oと一緒にグラスビーカに移した。翌朝、混合物を80℃に加熱し、183.35gのシュウ酸二水和物をOB懸濁液に添加し、混合物を約1時間撹拌した。
活性化された固形物は、50m2/gのBET表面積および0.27cm3/gのN2細孔容積を有する。
(空気流によるコーティング損失:14.5%;多孔質層(シリカ+触媒)の割合:21.5%;活性組成物の割合:19.2%)
触媒を、エタンの酸化的脱水素における活性についての試験において試験した。
Claims (14)
- 不活性担体および、元素モリブデン、バナジウム、ニオブおよびテルルを含む混合酸化物物質を含む触媒活性外殻とを含む被覆触媒であって、被覆触媒が30m2/gを超えるBET表面積を有することを特徴とする被覆触媒。
- 被覆触媒が、0.1cm3/gより大きい水銀細孔容積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の被覆触媒。
- 被覆触媒が、シェルの質量に基づいて0.2cm3/gより大きいシェル中の水銀細孔容積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の被覆された触媒。
- 前記不活性担体が、酸化ケイ素、酸化アルミニウム、ステアタイト、ムライトおよびコーディエライトからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の被覆触媒。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の被覆触媒の製造方法であって、以下の工程を含む、方法:
a)モリブデン、バナジウム、ニオブおよびテルル含有出発化合物を含み、テルルが酸化状態+4で存在し、さらにシュウ酸および少なくとも1つのさらなるオキソ配位子を含む出発化合物の混合物の製造、
b)出発化合物の混合物を100〜300℃の温度で水熱処理して、生成物懸濁液を得ること、
c)工程b)から生じる生成物懸濁液中に存在する混合酸化物材料の単離および乾燥、
d)工程c)で得られた混合酸化物材料を、不活性ガス下、300〜450℃で任意にか焼、
e)有機および/または無機バインダーを添加した工程d)からの混合酸化物材料を含有するコーティング懸濁液の製造、
f)コーティング懸濁液を不活性触媒担体の撹拌床に噴霧することによる工程e)からのコーティング懸濁液でのコーティング、および任意に、
g)80〜400℃の温度での工程f)からの触媒粒子のか焼。 - テルル含有出発化合物が、二酸化テルル、または、式Mx n+TeO3(式中、n=1または2およびx=2/n、Mはアルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属)の化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 出発化合物の混合物が水性懸濁液として存在することを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 出発化合物の混合物が、ジカルボン酸、ジオール、または、さらなるオキソ配位子として隣接位置に2つのヒドロキシ基を有する別の化合物を含有することを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 出発化合物の混合物が三酸化モリブデンを含有することを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 出発化合物の混合物が五酸化バナジウムを含有することを特徴とする請求項5〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 出発化合物の混合物が、さらなるオキソ配位子としてクエン酸を含有することを特徴とする、請求項5〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 出発化合物の混合物が、さらなるオキソ配位子としてクエン酸およびグリコールを含有することを特徴とする、請求項5〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- エタンのエテンへの酸化的脱水素のための触媒としての、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の被覆触媒の使用。
- プロパンをアクリル酸に酸化するための触媒としての、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の被覆触媒の使用。
