Claims (9)
- 人工歯の成形に必要な3次元グラフィックスデータ(D_g)を、連続的な断層データ(D_l)に演算変換して出力するための演算制御部(10)と、
演算制御部(10)から入力される断層データ(D_l)に基づいて、粉末セラミックと紫外線硬化剤とが混合されたゲルタイプのセラミック混合液(S)に対して人工歯(T)の生成のために所定の時間人工歯の生成ステージ(22)を浸漬するための昇降手段(20)と、
昇降手段(20)の生成ステージ(22)が浸漬されるためのセラミック混合液(S)が収容されるための水槽(30)と、
水槽(30)に収容されたセラミック混合液(S)が接する生成ステージ(22)に対して紫外線を照射するための照射手段(40)と、
照射手段(40)から照射された紫外線が演算制御部(10)からの断層データ(D_l)に基づいて生成ステージ(22)に照射される紫外線照射領域(S_1、S_2、...、S_n)をフィルタリングするためのフィルタ部(50)と、を含んでなる、人工歯成形装置。 - 演算制御部(10)は、人工歯の成形に必要な3次元グラフィックスデータ(D_g)を、連続的な断面を持つ断層データ(D_l)に変換して出力し、
断層データ(D_l)に基づく人工歯の成形のための人工歯断面に対応して紫外線が照射されるようにフィルタ部(50)を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の人工歯成形装置。 - フィルタ部(50)は、画素単位で偏光に応じて電磁波を遮蔽するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の人工歯成形装置。
- 昇降手段(20)によって人工歯(T)の生成ステージ(22)がセラミック混合液(S)に浸漬されているとき、人工歯の歯槽骨部分からその断面領域(S_1’、S_2’、...、S_n’)に対応する領域に応じて紫外線が透過されるように、演算制御部(10)は、フィルタ部(50)の光透過領域である紫外線照射領域(S_1、S_2、...、S_n)を制御することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の人工歯成形装置。
- 昇降手段(20)は、本体のベース(B)の一側壁から延びた側壁(W)に対して生成ステージ(22)が昇降するようにするためのガイドレール(24a)、ガイドレール(24a)に沿ってガイドされるためのガイドブロック(26)、及びガイドブロック(26)をモータ(28)の駆動によって並進運動させるためのスクリュー(28a)から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の人工歯成形装置。
- ガイドブロック(26)は、ガイドレール(24a)に挿入されてガイドされるためのガイド溝(26a)と、スクリュー(28a)の回転運動を直進運動に変換させるためのねじ山(28b)がさらに備えられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の人工歯成形装置。
- セラミック混合液(S)は、セラミック粉末100%重量部に対して、アクリレート系オリゴマー化合物5〜15%重量部、アクリレート系モノマー1〜10%重量部、光開始剤1〜10%重量部、及び分散剤1〜10%重量部を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の人工歯成形装置。
- セラミック粉末がジルコニアの粉末からなることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の人工歯成形装置。
- 演算制御部(10)によって、人工歯の成形に必要な3次元グラフィックスデータ(D_g)を、連続的な断層データ(D_l)に演算変換して出力するステップと、
昇降手段(20)によって、演算制御部(10)から入力される断層データ(D_l)に基づいて粉末セラミックと紫外線硬化剤とが混合されたゲルタイプのセラミック混合液(S)に対して人工歯(T)の生成のために所定の時間人工歯の生成ステージ(22)を浸漬するステップと、
照射手段(40)によって、水槽(30)に収容されたセラミック混合液(S)が接する生成ステージ(22)に対して紫外線を照射するステップと、
フィルタ部(50)によって、照射手段(40)から照射された紫外線が演算制御部(10)からの断層データ(D_l)に基づいて生成ステージ(22)に照射される紫外線照射領域(S_1、S_2、..、S_n)をフィルタリングするステップと、を含み、
人工歯の成形が完成するまでこれらのステップが順次繰り返し行われることを特徴とする、人工歯成形方法。
