前記それぞれ1つの放射源を少なくとも1つの他の放射源から独立して空間的に分離した状態で駆動すること、
前記放射源が非接触式に、且つ前記結合個所の輪郭に追従して、前記それぞれの赤外線を前記それぞれ対応配置可能なプラスチック部分(1,5)に放射すること、
そして、前記プラスチック部分(1,5)を互いに合体させたときに前記結合個所が形成されるように、前記それぞれの赤外線による加熱の程度を選択すること
を特徴とする、少なくとも2つのプラスチック部分(1,5)を結合する方法。 - 前記結合個所が線状の結合シームとして形成されること、そして前記それぞれのプラスチック部分(1,5)を互いに合体させることが前記部分(1,5)に対する規定可能な圧着力下で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記それぞれの放射源がIR放射エレメント(7a,7b)から形成されること、そして前記使用されるIR放射エレメント(7a,7b)が異なる温度で、好ましくは1つのエレメント(7a)が380℃〜480℃、特に有利には400℃〜450℃の温度で、そしてそれぞれ別のエレメント(7b)が450℃〜600℃、特に有利には500℃〜550℃の温度で、2〜6秒、有利には約4秒の、前記それぞれのプラスチック部分へのその都度の加熱時間で駆動されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 感熱性プラスチック部分(1,5)のために、有利には粒子が少ないガス、特に有利には粒子が少なく且つ滅菌濾過されたガスを冷媒として有する冷却装置(13a,13b)による冷却が実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのプラスチック部分(1)が、ブロー成形・充填・閉鎖法に従って、充填済閉鎖済の容器(1)として製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記充填済の容器(1)がヘッドメンブレン(4)によって閉鎖され、前記容器のネック部分(3)がリング状のネックカラー(2)によって取り囲まれ、前記ネックカラーが、前記容器(1)上へ前記容器のヘッドメンブレン(4)の側で載置された、前記1つのプラスチック部分を形成するキャップ(5)と、前記キャップのリングウェブ(6)を介して前記結合シームに沿って結合され、これに対して前記容器(1)は前記別のプラスチック部分として接合過程又は溶着過程のために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記キャップ(5)の前記リングウェブ(6)と前記1つの所属のIR放射エレメント(7a)との間に、0.2mm〜0.6mmの有利な間隔が選択され、そして前記容器(1)のネックカラー(2)と前記別の所属の放射エレメント(7b)との間に、0.4mm〜0.8mmの間隔が選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記それぞれの放射源、各放射エレメント(7a,b)によって生成された赤外線が広帯域且つ多方向に放射されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記容器(1)の前記ヘッドメンブレン(4)が細菌数を低減する形で、そして溶融することなしに、キャップ(5)と容器(1)との結合過程のために加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- キャップ(5)と容器(1)との前記結合が、種々のIR放射源又はIR放射エレメント(7a,7b)を使用することによって、粒子が少ない状態で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施する装置において、
前記それぞれの放射源が、それぞれ対応配置された熱エレメント(14a,14b)内に配置されたIR放射エレメント(7a,7b)から形成されており、前記IR放射エレメントが、対応配置可能なプラスチック部分(1,5)の非接触式に照射されるべき輪郭に追従するようになっていることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記それぞれの放射エレメント(7a,7b)が、互いに異なる配向を有する少なくとも2つの放射面(11a,b,c,d,e)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記キャップ(5)のために設けられた前記1つのIR放射エレメント(7a)の前記放射面(11a,b)が、前記キャップの載置方向に対して平行(11b)に、そして前記キャップの載置方向に対して垂直(11a)に延びた状態で配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載の装置。
- 前記垂直に起立させられた容器(1)の前記ネックカラー(2)のために使用される前記別のIR放射エレメント(7b)の前記放射面(11c,d,e)が、前記容器の長手方向軸線に対して平行(11d)並びに水平(11e)に延び、そして前記容器の長手方向軸線に対して好ましくは45°の放射角で傾斜させられた第3の放射面(11c)を有する状態で配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項11から13までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記両IR放射エレメント(7a,7b)の個々の放射面(11a,b,c,d,e)が、前記IR放射エレメントのそれぞれの長手方向軸線を中心として同軸的に、一貫してリング状に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項11から14までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記容器(1)の前記ネックカラー(2)のために設けられた前記IR放射エレメント(7b)が冷却装置(12,13a,13b)を有しており、前記冷却装置が前記容器(1)の前記ヘッドメンブレン(4)を冷却空気で冷却し、前記冷却空気が前記ヘッドメンブレン(4)の上方の冷却室(12)に供給可能であり、前記冷却室内に、前記ネックカラー(2)の冷却過程及び/又は加熱過程のために前記ヘッドメンブレン(4)が突入するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項11から15までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記IR放射エレメント(7b)を有する前記熱エレメント(14b)が少なくとも1つの保持・絶縁装置(8a,8b)を少なくとも付加的に有しており、前記保持・絶縁装置が、少なくとも5mm、有利には少なくとも8mm、及び特に有利には少なくとも10mmの、前記容器(1)の前記ヘッドメンブレン(4)に対する最小間隔を有していることを特徴とする、請求項11から16までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記それぞれのIR放射エレメント(7a,7b)を、送達装置を介して、前記それぞれ対応配置されたプラスチック部分(1,5)上へ送達することができ、そして熱処理後に再び取り外すことができることを特徴とする、請求項11から17までのいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 好ましくはブロー成形・充填・閉鎖法に従って製造される容器(1)であって、前記容器が、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の方法、及び/又は請求項11から18までのいずれか1項に記載の装置を用いて、キャップ(5)と結合されている、容器(1)。
