本发明涉及一种用于在使用红外线辐射(IR)的情况下沿可预先给定的共同的连接部位连接至少两个塑料部件(1)的方法,其特征在于,每个要相互连接的塑料部件(1)在不与相应的其它塑料部件(1)接触的情况下借助可配置的辐射源利用红外线辐射至少沿连接部位加热,相应一个辐射源独立地并且在空间上与至少一个其它辐射源分开地运行,辐射源无接触地并且依循连接部位的轮廓将相应的红外线辐射放出给相应的可配置的塑料部件(1),并且借助相应的红外线辐射这样选择加热的程度,使得在塑料部件(1)彼此聚拢时形成连接部位。

Description

用于连接至少两个塑料部件的方法和装置以及容器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在使用红外线辐射的情况下沿可预先给定的共同的连接部位连接至少两个塑料部件的方法。本发明还涉及一种用于实施这种方法的装置。
背景技术
在制造用于食物、化妆品或用于医学目的(尤其是注射剂用药或用于人工营养物质)的塑料容器时,通常需要将功能元件微生物密封地并且在避免特定污染的情况下安装在所涉及的容器上。在现有技术中,为此通过使用焊接方法例如通过振动焊接方法、摩擦焊接或超声波焊接建立紧密的焊接连接。然而在此不利的是,由于焊接过程固有的摩擦产生颗粒。在已知的镜面焊接时,由于在要焊接部件与热镜接触时的摩擦也出现污染。此外,在此会形成沉积物,这些沉积物会明显地影响焊接质量。
WO2005/080067A2公开一种用于连接塑料部件的焊接方法,其中,使要焊接部件接触并且接着将其利用红外线辐射加热并且彼此焊接。因为要连接部件在此在冷的状态下彼此接触,所以在此也不可排除形成颗粒的危险。此外,在该文献中所示的方法仅限于简单几何结构的部件。在DE202006003323U1中公开另一种用于红外线焊接塑料部件的方法。然而,该方法限于仅点状焊接相对较薄的、大面积的部件并且不能够实现微生物密封的焊接连接。
发明内容
从现有技术出发,本发明的任务在于,给出一种方法,该方法能够在没有微生物污染并且无颗粒形成风险的情况下实现塑料部件的密封的焊接连接。
按照本发明,所述任务通过一种具有权利要求1的特征的方法来解决。
根据权利要求1的特征部分,本发明的重要特征在于,每个要相互连接的塑料部件在不与相应的另外的塑料部件接触的情况下借助可配置的辐射源利用红外线辐射至少沿连接部位加热,相应一个辐射源与至少一个另外的辐射源独立地并且在空间上分开地运行,这些辐射源无接触地并且依循所述连接部位的轮廓将相应的红外线辐射输出到相应的可配置的塑料部件上,并且借助相应的红外线辐射将加热的程度选择为使得在这些塑料部件彼此聚拢时形成所述连接部位。由于加热过程以与连接部位轮廓相近、但无接触的方式进行,因此具有特定几何形状的部件也可在连接部位处以对于焊接连接优化的温度进行加热,使得在这些部件聚拢时在没有微生物污染并且无颗粒的情况下形成焊接连接。
所述连接部位可构造成线形的连接缝,并且各个塑料部件彼此的聚拢能在可预给定的压紧力施加到这些部件上的情况下进行。
有利地,相应的辐射源由IR辐射元件构成,其中,所使用的IR辐射元件以不同的温度运行,优选地一个元件在380℃至480℃、特别优选在400℃至450℃的温度下运行,并且相应另一个元件在450℃至600℃、特别优选在500℃至550℃的温度下运行,各个塑料部件的相应加热时间优选为约4秒。
在此,对于材料和/或几何形状相关的热敏感的塑料部件借助冷却装置实施冷却。
特别有利的是,在使用按照本发明的方法时,至少一个塑料部件根据吹塑成型、填充和封闭方法(BFS)制造成经充注的和封闭的容器。
有利地,在这种情况下经充注的容器由头部膜片封闭并且在其颈部上由环形的颈部凸缘包围,该颈部凸缘与在其头部膜片方面放置到容器上的、形成一个塑料部件的盖通过盖的环形接片沿连接缝连接,而所述容器被用作用于接合或焊接过程的另一个塑料部件。
特别有利的是,在此在盖的环形接片与所属的一个IR辐射元件之间选择在0.2mm至0.6mm之间的优选距离,并且在容器的颈部凸缘与所属的另一个辐射元件之间选择在0.4mm至0.8mm之间的距离。
优选地,由各个辐射源或者说辐射元件产生的红外线辐射宽带地并且多向地发射。
特别有利的是,对于盖与容器的连接过程,将容器的头部膜片以减少细菌数量的方式、但无熔化地加热。
盖与容器的连接以有利的方式借助使用不同的IR辐射源或辐射元件少颗粒地进行。
根据权利要求11,本发明的主题也是一种用于实施根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法的装置,其特征在于,各个辐射源由设置在相应所属的加热元件中的IR辐射元件构成,该IR辐射元件跟随可配置的塑料部件的无接触地要辐射的轮廓。
在其它权利要求12至18中给出该装置的有利的设计方案。
根据权利要求19,本发明的主题还是一种容器,该容器优选根据吹塑成型、填充和封闭方法(BFS)来制造并且在使用根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法和/或根据权利要求11至18中任一项所述的装置的情况下与盖连接。

具体实施方式
参照附图以一种实施例详细描述本发明,其中,盖5(该盖在图1中单独简化地示出并且是根据DIN ISO 15759由塑料制成的输液盖)通过红外线焊接被安装在容器1的颈部凸缘2上。所述容器在当前情况中是具有根据DIN ISO 15759的头部和颈部区域的输液瓶,该输液瓶根据已知的BFS方法制造、填充和封闭。当然,本发明有利地同样可用于通过借助红外线辐射进行焊接来连接其它类型的塑料部件。
如在图2中最清楚地示出的那样,容器1在其容器颈部件3上衔接有径向突出的颈部凸缘2,该颈部凸缘形成容器侧的连接部位用于焊接过程,参见图4,在盖5的开口边缘上轴向突出的环形接片6能与该容器侧的连接部位焊接,该环形接片形成盖侧的连接部位。在将盖5安装在所述共同的连接部位上时,形成容器1的头部侧的封闭部的、薄的且敏感的头部膜片4受保护地处于盖5的内部空间中。对于焊接过程,盖5和容器1在容器的颈部凸缘2的区域中分别自身借助红外线辐射被无接触地加热到焊接温度。为此,对于盖5设置有盖加热元件14a,该盖加热元件在图4至图7中示出并且具有在端面上露出的IR辐射元件7a,该IR辐射元件借助固定孔9安装在绝缘体8a上并且能够通过电接头10供应能量。如图4和图5最清楚地示出的那样,IR辐射元件7a具有阶梯状圆柱形盘的形状,该盘为了通过IR辐射加热盖5的环形接片6而具有两个彼此阶梯状设置的发射面11a和11b,其中发射面11a形成水平的环形面并且发射面11b形成垂直的环形面。在加热过程中,如图4和5所示的盖5这样保持,使得发射面11a、11b以轮廓相近的方式沿环形接片6延伸,但与该环形接片无接触地保持,其中,在环形接片6与辐射元件7a的面11a、11b之间的优选距离为0.2mm至0.6mm。图7示出盖5在盖-加热元件14a上的所述位置中的布置结构。
图8以单独的示图示出IR辐射元件7b,该IR辐射元件为了在颈部凸缘2处加热容器1而安装在容器-加热元件14b的自由端面上,该容器-加热元件在图9至图12中示出。设置用于容器1的IR辐射元件7b具有环形体的形状,该环形体具有阶梯状内表面,该内表面形成发射面11c、11d和11e,这些发射面在加热过程中相对于壳体1的颈部凸缘2的区域以轮廓相近、但是无接触的方式保持,如这在图9中并且最清楚地在图10中示出。如所示的,在这种情况下发射面11e形成水平的环形面,发射面11c形成与该水平的环形面成45°角倾斜的环形面,并且发射面11d形成垂直的环形面。如图9、图11和图12所示,容器-加热元件14b具有两个绝缘体8b和8c,其中绝缘体8b具有环形体的形状,IR辐射元件7b在该环形体上围绕环开口,并且另一个环开口由形成封闭板的另一个绝缘体8c封闭。在加热过程中,IR辐射元件7b通过绝缘体8b相对于容器1的颈部凸缘2以如在图9和图10中所示的方式无接触地保持,其中,容器1的上端部件连同头部膜片4延伸到由绝缘体8b形成的内部空间中,该内部空间由第二绝缘体8c向上封闭。如图9所示,在该定位中头部膜片4距绝缘体8b和8c具有5mm、优选8mm并且特别优选10mm的最小距离。在此,发射面11c、11d和11e相对于颈部凸缘2的距离被调节为小,典型地调节到0.4mm至0.8mm的范围。
优选地,对于加热过程将IR辐射元件7a和7b调节到不同的温度,在辐射元件7a中温度处于380℃至480℃的范围内并且在IR辐射元件7b中处于450℃至600℃的范围内,其中,典型的加热持续时间为大约4秒。为了仅在表面上以及因此有利地以减少细菌数量的方式加热容器1的非常薄的且因此也热敏感的头部膜片4,而不引起例如由于熔化造成的损坏,在加热容器1的颈部凸缘2时,通过将优选经消毒的、少颗粒的冷却空气作为冷却介质经由对称地设置的冷却空气进入通道13b引入到在头部膜片4上方的绝缘体8b与8c之间的空间中实现头部膜片4的主动的、受控的冷却。变热的空气的排出通过冷却空气排出通道13a实现,该冷却空气排出通道如进入通道13b那样在图9、图11和图12中示出。通过受控的冷却空气输送,在IR辐射元件7b作用期间可短时间地达到头部膜片4的约250℃至300℃的有利的表面温度。不同于用于容器1的加热元件14b,用于盖5的加热元件14a没有被主动地冷却或吹扫。由此,确保了对盖5的内表面的加热,这也导致在该表面上的细菌减少。

Claims (19)

1.用于在使用红外线辐射(IR)的情况下沿可预先给定的共同的连接部位连接至少两个塑料部件(1、5)的方法,其特征在于,每个要相互连接的塑料部件(1、5)在不与相应的另外的塑料部件(1、5)接触的情况下借助可配置的辐射源利用红外线辐射至少沿所述连接部位被加热,相应一个辐射源与至少一个另外的辐射源独立地并且在空间上分开地运行,这些辐射源无接触地并且依循所述连接部位的轮廓将相应的红外线辐射输出到相应的可配置的塑料部件(1、5)上,并且借助相应的红外线辐射将加热程度选择为使得在所述塑料部件(1、5)彼此聚拢时形成所述连接部位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述连接部位构造成线形的连接缝,并且各个塑料部件(1、5)彼此的聚拢在将可预给定的压紧力施加到这些部件(1、5)上的情况下进行。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,相应的辐射源由IR辐射元件(7a、7b)构成,并且所使用的IR辐射元件(7a、7b)以不同的温度运行,优选一个元件(7a)在380℃至480℃、特别优选在400℃至450℃的温度下运行,而相应另一个元件(7b)在450℃至600℃、特别优选在500℃至550℃的温度下运行,各个塑料部件(1、5)的相应加热时间为2秒至6秒、优选大约4秒。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,对于热敏感的塑料部件(1、5)借助冷却装置(13a、13b)、优选利用少颗粒的气体、特别优选利用少颗粒的并且经消毒的气体作为冷却介质实施冷却。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,至少一个塑料部件(1)根据吹塑成型、填充和封闭方法制造成经充注的且封闭的容器(1)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,经充注的容器(1)由头部膜片(4)封闭并且在该容器的颈部件(3)上由环形的颈部凸缘(2)包围,该颈部凸缘与在其头部膜片(4)方面放置到该容器(1)上的、形成一个塑料部件的盖(5)通过所述盖的环形接片(6)沿所述连接缝连接,而所述容器(1)被用作用于该接合或焊接过程的另一个塑料部件。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述盖(5)的环形接片(6)与所属的一个IR辐射元件(7a)之间选择在0.2mm至0.6mm之间的优选距离,并且在所述容器(1)的颈部凸缘(2)与所属的另一个辐射元件(7b)之间选择在0.4mm至0.8mm之间的距离。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,由各个辐射源或者说辐射元件(7a、b)产生的红外线辐射宽带地并且多向地发射。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,对于盖(5)与容器(1)的连接过程,将所述容器(1)的头部膜片(4)以减少细菌数量的方式并且无熔化地加热。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,盖(5)与容器(1)的连接借助使用不同的IR辐射源或辐射元件(7a、7b)少颗粒地实施。
11.用于实施根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法的装置,其特征在于,各个辐射源由设置在相应所属的加热元件(14a、14b)中的IR辐射元件(7a、7b)构成,该IR辐射元件跟随可配置的塑料部件(1、5)的无接触地要辐射的轮廓。
12.根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,各个辐射元件(7a,7b)具有至少两个彼此不同地取向的发射面(11a、b、c、d、e)。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的装置,其特征在于,设置用于所述盖(5)的一个IR辐射元件(7a)的发射面(11a、b)与所述盖的套装方向平行地(11b)并且与其垂直地(11a)延伸地设置。
14.根据权利要求11至13中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,用于竖直放置的容器(1)的颈部凸缘(2)的另一个IR辐射元件(7b)的发射面(11c、d、e)与该容器的纵轴线平行地(11d)延伸地以及水平地(11e)延伸地并且以与水平发射面成一优选45°的发射角度倾斜的第三发射面(11c)设置。
15.根据权利要求11至14中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,这两个IR辐射元件(7a、7b)的各个发射面(11a、b、c、d、e)连续环形地以同心的方式围绕其相应的纵轴线延伸。
16.根据权利要求11至15中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,设置用于所述容器(1)的颈部凸缘(2)的IR辐射元件(7b)具有冷却装置(12、13a、13b),该冷却装置利用冷却空气来冷却所述容器(1)的头部膜片(4),所述冷却空气能够输送给位于头部膜片(4)上方的冷却室(12),为了对所述颈部凸缘(2)进行冷却和/或加热过程所述头部膜片(4)伸入到所述冷却室中。
17.根据权利要求11至16中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,具有IR辐射元件(7b)的加热元件(14b)至少附加地具有至少一个保持和绝缘装置(8a,8b),所述保持和绝缘装置具有距所述容器(1)的头部膜片(4)至少5mm、优选至少8mm并且特别优选至少10mm的最小距离。
18.根据权利要求11至17中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,各个IR辐射元件(7a、b)能够经由进给装置朝向相应所配设的塑料部件(1、5)进给并且在热处理之后能够被再次移除。
19.容器(1),所述容器优选根据吹塑成型、填充和封闭方法制造,该容器在使用根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法和/或根据权利要求11至18中任一项所述的装置的情况下与盖(5)连接。
