Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る製造装置は、開口部を有する容器胴体61と開口部を密閉する蓋63とをレーザー溶接法によって溶着して気密状態とした密封容器の製造装置であって、容器胴体61と蓋63との溶接予定箇所64にレーザー光46を照射する蓋溶接手段45と、容器胴体61に装着された蓋63を押さえる押当板44を有し、押当板44のうち少なくとも蓋63を押さえる押当部分44aがレーザー光46に対して透光性を有し、かつ、押当部分44aをレーザー光46の光路上に配置する蓋固定手段43とを、備える。

Description
本実施形態に係る密封容器の製造装置について説明する。図1に本実施形態に係る密封容器の製造装置の一形態を示す概略図を示した。本実施形態に係る密封容器の製造装置30は、開口部(不図示)を有する容器胴体61と開口部を密閉する蓋63とをレーザー溶接法によって溶着して気密状態とした密封容器の製造装置において、容器胴体61と蓋63との溶接予定箇所64にレーザー光46を照射する蓋溶接手段45と、容器胴体61に装着された蓋63を押さえる押当板44を有し、押当板44のうち少なくとも蓋63を押さえる押当部分44aがレーザー光46に対して透光性を有し、かつ、押当部分44aをレーザー光46の光路上に配置する蓋固定手段43とを、備えることを特徴とする。さらに、密封容器の製造装置30は、容器胴体61に装着された蓋63が密封されていない容器(以後、未密封容器)を供給する容器供給手段41、未密封容器71及び密封容器72を搬送するコンベア又はスターホイール等の容器搬送手段47、容器搬送手段47上の未密封容器71を自転させる自転テーブル48及び密封容器72を容器搬送手段47から排出する容器排出手段49を備えても良い。
本実施形態に係る密封容器の製造装置について説明する。図6に本実施形態に係る密封容器の製造装置の一形態を示す概略図を示した。図1の密封容器の製造装置30と異なる点についてのみ説明する。密封容器の製造装置31は、蓋固定手段43及び蓋溶接手段45に加え、容器搬送手段47a,47b、蓋供給手段52a、蓋搬送手段52b及び回転円盤体53をさらに備える。回転円盤体53に蓋固定手段43及び蓋溶接手段45が設置される。なお、回転円盤体53の蓋63が位置する側と反対となる側に位置している容器胴体61を点線で示した。

Claims (7)
- 開口部を有する容器胴体と前記開口部を密閉する蓋とをレーザー溶接法によって溶着して気密状態とした密封容器の製造装置において、
前記容器胴体と前記蓋との溶接予定箇所にレーザー光を照射する蓋溶接手段と、
前記容器胴体に装着された前記蓋を押さえる押当板を有し、前記押当板のうち少なくとも前記蓋を押さえる押当部分が前記レーザー光に対して透光性を有し、かつ、前記押当部分を前記レーザー光の光路上に配置する蓋固定手段とを、備えることを特徴とする密封容器の製造装置。 - 前記押当部分は、前記レーザー光の透光率が80%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密封容器の製造装置。
- 前記押当板のうち少なくとも前記押当部分が、ガラス又はアクリル樹脂で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の密封容器の製造装置。
- 前記レーザー光に対して透光性を有し、かつ、柔軟性を有する補助板を、前記押当部分の表面のうち前記蓋と接触する面にさらに接合していることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の密封容器の製造装置。
- 前記蓋固定手段は、前記容器胴体に前記蓋を装着する蓋装着手段を兼ねることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3又は4に記載の密封容器の製造装置。
- 前記容器胴体を搬送する容器搬送手段と該容器搬送手段の搬送速度と同じ速度で回転する回転円盤体とをさらに備え、前記蓋固定手段は前記回転円盤体の周縁に等間隔で複数個設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4又は5に記載の密封容器の製造装置。
- 開口部を有する容器胴体と前記開口部を密閉する蓋とをレーザー溶接法によって溶着して気密状態とした密封容器の製造方法において、
前記容器胴体に装着された前記蓋をレーザー光に対して透光性を有する押当板で押さえつけ、かつ、前記容器胴体と前記蓋との溶接予定箇所を密着状態としたままで前記押当板に前記レーザー光を照射し、前記押当板を透過した前記レーザー光を前記溶接予定箇所に照射して溶接を開始する蓋溶接工程を、備えることを特徴とする密封容器の製造方法。
