Claims (14)
- 開口部を有する容器本体が、前記開口部を閉蓋する蓋部によって密封された密封容器であって、前記容器本体は容器内部に向かってその壁を折り返した形状を有し、前記開口部はその折り返し部の高さよりも低い位置に形成し、前記蓋部は、前記開口部を密封しうるように少なくとも覆う大きさであるとともに、前記開口部を取り囲む前記容器本体の外壁面の形状に沿うように形成されており、かつ、前記蓋部を前記容器本体に重ね、蓋部で容器本体を押さえ込んで、開口部の周縁部分の外壁面と蓋部の内壁面とを密着させて密着面を形成し、かつ、前記容器本体の内壁面のうち少なくとも前記開口部の周縁部分の内壁面が容器中身と接触しうるように、前記開口部の周縁部分の外壁面と前記蓋部の内壁面とがレーザー溶接された溶接部を有することを特徴とする密封容器。
- 開口部を有する容器本体が、前記開口部を閉蓋する蓋部によって密封された密封容器であって、前記容器本体は、上側が前記開口部に至るまで截頭円錐状をなしており、前記蓋部は、前記開口部を密封しうるように少なくとも覆う大きさであるとともに、前記開口部を取り囲む前記容器本体の外壁面の形状に沿うように形成されており、かつ、前記蓋部を前記容器本体に重ね、蓋部で容器本体を押さえ込んで、開口部の周縁部分の外壁面と蓋部の内壁面とを密着させて密着面を形成し、かつ、前記容器本体の内壁面のうち少なくとも前記開口部の周縁部分の内壁面が容器中身と接触しうるように、前記開口部の周縁部分の外壁面と前記蓋部の内壁面とがレーザー溶接された溶接部を有することを特徴とする密封容器。
- 前記溶接部は、フランジを形成しないことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の密封容器。
- 前記蓋部の周縁部分の内壁面が前記容器本体の外壁面と溶接されていない非溶接部を有し、該非溶接部が開封つまみであることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載の密封容器。
- 前記蓋部は、肉厚が0.2mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3又は4記載の密封容器。
- 前記溶接部は、前記開口部の周縁に沿って、2以上の循環線状にレーザー溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4又は5記載の密封容器。
- 前記蓋部は内壁面側に前記開口部の開口径とほぼ同じ内径を有する環状層を接合した多層構造を有し、且つ前記環状層が前記容器本体にレーザー溶接されたままの状態で前記蓋部が前記環状層から剥離することにより、容器開封がなされることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5又は6記載の密封容器。
- 前記容器本体及び前記蓋部が合成樹脂により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6又は7記載の密封容器。
- 前記容器は飲料用容器であることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7又は8記載の密封容器。
- 開口部を有する容器本体が、前記開口部を閉蓋する蓋部によって密封される密封容器の製造方法であって、
前記容器本体は容器内部に向かってその壁を折り返した形状を有し、前記開口部はその折り返し部の高さよりも低い位置に形成し、前記蓋部は、前記開口部を密封しうるように少なくとも覆う大きさであるとともに、前記開口部を取り囲む前記容器本体の外壁面の形状に沿うように形成されており、かつ、
前記容器本体の内壁面のうち少なくとも前記開口部の周縁部分の内壁面が容器中身と接触しうるように、前記蓋部を前記容器本体に重ね、蓋部で容器本体を押さえ込んで、前記開口部の周縁部分の外壁面と前記蓋部の内壁面とを密着させて密着面を形成した後、該密着面にレーザーを照射して溶接部を形成する工程を有することを特徴とする密封容器の製造方法。 - 開口部を有する容器本体が、前記開口部を閉蓋する蓋部によって密封される密封容器の製造方法であって、
前記容器本体は、上側が前記開口部に至るまで截頭円錐状をなしており、前記蓋部は、前記開口部を密封しうるように少なくとも覆う大きさであるとともに、前記開口部を取り囲む前記容器本体の外壁面の形状に沿うように形成されており、かつ、
前記容器本体の内壁面のうち少なくとも前記開口部の周縁部分の内壁面が容器中身と接触しうるように、前記蓋部を前記容器本体に重ね、蓋部で容器本体を押さえ込んで、前記開口部の周縁部分の外壁面と前記蓋部の内壁面とを密着させて密着面を形成した後、該密着面にレーザーを照射して溶接部を形成する工程を有することを特徴とする密封容器の製造方法。 - 前記開口部の周縁部分の外壁面又は前記蓋部の内壁面の少なくともいずれか一方に、レーザー光の吸収部を設ける工程を有することを特徴とする請求項10又は11記載の密封容器の製造方法。
- 前記開口部の周縁部分の外壁面又は前記蓋部の内壁面の少なくともいずれか一方の部位に、レーザー光の吸収材料が含有されていることを特徴とする請求項10、11又は12記載の密封容器の製造方法。
- 前記溶接部へのレーザー照射は、レーザー発振素子を固定し、容器中心軸を自転軸として前記容器本体及び前記蓋部を自転させながら行なうか、或いは容器中心軸を回転軸としてレーザー発振素子を前記容器本体及び前記蓋部の周りを回転させながら行なうことを特徴とする請求項10、11、12又は13記載の密封容器の製造方法。
