Abstract
Description
−少なくとも1種のジエンゴム成分と、
−式I):
I)(R1R2R3)Si−X−NH−C(=O)−O−
(式中、R1、R2、及びR3は、互いに独立して、メトキシ基、エトキシ基、フェノキシ基、メチル基、エチル基、及びフェニル基から選択され、いずれの場合もR1、R2、及びR3の基うちの少なくとも1つは、メトキシ基、エトキシ基、又はフェノキシ基であり、Xは1〜6個の炭素原子を有する二価のアルキル基である)
の官能基で一方のみの鎖末端が変性されており、1分子あたりの官能基の数が平均0.8〜1である、少なくとも1種の液体の直鎖変性ジエンポリマーA成分と、
を少なくとも含有する硫黄架橋性ゴム混合物によって達成される。
I)(R1R2R3)Si−X−NH−C(=O)−O−
(式中、R1、R2、及びR3は、互いに独立して、メトキシ基、エトキシ基、フェノキシ基、メチル基、エチル基、及びフェニル基から選択され、いずれの場合もR1、R2、及びR3の基のうちの少なくとも1つは、メトキシ基、エトキシ基、又はフェノキシ基であり、Xは1〜6個の炭素原子を有する二価のアルキル基である)
の官能基で一方のみの鎖末端が変性されており、1分子あたりの官能基の数は平均0.8〜1である。
−SCN、−SH、−NH2又は−Sx−(x=2〜8である)。
3−メルカプトプロピルトリエトキシシランは、加工助剤(以下に記載)、特にPEGカルボキシレートと組み合わせて使用される。
IV)(R4)3Si−Z−S−R5
(式中、ラジカルR4は、1つの分子内で互いに同じであっても異なっていてもよく、1〜10個の炭素原子を有するアルコキシ基であり、
R5は、1〜20個の炭素原子を有するアシル基又は水素原子であり、
Zは1〜10個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基である)。
Sは硫黄、Siはケイ素の略称である。
a)N−フェニル−N’−(1,3−ジメチルブチル)−p−フェニレンジアミン(6PPD)、N,N’−ジフェニル−p−フェニレンジアミン(DPPD)、N,N’−ジトリル−p−フェニレンジアミン(DTPD)、N−イソプロピル−N’−フェニル−p−フェニレンジアミン(IPPD)、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,2−ジヒドロキノリン(TMQ)などの老化防止剤、
b)活性化剤、例えば酸化亜鉛及び脂肪酸(例えばステアリン酸)並びに/又は他の活性化剤(亜鉛錯体等、例えばエチルヘキサン酸亜鉛)、
c)ワックス、
d)任意選択的な、特に粘着付与樹脂などの炭化水素樹脂、
e)素練り助剤、例えば、2,2’−ジベンズアミドジフェニルジスルフィド(DBD)、並びに
f)特に脂肪酸エステルや金属石鹸(例えば亜鉛石鹸及び/又はカルシウム石鹸等)などの加工助剤、
g)可塑剤、
が挙げられる。
・ウェットブレーキ:ABSブレーキ、80km/hからのブレーキ距離、ウェットアスファルト、低μ
・ドライブレーキ:ABSブレーキ、100km/hからのブレーキ距離、ドライアスファルト、高μ
・転がり抵抗:ISO 28580に準拠
a)高−cis Nd−BR
b)SLR3402,Trinseo
c)本発明ではない液体ポリブタジエン、両方の鎖末端にシロキサン官能基を保有、そのためA*と表示
d)ポリマーA:最大でも1つの鎖末端のみが(末端で)変性されたポリブタジエン、式I)の通りに変性、R1、R2、及びR3=エトキシ基、X=二価の直鎖プロピル基、Mw=5400g/mol、Mw/Mn=1.05、ビニル分率=65mol%、ガラス転移温度=−50℃、官能化度=0.97;以下の通りに製造;
e)Zeosol 1165 MP,Rhodia
f)TDAE
g)NXT,Momentive:3−(オクタノイルチオ)−1−プロピルトリエトキシシラン
h)酸化亜鉛、ステアリン酸、老化防止剤、オゾン保護ワックス
注意深く乾燥させた5Lのオートクレーブを窒素でフラッシュした。次いで、1680gのヘキサン、6.2gのN,N,N’,N’−テトラメチルエチレンジアミン、及び122gのn−ブチルリチウム(ヘキサン溶液中で15.6質量%)をオートクレーブの中に入れた。
Claims (11)
- −少なくとも1種のジエンゴム成分と、
−式I):
I)(R1R2R3)Si−X−NH−C(=O)−O−
(式中、R1、R2、及びR3は、互いに独立して、メトキシ基、エトキシ基、フェノキシ基、メチル基、エチル基、及びフェニル基から選択され、いずれの場合もR1、R2、及びR3の基のうちの少なくとも1つは、メトキシ基、エトキシ基、又はフェノキシ基であり、Xは1〜6個の炭素原子を有する二価のアルキル基である)
の官能基で一方のみの鎖末端が変性されており、1分子あたりの官能基の数が平均0.8〜1である、少なくとも1種の液体の直鎖変性ジエンポリマーA成分と、
を少なくとも含有する硫黄架橋性ゴム混合物。 - 10〜300phrの少なくとも1種のシリカを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の硫黄架橋性ゴム混合物。
- 前記ポリマーAがポリブタジエンであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の硫黄架橋性ゴム混合物。
- Xが、2〜4個の炭素原子、好ましくは3個の炭素原子を有する二価アルキル基であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の硫黄架橋性ゴム混合物。
- 前記ポリマーAが、500〜15000g/mol、好ましくは5000〜15000g/mol、より好ましくは5200〜15000g/mol、非常に好ましくは5200〜10000g/molの、GPCによる重量平均分子量Mwを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の硫黄架橋性ゴム混合物。
- 1〜80phr、より好ましくは5〜50phrの、少なくとも1種のポリマーAを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の硫黄架橋性ゴム混合物。
- 前記ジエンゴムが、天然ポリイソプレン(NR)、合成ポリイソプレン(IR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、溶液重合スチレン−ブタジエンゴム(SSBR)、及び乳化重合スチレン−ブタジエンゴム(ESBR)からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の硫黄架橋性ゴム混合物。
- 少なくとも1種のシラン、好ましくは少なくとも1種のブロック化及び/又は少なくとも1種の非ブロック化メルカプトシランを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の硫黄架橋性ゴム混合物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1種のゴム混合物の硫黄加硫により得られる加硫物。
- 少なくとも1種の構成要素中に、好ましくは少なくともトレッド中に、請求項9に記載の少なくとも1種の加硫物を含むことを特徴とする、車両用タイヤ。
- 技術的なゴム製品における、請求項9に記載の加硫物の使用。
