Description
− 60〜100phrの少なくとも1種のブタジエンゴムと、
− 51phr以上の少なくとも1種の炭化水素樹脂と
を含んでなり、炭化水素樹脂が、30〜100重量%の範囲までで芳香族モノマーから構成される、本発明によって達成される。
a)老化防止剤、例えば、
N−フェニル−N’−(1,3−ジメチルブチル)−p−フェニレンジアミン(6PPD)、
N,N’−ジフェニル−p−フェニレンジアミン(DPPD)、
N,N’−ジトリル−p−フェニレンジアミン(DTPD)、
N−イソプロピル−N’−フェニル−p−フェニレンジアミン(IPPD)、
2,2,4−トリメチル−1,2−ジヒドロキノリン(TMQ)、
b)活性剤、例えば、酸化亜鉛および脂肪酸(例えば、ステアリン酸)、
c)ワックス、
d)さらなる樹脂、特に、上記芳香族炭化水素樹脂に包含されない結合樹脂、
e)素練り(mastication)助剤、例えば、2,2’−ジベンズアミドジフェニルジスルフィド(DBD)、ならびに
f)加工助剤、例えば、脂肪酸塩、例えば、亜鉛石鹸、ならびに脂肪酸エステルおよびそれらの誘導体
が含まれる。
A)G[CaH2a−CH2−SbY]c
(式中、Gは、1〜100個の原子を含んでなる多価環式炭化水素基および/または多価複素炭化水素基および/または多価シロキサン基であり、独立してゴム活性基から選択される各Yは、硫黄含有官能基を含んでなり、かつa、bおよびcは整数であり、独立して、aは0〜6であり、bは0〜8であり、かつcは3〜5である)を有する。
・DIN 53512による室温および70℃における反発弾性
・DIN 53504による室温における引張強さおよび破断点伸び
・DIN 53513による温度依存測定(「温度スウィープ(temperature sweep)」)からの−30.5〜−29.8℃における動的貯蔵弾性率E’
・DIN 53 516またはDIN/ISO 4649による室温における摩耗
・ISO 11357−1および11357−21987 p.519−527によるDSCによるゴムブレンドのガラス転移温度Tg(低温デバイスによって調整されたDSC、装置の種類および製造業者の指示に従う校正、アルミニウムふたを有するアルミニウムるつぼ中の試料)

b)シリカ:VN3、Evonik
c)芳香族炭化水素樹脂:アルファ−メチルスチレンおよびスチレンから構成される、Arizona Chemical CompanyからのSYLVATRAXX(登録商標)4401、Mw=1,300g/モル、Mc=2,018g/モル、SP=80〜90℃
d)C5樹脂:Escorez(商標)1102,Exxon Mobil Chemical、Mw=4,500g/モル、Mc=15,000g/モル、SP=100℃
e)6PPD+抗オゾン化物質ワックス
f)シラン:TESPD
g)DPGおよびCBS
Claims (10)
- 硫黄架橋性ゴムブレンドにおいて、少なくとも以下の成分:
− 80〜100phrの少なくとも1種の高cisブタジエンゴムと、
− 51〜85phrの少なくとも1種の炭化水素樹脂と
を含んでなり、前記炭化水素樹脂が、30〜100重量%の範囲までで芳香族モノマーから構成され、前記炭化水素樹脂が、60〜100℃のASTM E 28(リングおよびボール)による軟化点を有することを特徴とする、硫黄架橋性ゴムブレンド。 - 60〜80phrの少なくとも1種の炭化水素樹脂を含んでなり、前記炭化水素樹脂が、30〜100重量%の範囲までで芳香族モノマーから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の硫黄架橋性ゴムブレンド。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂が、30〜100重量%の範囲までで、アルファ−メチルスチレンおよび/またはスチレンおよび/またはビニルトルエンおよび/またはインデンおよび/またはクマロンおよび/またはメチルインデンおよび/またはメチルクマロンからなる群からの少なくとも1種の芳香族モノマーから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の硫黄架橋性ゴムブレンド。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂が、51〜100重量%の範囲までで芳香族モノマーから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の硫黄架橋性ゴムブレンド。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂が、アルファ−メチルスチレンおよびスチレンからのコポリマーであり、100重量%の範囲までで、アルファ−メチルスチレンおよびスチレンから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の硫黄架橋性ゴムブレンド。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂が、80〜90℃のASTM E 28(リングおよびボール)による軟化点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の硫黄架橋性ゴムブレンド。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂が、500〜5,000g/モルの分子量Mw(重量平均)および500〜10,000g/モルの遠心分離平均Mcを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の硫黄架橋性ゴムブレンド。
- 10〜300phrの少なくとも1種のシリカを含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の硫黄架橋性ゴムブレンド。
- 少なくとも1つの部品において、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1種のゴムブレンドを含んでなることを特徴とする、車両用空気タイヤ。
- 前記部品が少なくともトレッドであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の車両用空気タイヤ。
