を含んでなり、炭化水素樹脂が、50〜100重量%の範囲までで脂肪族C5モノマー、および0〜50重量%の範囲まででさらなるモノマーから構成され、炭化水素樹脂が、式I):
I)Q=軟化点[℃]/遠心分離平均Mz[g/モル]
によると、0.015[℃モル/g]〜0.050[℃モル/g]のQを有する、本発明によって達成される。
I)Q=軟化点[℃]/遠心分離平均Mz[g/モル]
による指数Qで表される場合、すなわち、Qは、遠心分離平均によって割られた軟化点であり、Qは、0.015[℃モル/g]〜0.050[℃モル/g]、好ましくは0.020[℃モル/g]〜0.040[℃モル/g]、特に好ましくは0.020[℃モル/g]〜0.035[℃モル/g]、非常に特に好ましくは0.022[℃モル/g]〜0.030[℃モル/g]、再び非常に特に好ましくは0.024[℃モル/g]〜0.028[℃モル/g]である。

f)加工助剤、例えば、脂肪酸塩、例えば、亜鉛石鹸、ならびに脂肪酸エステルおよびそれらの誘導体
が含まれる。

(式中、Gは、1〜100個の原子を含んでなる多価環式炭化水素基および/または多価複素炭化水素基および/または多価シロキサン基であり、独立してゴム活性基から選択される各Yは、硫黄含有官能基を含んでなり、かつa、bおよびcは整数であり、独立して、aは0〜6であり、bは0〜8であり、かつcは3〜5である)を有する。
・DIN 53512による室温および70℃における反発弾性
・DIN 53504による室温における引張強さおよび破断点伸び
・DIN 53513による伸長依存測定(「ストレインスウィープ(strain sweep)」)からの55℃における8%伸長の動的貯蔵弾性率E’および最大損失因子tanδ(タンジェントデルタ)
・DIN 53 516またはDIN/ISO 4649による室温における摩耗
・ISO 11357−1および11357−21987 p.519−527によるDSCによるゴム混合物のガラス転移温度Tg(低温デバイスによって調整されたDSC、装置の種類および製造業者の指示に従う校正、アルミニウムふたを有するアルミニウムるつぼ中の試料)

本願は、特許請求の範囲に記載の発明に係るものであるが、本願の開示は以下も包含する:
1. 硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物において、少なくとも以下の成分:
− 40〜100phrの少なくとも1種の天然および/または合成ポリイソプレンと、
− 15phr以上の少なくとも1種の炭化水素樹脂と
を含んでなり、前記炭化水素樹脂が、50〜100重量%の範囲までで脂肪族C 5 モノマー、および0〜50重量%の範囲まででさらなるモノマーから構成され、前記炭化水素樹脂が、式I):
I)Q=軟化点[℃]/遠心分離平均Mz[g/モル]
によると、0.015[℃モル/g]〜0.050[℃モル/g]のQを有することを特徴とする、硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
2. 15〜300phrの前記炭化水素樹脂を含んでなることを特徴とする、上記1に記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
3. 36〜100phrの前記炭化水素樹脂を含んでなることを特徴とする、上記1または2に記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
4. 前記さらなるモノマーが、芳香族化合物および/または不飽和テルペンおよび/またはアルケンおよび/またはシクロアルケンを含んでなるカチオン重合が可能な不飽和化合物の群から選択されることを特徴とする、上記1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
5. 前記さらなるモノマーが、アルファ−メチルスチレンおよび/またはスチレンおよび/またはビニルトルエンおよび/またはインデンおよび/またはクマロンおよび/またはメチルインデンおよび/またはメチルクマロンおよび/またはフェノールおよび/またはオレフィンからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、上記4に記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
6. 前記炭化水素樹脂が、60〜200℃のASTM E 28(リングおよびボール)による軟化点を有することを特徴とする、上記1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
7. 前記炭化水素樹脂が、60〜99℃のASTM E 28(リングおよびボール)による軟化点を有することを特徴とする、上記1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
8. 前記炭化水素樹脂が、500〜4,000g/モルの分子量Mw(重量平均)および2,500〜10,000g/モルの遠心分離平均Mzを有することを特徴とする、上記1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
9. 10〜300phrの少なくとも1種のシリカを含んでなることを特徴とする、上記1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
10. 少なくとも1つの部品において、上記1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1種のゴム混合物の架橋された生成物を含んでなることを特徴とする、車両用空気タイヤ。
11. 前記部品が少なくともトレッドであることを特徴とする、上記10に記載の車両用空気タイヤ。
Claims (12)
- 硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物において、少なくとも以下の成分:
− 40〜100phrの少なくとも1種の天然および/または合成ポリイソプレンと、
− 45phr以上の少なくとも1種の炭化水素樹脂と
を含んでなり、前記炭化水素樹脂が、50〜100重量%の範囲までで脂肪族C5モノマー、および0〜50重量%の範囲まででさらなるモノマーから構成され、前記炭化水素樹脂が、式I):
I)Q=軟化点[℃]/遠心分離平均Mz[g/モル]
によると、0.015[℃モル/g]〜0.050[℃モル/g]のQを有し、および
− 10〜300phrの少なくとも1種のシリカを含んでなる、
ことを特徴とする、硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。 - 45〜300phrの前記炭化水素樹脂を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
- 45〜100phrの前記炭化水素樹脂を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
- 50phr以上の前記炭化水素樹脂を含んでなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
- 前記さらなるモノマーが、芳香族化合物および/または不飽和テルペンおよび/またはアルケンおよび/またはシクロアルケンを含んでなるカチオン重合が可能な不飽和化合物の群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
- 前記さらなるモノマーが、アルファ−メチルスチレンおよび/またはスチレンおよび/またはビニルトルエンおよび/またはインデンおよび/またはクマロンおよび/またはメチルインデンおよび/またはメチルクマロンおよび/またはフェノールおよび/またはオレフィンからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂が、60〜200℃のASTM E 28(リングおよびボール)による軟化点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂が、60〜99℃のASTM E 28(リングおよびボール)による軟化点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂が、500〜4,000g/モルの分子量Mw(重量平均)および2,500〜10,000g/モルの遠心分離平均Mzを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
- 加硫後に、DIN 53504による室温における破断点伸びが651%〜722%である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の硫黄架橋可能なゴム混合物。
- 少なくとも1つの部品において、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1種のゴム混合物の架橋された生成物を含んでなることを特徴とする、車両用空気タイヤ。
- 前記部品が少なくともトレッドであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の車両用空気タイヤ。
