[0003] 腫瘍浸潤リンパ球(TIL)の養子自己移植を用いたかさ高い難治性の癌の処置は、予後不良の患者に対する治療への強力なアプローチとなる。Gattinoni, et al., Nat.Rev. Immunol.2006, 6, 383-393。TILは、T細胞が優勢であり、IL−2に基づくTIL拡大培養とそれに続く「急速拡大培養プロセス」(REP)とは、そのスピード及び効率のためにTIL拡大培養のための好ましい方法となっている。Dudley, et al., Science 2002, 298, 850-54;Dudley, et al., J. c.前記PBLを前記CD19+B細胞と2〜5日間の期間にわたって共培養すること;

- 前記ITK阻害剤は、アミノチアゾール系ITK阻害剤、ベンズイミダゾール系ITK阻害剤、アミノピリミジン系ITK阻害剤、3−アミノピリド−2−オン系ITK阻害剤、インドリルンダゾール系ITK阻害剤、ピラゾリル−インドール系阻害剤、チエノピラゾール阻害剤及びATPポケット内のシステイン−442を標的とするITK阻害剤からなる群から選択される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ITK阻害剤は、イブルチニブ、ダサチニブ、ボスチニブ、ニロチニブ、エルロチニブBMS509744、CTA056、GSK2250665A、PF06465469((R)−3−(1−(1−アクリロイルピペリジン−3−イル)−4−アミノ−1H−ピラゾロ[3,4−d]ピリミジン−3−イル)−N−(3−メチル−4−(1−メチルエチル))ベンズアミド)及びそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ITK阻害剤は、イブルチニブである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記患者は、イブルチニブレジメンの少なくとも1つのラウンドで前処置される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記血液悪性腫瘍は、急性骨髄性白血病(AML)、マントル細胞リンパ腫(MCL)、濾胞性リンパ腫(FL)、びまん性大細胞型B細胞リンパ腫(DLBCL)、活性化B細胞(ABC)DLBCL、胚中心B細胞(GCB)DLBCL、慢性リンパ性白血病(CLL)、リヒタートランスフォーメーションを伴うCLL(又はリヒター症候群)、小リンパ球性白血病(SLL)、非ホジキンリンパ腫(NHL)、ホジキンリンパ腫、再発性及び/又は難治性ホジキンリンパ腫、B細胞急性リンパ芽球性白血病(B−ALL)、成熟B−ALL、バーキットリンパ腫、ワルデンストローム型マクログロブリン血症(WM)、多発性骨髄腫、骨髄異形成症候群、骨髄線維症、慢性骨髄性白血病、濾胞中枢リンパ腫、無痛性NHL、ヒト免疫不全ウイルス(HIV)関連B細胞リンパ腫並びにエプスタイン−バーウイルス(EBV)関連B細胞リンパ腫からなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記血液悪性腫瘍は、慢性リンパ性白血病(CLL)である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の細胞培養培地は、CM−2、CM−4及びAIM−Vからなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- ステップ(d)後、追加のIL−2は、添加され、及び前記細胞培養培地は、第2の細胞培養培地と交換される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- ステップ(e)後、追加のIL−2は、添加され、及び前記第2の細胞培養培地は、第3の細胞培養培地と交換される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の細胞培養培地は、CM−2、CM−4及びAIM−Vからなる群から選択される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第3の細胞培養培地は、CM−2、CM−4及びAIM−Vからなる群から選択される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の細胞培養培地と前記第2の細胞培養培地とは、異なる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の細胞培養培地と前記第2の細胞培養培地とは、同じである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- ステップ(c)におけるB細胞とPBLとの比は、約0.1:1〜約10:1(B細胞:PBL)である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- ステップ(c)におけるB細胞とPBLとの比は、0.1:1、1:1及び10:1(B細胞:PBL)からなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- ステップ(d)の開始時、前記ガス透過性容器内に少なくとも約1×105〜約10×105個のPBLが存在する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- ステップ(d)の開始時、前記ガス透過性容器内に少なくとも約2.5×105〜10×105個のPBLが存在する、請求項2に記載の方法。

- 前記IL−2は、ステップ(d)及び(e)において1000IU/ml〜6000IL/mlの濃度で存在する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記IL−2は、約3000IU/mlの濃度で存在する、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記抗CD3/抗CD28抗体は、ビーズ上にコーティングされ、及びPBL:ビーズ比は、ステップ(d)及び(e)のそれぞれにおいて約1:1である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記PBLは、約0.1×109〜約15×109個のPBLの量で投与される、請求項2に記載の方法。
