本出願は、2017年11月1日に中国特許庁に提出された中国特許出願201711057833.1の優先権を主張し、その全ての内容が援用により本出願に取り込まれる。
Claims (20)
- フレキシブル表示パネルであって、
屈曲可能領域を含むフレキシブルベース基板と、
前記フレキシブルベース基板上に位置する第1層と、
前記第1層の少なくとも一部を貫通するトレンチと、
前記トレンチ内に位置する第2層と、
前記第2層上に位置する金属層と
を含み、
前記第2層は、前記第1層より小さい弾性率を有し、
前記第2層及び前記金属層の少なくとも一部は、前記屈曲可能領域の屈曲中において、前記屈曲可能領域と共形である、フレキシブル表示パネル。 - 前記第1層は、隔離層を含む、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示パネル。
- 前記第2層は、ポリマー層を含む、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示パネル。
- 前記金属層は、リード線である、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示パネル。
- 前記屈曲可能領域は、屈曲領域である、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示パネル。
- 前記トレンチの前記フレキシブルベース基板上における正投影は、前記フレキシブルベース基板の屈曲可能領域に重なる、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示パネル。
- 前記トレンチは、前記フレキシブル表示パネルの非表示領域内に位置する、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示パネル。
- 前記フレキシブル表示パネルは、表示領域を更に含み、前記表示領域は、サブピクセルのアレイ及び信号線を備え、前記非表示領域は、駆動チップを備える、請求項7に記載のフレキシブル表示パネル。
- 前記トレンチは、底面と、前記底面の両側にそれぞれ位置し且つ前記底面に接続される第1側面と、第2側面とを含む、請求項1及び6乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル表示パネル。
- 前記第2層の前記フレキシブルベース基板に垂直な方向における厚さは、前記トレンチの深さに実質的に等しい、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示パネル。
- 前記第2層の前記フレキシブルベース基板に垂直な方向における厚さは、前記トレンチの深さより低い、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示パネル。
- 前記第1側面及び前記第2側面の各々は、傾斜面であり、前記傾斜面の角度は90度未満である、請求項9に記載のフレキシブル表示パネル。
- 前記第1側面及び前記第2側面の各々は、二つの傾斜面と、前記二つの傾斜面の間に位置する階段面とを含み、前記二つの傾斜面の各々の角度は90度未満である、請求項9に記載のフレキシブル表示パネル。
- 前記第2層は、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリメタクリレート、ポリイミド、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、フォトレジスト及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される少なくとも一種の材料から製作される、請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示パネル。
- 薄膜トランジスタは、前記サブピクセルのアレイ内に位置し、前記薄膜トランジスタの各々は、隔離バッファ層と、活性層と、第1ゲート絶縁層と、第1ゲート層と、第2ゲート絶縁層と、第2ゲート層と、誘電体層と、ソース・ドレイン金属層と、平坦化層とを含み、
前記第1層は、前記非表示領域を覆う、前記誘電体層、前記第2ゲート絶縁層、前記第1ゲート絶縁層、前記隔離バッファ層及びそれらの混合体からなる群からの少なくとも一つの層又は複数の層を含む、請求項8に記載のフレキシブル表示パネル。 - 前記金属層と前記ソース・ドレイン金属層とは、同じ材料である、請求項15に記載のフレキシブル表示パネル。
- 前記第2層と前記平坦化層とは、同じ材料である、請求項15に記載のフレキシブル表示パネル。
- フレキシブル表示パネルを製造する方法であって、
屈曲可能領域を含むフレキシブルベース基板を提供する工程と、
前記フレキシブルベース基板上に第1層を形成する工程と、
前記第1層の少なくとも一部を貫通するトレンチを形成する工程と、
前記トレンチ内に第2層を充填する工程と、
前記第2層上に金属層を形成する工程と
を含み、
前記第2層は、前記第1層より小さい弾性率を有し、
前記第2層及び前記第3層の少なくとも一部は、前記屈曲可能領域の屈曲中において前記屈曲可能領域と共形である、フレキシブル表示パネルを製造する方法。 - 前記第2層は、インクジェット印刷プロセスにより形成される、請求項18に記載のフレキシブル表示パネルを製造する方法。
- 請求項1乃至17のいずれか1項に記載のフレキシブル表示パネルを含む表示装置。
