背景技术
近年来,柔性发光器件(Organic Light Emitting Diode, OLED)因具有广色域、高对比度、大视角、反应速率快、轻薄等优势而逐渐呈现出取代薄膜晶体管液晶显示器(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display,TFT-LCD)的趋势。在手机、手表等应用领域,随着消费者对大屏的钟爱,屏幕的屏占比要求越来越高。
相关技术中,提高屏占比的方法之一就是设计更窄的边界(Border),而限制Border的因素之一就是在对发光面板进行封装时,存在掩膜阴影(Mask Shadow),在对发光面板进行切割时,产生的裂纹(Crack)会沿着Mask Shadow向显示区延伸,造成封装层失效,影响发光面板的质量
因此,现有技术存在缺陷,急需改进。
技术问题
本申请实施例提供一种发光面板及显示装置,可以避免切割发光面板产生的裂纹向显示区延伸,提高发光面板的良率。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
现有技术中,在已经上市的柔性发光器件(Organic Light Emitting Diode, OLED)中,其边界(Border)最窄为1.1毫米左右,而限制Border的因素之一就是化学气相沉积(chemical vapor deposition,CVD)时存在掩膜阴影(Mask Shadow),从CVD沉积的封装层的膜厚稳定区到Shadow边缘距离约200 微米,为了避免CVD shadow膜或CVD Shadow较厚的区域进入切割道导致切割裂片时封装CVD膜层的裂纹(Crack)向显示区区方向延伸,降低封装的信赖性,Border区封装层的膜厚均一区边缘到切割道的距离必须足够大。为此,已有部分设计加入裂纹阻挡结构(Crack Stop)设计来防止Crack向显示区延伸。而Crack会沿着裂纹阻挡结构连续的延伸进入异性切割道,造成封装层失效。
本申请实施例提供一种显示装置,包括:壳体以及发光面板,所述发光面板设置在所述壳体上,所述发光面板包括:
基板,以及设置在所述基板上的绝缘层;
裂纹阻挡结构,包括阻挡部及延伸部,所述阻挡部设置在所述绝缘层的至少一端上,所述延伸部延伸至所述基板上;
封装层,所述封装层覆盖在所述裂纹阻挡结构及所述基板上;其中,
所述阻挡部上设置有至少一凹槽。
其中,所述凹槽包括开口部以及自所述开口部向所述阻挡部内部延伸的内腔。
其中,所述内腔的底部具有至少一夹角,且所述夹角的角度为60°~120°。
其中,所述内腔的侧壁上设置有凹凸结构,且所述凹凸结构的截面形状为波浪状或锯齿状。
其中,所述开口部的水平开口长度大于5微米。
其中,设置在所述延伸部上的所述封装层的厚度大于设置在所述凹槽侧壁上的所述封装层的厚度。
其中,所述凹槽的截面形状为方形、三角形及梯形中任一种。
其中,在所述阻挡部上设置有多个凹槽,所述多个凹槽间隔排布在所述阻挡部上。
其中,在所述绝缘层上还设置有挡墙结构,所述挡墙结构靠近所述裂纹阻挡结构,且所述封装层覆盖在所述挡墙结构上。
请参阅图1,图1为本申请实施例提供的显示装置1000的结构示意图。该显示装置1000可以包括发光面板100、控制电路200、以及壳体300。需要说明的是,图1所示的显示装置1000并不限于以上内容,其还可以包括其他器件,比如还可以包括摄像头、天线结构、纹解锁模块等。
其中,发光面板100设置于壳体200上。
在一些实施例中,发光面板100可以固定到壳体200上,发光面板100和壳体300形成密闭空间,以容纳控制电路200等器件。
在一些实施例中,壳体300可以为由柔性材料制成,比如为塑胶壳体或者硅胶壳体等。
其中,该控制电路200安装在壳体300中,该控制电路200可以为显示装置1000的主板,控制电路200上可以集成有电池、天线结构、麦克风、扬声器、耳机接口、通用串行总线接口、摄像头、距离传感器、环境光传感器、受话器以及处理器等功能组件中的一个、两个或多个。
其中,该发光面板100安装在壳体300中,同时,该发光面板100电连接至控制电路200上,以形成显示装置1000的显示面。该发光面板100可以包括显示区域和非显示区域。该显示区域可以用来显示显示装置1000的画面或者供用户进行触摸操控等。该非显示区域可用于设置各种功能组件。
请参阅图2,图2为本申请实施例提供的发光面板的结构示意图,该发光面板100包括:
基板10,以及设置在所述基板10上的绝缘层20;
裂纹阻挡结构30,包括阻挡部301及延伸部302,所述阻挡部301设置在所述绝缘层20的至少一端上,所述延伸部302延伸至所述基板10上;
封装层40,所述封装层40覆盖在所述裂纹阻挡结构30及所述基板10上;其中,
所述阻挡部301上设置有至少一凹槽3011。
可以理解,这里的AA区域为CVD Shadow区,切割道在所述裂纹阻挡结构30与所述基板10的接触点处,在对所述发光面板100进行切割时,产生的裂纹会随着裂纹阻挡结构30的上表面向X轴的负半轴延伸。在裂纹阻挡结构30的阻挡部301上设置有至少一凹槽3011,凹槽3011的结构会使得在后续通过CVD沉积的封装层40随凹槽3011的形状沉积,这就会使得裂纹在封装层40上延伸时存在多个延伸拐点,这些拐点即为裂纹阻挡结构的顶端,例如(阻挡部301与延伸部302的交接处),因此裂纹在延伸至裂纹阻挡结构30的顶端时会因应力缺陷点或应力缺陷区而自动断开,裂纹很难继续延伸。
具体的,这里的裂纹阻挡结构30可以由有机平坦层(Planarizationlayer,PLN)组成;封装层40由第一无机封装层401及第二无机封装层402组成,所述第二无机封装层402覆盖在所述第一无机封装层401上,在所述第一无机封装层401及第二无机封装层402之间还设置有有机封装层(图中未示出);基板10可以为柔性基板。
本申请实施例提供的发光面板100,包括基板10,以及设置在所述基板10上的绝缘层20;裂纹阻挡结构30,包括阻挡部301及延伸部302,所述阻挡部301设置在所述绝缘层20的至少一端上,所述延伸部302延伸至所述基板10上;封装层40,所述封装层40覆盖在所述裂纹阻挡结构30及所述基板10上;其中,所述阻挡部301上设置有至少一凹槽3011,从而避免切割发光面板100产生的裂纹向显示区延伸,提高发光面板的良率。
在一些实例中,所述基板10包括:从下至上依次层叠设置的柔性层101、M/B层102及缓冲层103,所述绝缘层20设置在所述缓冲层103上。
其中,M/B层102可以包括G1层、G2层及层间介质层(Inter Layer Dielectric,ILD),(图中均未示出)。
在一些实施例中,在所述绝缘层20上还设置有挡墙结构50,所述挡墙结构50靠近所述裂纹阻挡结构30,且所述封装层40覆盖在所述挡墙结构50上。
其中,挡墙结构50一般用于阻挡封装层40中的有机封装层,显示区即在所述挡墙结构50向X轴负半轴的方向。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,图3为本申请实施例提供的发光面板中裂纹阻挡结构的第一种结构示意图。
其中,所述凹槽3011包括开口部30111以及自所述开口部30111向所述阻挡部301内部延伸的内腔30112。
其中,所述凹槽3011的截面形状为方形、三角形及梯形中任一种,图3仅示出了凹槽3011的截面形状为方形的情况,三角形或梯形亦然,这里不再赘述。
凹槽3011的形成方式可以由高精度的掩膜版(Mask)进行溅射、沉积或喷墨打印(Ink-Jet Printing,IJP)形成。
在一些实施例中,所述内腔30112的底部具有至少一夹角α,且所述夹角的α角度为60°~120°。
可以理解,当所述夹角α的角度小于90°时,形成的所述凹槽3011的截面形状为三角形或梯形,当所述夹角α的角度大于90°时,形成的所述凹槽3011的截面形状为梯形。较佳的,这里夹角α的角度为90°。
在一些实施例中,如图4所示,图4为本申请实施例提供的发光面板中裂纹阻挡结构的第二种结构示意图,所述内腔3011的侧壁上设置有凹凸结构30113,且所述凹凸结构30113的截面形状为波浪状或锯齿状。
可以理解,这里在内腔3011的侧壁上设置凹凸结构30113的作用与设置凹槽3011的原理相同,是为了产生延伸拐点,使裂纹较难继续延伸。
凹凸结构的截面形状可以是锯齿状,如图4,或者为波浪状,这里不再赘述。这里封装层40在进行CVD沉积时,由于内腔30112中侧壁的凹凸结构30113的存在,使得沉积形成的第一无机封装层401会相对于凹凸结构30113形成,也可以如第二无机封装层402所示,直接覆盖在凹凸结构30113上,不会相对于凹凸结构30113形成凹凸状结构。
在一些实施例中,所述开口部30111的水平开口长度W1大于5微米。
具体的,这里限定开口部30111的水平开口长度W1是为了在后续制备封装层40时,使得封装层40可以沉积进入凹槽3011中,避免封装失效。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,图5为本申请实施例提供的发光面板中裂纹阻挡结构的第三种结构示意图。设置在所述延伸部301上的所述封装层40的厚度大于设置在所述凹槽3011侧壁上的所述封装层40的厚度。
具体的,由于凹槽3011内腔30112中夹角α的存在,在沉积封装层40时,封装层40很容易沉积在延伸部301上,而较难的沉积在凹槽3011的侧壁上。
在一些实施例中,在所述阻挡部301上设置有多个凹槽3011,所述多个凹槽3011间隔排布在所述阻挡部301上。
具体的,如果裂纹通过阻挡部301与延伸部302的交接处的拐点继续延伸,也可能存在封装失效的情况,因此,可以设置在所述阻挡部301上多个凹槽3011,降低裂纹延伸的概率,进而提高发光面板100的良率。
可以理解,由于在形成凹槽3011的过程中需要用到高精度的掩膜版进行溅射、沉积或者喷墨打印,因此,形成的多个凹槽3011之间相邻凹槽3011之间的间隙可以不相同,并且形成的凹槽3011的开口部的开口长度以及形状也可以不相同。
本申请实施例提供的发光面板100,包括基板10,以及设置在所述基板10上的绝缘层20;裂纹阻挡结构30,包括阻挡部301及延伸部302,所述阻挡部301设置在所述绝缘层20的至少一端上,所述延伸部302延伸至所述基板10上;封装层40,所述封装层40覆盖在所述裂纹阻挡结构30及所述基板10上;其中,所述阻挡部301上设置有至少一凹槽3011。通过设置一个或多个凹槽3011降低裂纹延伸的概率,并且通过在凹槽3011中内腔30112的侧壁上设置凹凸结构30113从而避免切割发光面板100产生的裂纹向显示区延伸,提高发光面板的良率。
本申请实施例还提供一种发光面板,包括:
基板,以及设置在所述基板上的绝缘层;
裂纹阻挡结构,包括阻挡部及延伸部,所述阻挡部设置在所述绝缘层的至少一端上,所述延伸部延伸至所述基板上;
封装层,所述封装层覆盖在所述裂纹阻挡结构及所述基板上;其中,
所述阻挡部上设置有至少一凹槽,所述凹槽包括开口部以及自所述开口部向所述阻挡部内部延伸的内腔,在所述绝缘层上还设置有挡墙结构,所述挡墙结构靠近所述裂纹阻挡结构,且所述封装层覆盖在所述挡墙结构上。
其中,所述内腔的底部具有至少一夹角,且所述夹角的角度为60°~120°,所述开口部的水平开口长度大于5微米。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种发光面板,其包括:
    基板,以及设置在所述基板上的绝缘层;
    裂纹阻挡结构,包括阻挡部及延伸部,所述阻挡部设置在所述绝缘层的至少一端上,所述延伸部延伸至所述基板上;
    封装层,所述封装层覆盖在所述裂纹阻挡结构及所述基板上;其中,
    所述阻挡部上设置有至少一凹槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发光面板,其中所述凹槽包括开口部以及自所述开口部向所述阻挡部内部延伸的内腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发光面板,其中所述内腔的底部具有至少一夹角,且所述夹角的角度为60°~120°。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发光面板,其中所述内腔的侧壁上设置有凹凸结构,且所述凹凸结构的截面形状为波浪状或锯齿状。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的发光面板,其中所述开口部的水平开口长度大于5微米。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的发光面板,其中设置在所述延伸部上的所述封装层的厚度大于设置在所述凹槽侧壁上的所述封装层的厚度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发光面板,其中所述凹槽的截面形状为方形、三角形及梯形中任一种。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的发光面板,其中在所述阻挡部上设置有多个凹槽,所述多个凹槽间隔排布在所述阻挡部上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的发光面板,其中在所述绝缘层上还设置有挡墙结构,所述挡墙结构靠近所述裂纹阻挡结构,且所述封装层覆盖在所述挡墙结构上。
  10. 一种显示装置,其包括:壳体及发光面板,所述发光面板设置在所述壳体上,所述发光面板包括:
    基板,以及设置在所述基板上的绝缘层;
    裂纹阻挡结构,包括阻挡部及延伸部,所述阻挡部设置在所述绝缘层的至少一端上,所述延伸部延伸至所述基板上;
    封装层,所述封装层覆盖在所述裂纹阻挡结构及所述基板上;其中,
    所述阻挡部上设置有至少一凹槽。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中所述凹槽包括开口部以及自所述开口部向所述阻挡部内部延伸的内腔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中所述内腔的底部具有至少一夹角,且所述夹角的角度为60°~120°。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中所述内腔的侧壁上设置有凹凸结构,且所述凹凸结构的截面形状为波浪状或锯齿状。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中所述开口部的水平开口长度大于5微米。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中设置在所述延伸部上的所述封装层的厚度大于设置在所述凹槽侧壁上的所述封装层的厚度。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的显示装置,其中所述凹槽的截面形状为方形、三角形及梯形中任一种。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中在所述阻挡部上设置有多个凹槽,所述多个凹槽间隔排布在所述阻挡部上。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中在所述绝缘层上还设置有挡墙结构,所述挡墙结构靠近所述裂纹阻挡结构,且所述封装层覆盖在所述挡墙结构上。
  19. 一种发光面板,其包括:
    基板,以及设置在所述基板上的绝缘层;
    裂纹阻挡结构,包括阻挡部及延伸部,所述阻挡部设置在所述绝缘层的至少一端上,所述延伸部延伸至所述基板上;
    封装层,所述封装层覆盖在所述裂纹阻挡结构及所述基板上;其中,
    所述阻挡部上设置有至少一凹槽,所述凹槽包括开口部以及自所述开口部向所述阻挡部内部延伸的内腔,在所述绝缘层上还设置有挡墙结构,所述挡墙结构靠近所述裂纹阻挡结构,且所述封装层覆盖在所述挡墙结构上。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的发光面板,其中所述内腔的底部具有至少一夹角,且所述夹角的角度为60°~120°,所述开口部的水平开口长度大于5微米。
