Abstract
Description
本発明の実施例1に基づいて製造されたセメント添加物が含まれたセメントと従来のセメントの重金属及び6価クロムを比較する実験を行った。
本発明の実施例1に基づいて製造されたセメント添加物が含まれたセメントと従来のセメントの6価クロムを比較する実験を行った。
本発明の実施例1に基づいて製造されたセメント添加物が含量による6価クロム溶出を比較する実験を行った。
本発明の実施例1に基づいて製造されたセメント添加物と従来のセメントで発生される6価クロムを肉眼で確認する実験を行った。
本発明の実施例1に基づいて製造されたセメント添加物が含まれたセメントと従来のセメントを利用して陰イオンの数値を確認する実験を行った。
本発明の実施例1〜実施例5に基づいて製造されたセメント添加物が含まれたセメントを利用して加熱後の6価クロムを比較する実験を行った。
本発明の実施例1〜実施例5に基づいて製造されたセメント添加物を実施例6のようにセメント混合物に製造して6価クロム及び重金属除去效率を確認する実験を行った。
Claims (8)
- 重量部として、炭13〜23部;ケイ酸塩16〜26部;硫酸鉄七水和物16〜23部;及び塩化鉄四水和物49〜59部が含まれることを特徴とするセメント添加物。
- 珪藻土;塩化第二鉄;塩化第二鉄六水和物;硫化スズ;アンチモン;塩化鉄;または硫酸鉄の中の何れか一つ以上がさらに含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセメント添加物。
- 重量部として、珪藻土13〜23部;ケイ酸塩16〜26部;硫酸鉄七水和物16〜23部;及び塩化鉄四水和物49〜59部が含まれることを特徴とするセメント添加物。
- 重量部として、炭13〜23部;硫化スズ16〜26部;硫酸鉄七水和物16〜23部;及び塩化鉄四水和物49〜59部が含まれることを特徴とするセメント添加物。
- 重量部として、炭13〜23部;ケイ酸塩16〜26部;アンチモン16〜23部;及び塩化鉄四水和物49〜59部が含まれることを特徴とするセメント添加物。
- 重量部として、炭13〜23部;ケイ酸塩16〜26部;硫酸鉄七水和物16〜23部;及び塩化第二鉄、塩化第二鉄六水和物、塩化鉄または硫酸鉄の中の何れか一つ以上が49〜59部が含まれることを特徴とするセメント添加物。
- 請求項1〜6の中のいずれか一項のセメント添加物がセメントに0.1〜0.8重量%が含まれることを特徴とするセメント混合物。
- ステアリン酸カルシウムが10重量%以下がさらに含まれることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のセメント混合物。
