Claims (10)
- シャフト;
前記シャフトの外側に配置されるローター;
前記ローターの外側に配置されるステーター;
前記ローターに結合するセンシングマグネット;
前記センシングマグネットの上側に配置され、前記センシングマグネットによる磁束変化を感知するセンサーを含む回路基板;
前記センサーを覆うキャップ部材を含み、
前記回路基板は第1基板と、前記第1基板と離隔して配置される第2基板と、前記第1基板と前記第2基板を連結する連結部を含み、
前記センサーは前記第2基板に実装され、
前記キャップ部材は前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間の離隔空間を貫通して配置される、モーター。 - 前記第1基板は貫通ホールを含み、前記第2基板は前記貫通ホールの内側に配置される、請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記キャップ部材を前記基板に固定する固定部をさらに含み、
前記固定部は前記キャップ部材の上面に接触する胴体部と、前記胴体部の両端に配置されて前記基板に結合する脚部を含む、請求項2に記載のモーター。 - 前記キャップ部材は前記キャップ部材の下端から上向きに配置されるスロットが配置され、
前記スロットには前記連結部が配置される、請求項1に記載のモーター。 - 前記第1基板は貫通ホールから前記第1基板の内側に凹んだ溝を含み、
前記溝には前記脚部が配置される、請求項3に記載のモーター。 - シャフト;
前記シャフトの外側に配置されるローター;
前記ローターの外側に配置されるステーター;
前記ステーター上に配置されるバスバー;および
前記バスバー上に配置されるカバーを含み、
前記バスバーは前記ステーターのコイルと接続するターミナルおよび前記ターミナルを絶縁させるインシュレーターを含み、
前記カバーは前記ターミナルと結合される電源端子部、前記電源端子部と連結される温度センサーおよび前記温度センサーと連結されるパッド部を含む、モーター。 - 前記バスバーと前記カバーの間に配置されるフロントフランジをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のモーター。
- 前記ステーターと前記ローターの外側に配置されるハウジングを含み、
前記フロントフランジは前記ハウジングの上側に配置され、
前記ハウジングの下側に配置されるリアフランジをさらに含む、請求項7に記載のモーター。 - 前記温度センサーはヘッド部および前記ヘッド部と連結されるワイヤーを含み、
前記パッド部は前記ワイヤーと連結される連結段を含む、請求項6に記載のモーター。 - 前記ワイヤーは第1ワイヤーと第2ワイヤーを含み、前記パッド部は第1パッド部と第2パッド部を含み、
前記第1ワイヤーは前記第1パッド部と連結され、前記第2ワイヤーは前記第2パッド部と連結される、請求項9に記載のモーター。
