Claims (16)
- プレート;
前記プレート上に配置されるマグネット;および
前記プレートと前記マグネットの間に配置されて前記マグネットを前記プレートに固定させる接着テープを含み、
前記プレートは前記接着テープが配置される本体を含み、
前記本体は装着面と複数個の溝またはホールを含み、
前記接着テープの一面は前記装着面に配置される、センシングマグネット組立体。 - 前記ホールは前記本体を軸方向に貫通して形成され、
前記ホールの一側は前記装着面に配置される、請求項1に記載のセンシングマグネット組立体。 - 前記溝は前記装着面に下側方向に凹むように形成され、前記本体の中心から半径方向に形成される、請求項1に記載のセンシングマグネット組立体。
- 前記溝の一側は前記本体の外周面まで延びる、請求項3に記載のセンシングマグネット組立体。
- 前記プレートは、前記本体の外周面から上方に延びるリブをさらに含む、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のセンシングマグネット組立体。
- 前記リブは円周方向に沿って互いに離隔するように配置される複数個の突起で提供される、請求項5に記載のセンシングマグネット組立体
- 前記プレートは、前記本体の外周面から上方に延びるリブをさらに含み、
前記リブは円周方向に沿って互いに離隔するように配置される複数個の突起で提供され、
前記本体の外周面まで延びた前記溝の一側は前記突起の間に配置される、請求項4に記載のセンシングマグネット組立体。 - 前記溝または前記ホールと前記接着テープの間に空気層が形成される、請求項1に記載のセンシングマグネット組立体。
- 前記溝または前記ホールは前記接着テープと前記装着面の間に配置される空気層を除去するための溝またはホールである、請求項1に記載のセンシングマグネット組立体。
- プレート;
前記プレートに配置されるマグネットおよび
前記プレートと前記マグネットの間に配置されて前記マグネットを前記プレートに固定させる接着テープを含み、
前記プレートは突出部を含む第1領域と前記第1領域から延長され、前記接着テープが配置される第2領域を含み、
前記プレートの第2領域は2個以上のホールまたは溝を含み、
前記ホールまたは前記溝は前記プレートの中心(C)を基準として回転対称となる、センシングマグネット組立体。 - シャフト;

前記ステータの上部に配置されるセンシングマグネット組立体および
前記センシングマグネット組立体の上部に配置されるセンサ部を含み、

前記接着テープの一面は前記装着面に配置される、モータ。 - センシングプレート;
前記センシングプレートの上面に配置されるセンシングマグネットおよび
前記センシングマグネットの上側に配置される基板を含み、
前記センシングマグネットを囲むように前記センシングマグネットに結合し、前記センシングプレートに結合する缶部材をさらに含む、ロータ位置感知装置。 - 前記缶部材は、前記センシングマグネットの内周面と接触する第1面と、前記センシングマグネットの上面と接触する第2面と、前記センシングマグネットの外周面と前記センシングプレートの外周面と接触する第3面および前記センシングプレートの下面と接触する第4面を含む、請求項12に記載のロータ位置感知装置。
- 前記センシングプレートは前記センシングプレートの下面に凹むように形成される結合溝を含み、
前記第4面の突出部が位置する結合溝に配置される、請求項13に記載のロータ位置感知装置。 - 前記センシングプレートは内側にホールが配置された円筒状の軸結合部を含む、請求項13に記載のロータ位置感知装置。
- 前記第2面を基準として前記第3面の高さは、前記センシングマグネットの厚さおよび前記センシングプレートの装着部の厚さの合計より大きく、前記センシングプレートの下面から前記軸結合部の上端までの高さより小さい、請求項15に記載のロータ位置感知装置。
