Abstract
Description
(a) 多孔質キャリア材料、特に多孔質粒子、及び
(b) 膨張性材料、を具備し、
多孔質キャリア材料の細孔が膨張性材料を含むことを特徴とする複合材料、特に切替可能な機能性材料、好ましくは複合粒子にある。
(a)第1プロセス段階において、多孔質支持材料が設けられており、
(b)第1プロセス段階(a)に続く第2プロセス段階において、膨張性物質が多孔質キャリア材料の細孔に導入され、また、多孔質キャリア材料の細孔に形成される。
(A)上述したような複合材料、特に複合粒子、及び
(B)バインダー、を具備するものである。
該コーティング組成物に基づいたそれぞれの場合において、
(A)5〜60重量%の量の複合材料、
(B)5〜50重量%の量のバインダー、
(C)20〜80重量%の量の分散剤、特に水、
(D)0.01〜50重量%の量の少なくとも1つのさらなるフィラー、
(E)少なくとも1〜30重量%の量の顔料、
(F)0.01〜10重量%の量の疎水化剤、及び
(G)0.01〜15重量%の量の補助物質及び/又は添加剤、
を具備するものである。
(A) 上述したような複合材料、及び
(B)硬化されたバインダー、
を具備する。
以下には、本発明による複合粒子の製造は、シリカゲルとアクリレートベースの超吸収ポリマーを使用することが記載されている。

下記の表1は、好ましいコーティング組成物の組成を示す。
3.1 表面の準備
コーティングシステムを適用する前に、前記基板は、欠陥のあるコーティングを機械的に又は圧力水噴射によって除去することによって前処理される。前記基板は、第1のコートが塗布される前に、基板を乾燥させる必要がある。
最大10重量%の深い下塗りを前記2.に基づいて記載されたコーティング組成物に付加することによって、付加的な下塗り層が、ほとんどの場合に分配することができる。
コーティング組成物は、基板、特に建物外観上に、下塗り作業、場合により中間及び最終的な塗装により2又は3コートに塗布されることが好ましい。それは、ブラシ又はローラーにより塗布されることが好ましい。
本発明による複合粒子を含むコーティングと、市販のケイ酸塩塗料、プラスチック分散塗料及びシリコーン樹脂塗料に基づく塗料は、同一条件下で試験される。結果を表2に示す。

Claims (17)
- (a)多孔質キャリア材料、特に多孔質粒子、及び
(b)膨張性材料、を具備し、
多孔質キャリア材料の細孔が膨張性材料を含有することを特徴とする複合材料、特に切替可能な機能性材料、好ましくは複合粒子。 - 前記複合材料が粒子状物質であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の複合材料。
- 前記複合粒子が、0.5μm〜5mm、特に0.5μm〜1mm、好ましくは1〜500μm、好ましくは1〜200μm、より好ましくは2〜100μm、特に好ましくは3〜80μm、特に好ましくは5〜30μmの範囲内の粒子サイズを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の複合材料。
- 前記多孔質キャリア材料が、大部分が開放された細孔システム、特に開放孔システムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の複合材料。
- 前記多孔質キャリア材料が、フィラー、特にミネラルフィラー、又はフィラーの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の複合材料。
- 前記ミネラルフィラーが、シリカ、特にフュームドシリカ、キセロゲル、特にシリカゲル、珪藻土、ゼオライト、エアロゲル、パーライト、凝灰岩、膨張粘土、バーミキュライト及びさらに層状シリケート、特にベントナイト及び/又はカオリナイト及びこれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の複合材料。
- 前記ミネラルフィラーが、シリカ、特にフュームドシリカ、シリカゲル、珪藻土及びこれらの混合物から、好ましくはフュームドシリカ、シリカゲル及びこれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の複合材料。
- 前記膨張性材料の体積は、膨張行程の間、膨張していない膨張性材料の体積に対して、少なくとも0.5倍、特に少なくとも1倍、好ましくは2倍、より好ましくは3倍に増加すること、且つ/又は、
前記膨張性材料の体積は、膨張工程の間、膨張していない膨張性材料の体積に対して、0.5〜10倍、特に1〜8倍、好ましくは2〜7倍、より好ましくは3〜6倍で増加することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の複合材料。 - 前記膨張性材料は、1〜10、特に1〜8、好ましくは1.5〜7、より好ましくは2〜6の膨張度を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の複合材料。
- 前記膨張性材料は、天然ポリマー、合成ポリマー、ミネラル物質及びこれらの混合物から、特に天然及び合成ポリマー並びにこれらの混合物から、好ましくは合成ポリマーから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の複合材料。
- 前記天然ポリマーは、アルギン酸塩、アルギン酸、アミロース、アミロペクチン、寒天、ゼラチン、カロース、カラギーナン、セルロース、キチン、キトサン、デキストラン、グルロン酸、イヌリン、ラミナリン、リケニン、プルラン、プスチュラン、デンプン、デンプン誘導体、キサンタン及びそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項10記載の複合材料。
- 前記合成ポリマーは、メタクリル樹脂、ポリメタクリル酸、ポリメタクリル酸の塩、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリアルコール並びにそれらのコ及びターポリマー及びそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の複合材料。
- 前記膨張性材料は、高吸水性ポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の複合材料。
- コーティング、特に外観コーティング、防食コーティング、防氷コーティング及び/又は木材保護コーティングにおける請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載の符号材料、特に複合粒子の使用。
